Great location and clean, pleasant room with views of river and city. Reasonably priced lockers to leave our luggage so we could explore before checking in. Lovely, friendly staff. Extractor fan in bathroom could have been more effective.

Have stayed here 4 times now, it's a good hostel to travel to or from. Has a good self catering kitchen and TV room. Meals are available, breakfast is £6.25, 10% less for members who book it online and evening meals are from around £7.50 up to £9.95

The property is 500m from the metro station and there is a bus stop 60m away so very simple travel!

Excellent as a hostel with single room with bath price ragonevole if you think that practically you are in the city center half an hour walk on a pedestrian path along the Thames or by the Metro in 15 minutes you are at the Green Park. All The beds are bunk though the environment is clean and cute.

Clean, quiet and relatively cheap. Staff were nice. Bus stop literally right outside. One of the best hostels I stayed at in the UK.

Positives: there is a lot of grip and light on each bed
Negative points: Wi-Fi is very bad and there are screws.

Had a really great time here. The hostel is a little outside, but very well accessible by public transport. The rooms are cheap and absolutely okay. However, the beds are not very large. Who is greater than 1, 75 m, for which it could be narrow. In addition to the sockets, the rooms have USB ports for charging the mobile phone. Handy if you don't have an adaptor. There is a nice bar and for small money a delicious English breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would love to come back.

Recently stayed here with my school. Conveniently located near two stations, excellent rooms, was pleasantly surprised with the USB ports on the outlets. Rooms were clean, beds were a tad uncomfortable, but I can live with that. Breakfast was excellent, with help of the friendly staff. Shame about the poor Wi-Fi coverage, though.

Close to city centre, but quiet. Nice rooms and beds. Food was alright, service 24/7.

It's very cheap when you are a student and traveling to London. The good things is that there is a spacious, and beautiful kitchen, so that you can make something with you. The bad thing is that the bed make a little bit loud sounds, so that maybe somehow annoying. However, most of the time you travel you get crazy tired, so you will fall asleep quickly and ignore the sounds. So that'd it! At least I sleep very well at this time! ^_^ Thank you!

First time we have stayed in a hostel as a family and we were really impressed. Staff were very friendly and attentive and keen to please. Hostel is around a 10 min walk from Canada Water tube station.

This hostel meets the expectations, economical and well located with metro station and two supermarkets nearby. The reception staff is very good. However, on the last day we decided to have breakfast buffet free.
The woman who is in charge of handing out breakfast took a terrible care of us by hurdled. On top of that the breakfast was very bad. That's why I put two stars. If you're not having breakfast so they don't spoil your day.

I went there like 4 times in 2 years, I love it! Rooms are ok for being an hostel, there are power outlets for every bed. Private rooms (both suites and families) have a bathroom with a shower. I love the hall, you can meet and talk with people there. Free Wi-Fi included in shared spaces (hall, restaurant etc. ). You have the possibility to leave your luggage in their deposit for just a couple of pennies, which is a good thing for travelers.

Hotel is okay so far. Exactly what you can expect for the money and nothing more.

Relatively affordable hotel with easy access to the centre. Breakfast is quite good for the price of ~ 7€. Perfect hostel to visit London for 2-3 days.

Amazing! Great location, very clean, modern rooms and excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a bar at which you can order food and drinks. You can lock your bicycles away safe in a small shed. Absolutely recommendable!

We had a lovely room for two. Breakfast was great and quite worth the price. You kinda end up feeling a little nickle and dimed by the end of it but for one of the cheapest rooms in London, not at all too far from the city, it was great.

Clean, basic accommodation with nice staff, decent amenities (breakfast — if desired, drinks vending machines, Wi-Fi, charging stations) and good local transport links. Good value for money. You get what you booked — no more, but no less!

Dinner is ok, with a salad bar and pudding included. The bar/cafe is good value for money. Breakfast is superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering we had a group of 40 children with us! The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. On hot nights the room was quite warm, but they do provide a fan.

The place was clean and the rooms were very nice for a hostel. There were plug sockets and lights next to each bed and lights on the top bunks. There was also a fan and a window we could open which was good considering it was a very hot weekend. The staff were relatively friendly and the hostel is well priced. There's also and outside seating area and a sort of cafe bit where you can get drinks and food.

Fun hostel. Definitely geared towards a younger crowd. Wifi is throughout the whole building but is best in the lobby. Beds are standard, rooms seem spacious. Bathroom is good enough, although the showers are not tall person friendly. Has excellent charging options for electronics. It's been a godsend for my phone's battery. The location is also excellent in terms of access to easy transit.

Good location, close to Rotherhithe overground, short walk from Canada Water tube. Whilst quite basic, it offers solid accommodation. Take your own towels! Old Salt Quay (Green King pub) across the road helps cater although onsite bar and restaurant offers a decent menu.

