Clean room and convenient location. Helpful friendly staff and fairly quiet. Basic but cheap and cheerful. Could do with drawers or shelves for clothes though.

Great hotel. Ideal for our needs overnight in Paddington before catching the Heathrow Express. Friendly staff very helpful.

Great staff very friendly a bit slow for a Sunday but as an Aussie looking for recommendations getting great help.

This is the most HORRIBLE hotel I have EVER stayed in!
The rooms are RIDICULOUSLY small! A “couples” bed can fit only ONE person! There is NO AC! NO CLOSET! And the service is absolutely disgusting!
My husband and I travel all around Europe twice a year and have NEVER been to such an AWFUL hotel!
The price is VERY EXPENSIVE! They LIE about giving low fees! Especially when you’re paying for a flee motel with ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOMMODATIONS!
We recommend you to stay ANYWHERE ELSE but this hotel!
This hotel will only spoil your trip and rob you blind!

The hotel as a building was very nice. The reception is also attractively designed with enough waiting area. I can praise the staff, that was