I really Like this hostel. Great position, the area is really calm and it's well served by both 381 and c10 busses 24/7

Beds comfy, rooms basic but clean, lovely cafe bar area and full English had. But wished the toaster was working. Staff great and would definitely use again. Tube just a five minute walk away.

Friendly staff, fine breakfast. But: some rooms have rather short beds, with matresses, in my guess, merely 1, 80 long, making sleep hard for above-average tall adults. And at first we had a room that had no locker/cabinet/shelf or other storage facility, although lockers were confirmed in the reservation. Upon complaining, we got nothing but a friendly smile and excuse. In our second room, the heating valve was missing so that the heating ran all night. Impossible to open the window more than a slot, this made the night rather "hot".

Perfect for groups of teenagers. But to avoid with the smaller ones. The food is little varied we had the same chocolate cake for five days…
The rooms are dusty, the windows are all damaged, and poorly insulated. Ideal for a WEEKEND pass no more…

Well I want here for a school trip the beds were nice but the showers and sinks had mold in it. The food was good as Well as the staff. Not sure if I'd come here again though.

Carpet full of stains, mold in the Windows, stains on fresh (! ) Linen when first Entering the room. The stench from the drain in the bathroom, as well as Dirt in the shower and non-functioning of the fan, which was also completely dirty and black. In the drain with a toothbrush stuck, since there are no plugs and you can directly look inside, go directly to the smell of the drain in the nose. Also still half-full of trash with the garbage of the previous tenant. Never again!

The service is good the breakfast even more typical and the rooms do very well in his role even if he misses a TV and free towels.

Convenient to explore Bath, Wi-Fi in the rooms is a plus.

A great, comfortable, well located place — — and for a great price. I definitely recommend to anyone in the 18-24 range with a tight budget.

Nice friendly staff and in a really great location. Being well over 6ft I failed to fit into the bed in the two person room. Everything else was as expected!

Good value accomodarion for large groups spending a few days in the capital. Ebeything you need. And great food as well highly recommended.

Stayed there for 3 days, 1 double socket for nine lads in a dorm is not fun, especially when theres only one four way plug Couldnt get the Wi-Fi to work without putting my card details in, 3g reception was ok though. Catered food was ok, the scrambled egg was… not. Staff were nice and helpful.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Wi-Fi in public areas is free. Staff very courteous and friendly. Bus stop connected to Canada Water in front of the hostel.

Actually very good, only the beds in 6 rooms were very tight (a kind of 3x bunk bed).

It is a nice little hotel, had Wi-Fi, vending machines and a bar also a self catering kitchen to prepare your own food to eat but the rooms are quite small and if areosoles are sprayed outside the bathroom the smoke alarm goes off and everyone has to evacuate the building.

Staff always helpful, beds comfy. Usually lots of school groups but plenty of regular people too. I tend to always use it when in London as convenient for me. Close to river a bit of a way from west end but fine.

You have to be ready to move from one place to another even you are staying for two nights. The Towels are not provided. Often you have to lock the Baggage in hall and put a locker, which cost a 3 £ from 10a. M. To 2p. M. Thanks.

We were looking for a not too centrally so as to leave the parked car while we were in London, but well connected by public transport and find the answer in this hostel, a little more than 10 minutes from Canary meter and with the door-to-door 381 (stops at Tower Bridge, London Bridge and Waterloo).
When you are traveling on your own, it is possible to catch just one bed in a dormitory room. We took a room of 6 for 5. To be designed to allow young people to travel with very little budget, the public is mainly young, although there are families with young children like us. This makes the hostel a place busy and also, with plenty of life — not suitable for lovers of silence. The staff, very friendly. It is also possible to enjoy very little of a full breakfast before starting the day.

Good place for a short stay. The rooms are good as well as the canteen. But the showers needs to be changed.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a dormitory. Showers are not always super clean and super large beds, but I think it is quite correct. Very good value for London. In addition the micro-bistro next to the lobby is nice.

Pros: This place has great staff 24/7. You can go in or out anytime and there is a good social space in the lobby and next to the lobby. Cons: The beds are tiny, they wobble and are very creaky. Rooms smell very badly, very dirty and some bedsheets have stains. Rooms are very small. Barely any storage space aside from some small cupboards built into the bunkbeds. Bunkbed designs are bad, especially for people with claustrophobia. Breakfast is bad: sausages taste off, hash browns are like crisps.

Great bus and rail links. Friendly day staff — not night staff who ignored a fire door alarm on our floor. Worst thing is this hostel is dirty. The room was thick with dust. The bathroom had months of hair and god knows what else encrusted in many locations. The kitchen was also very dirty, particularly the oven, which was a health hazard. I am an older youth hostel user; this one is best left to the youth.
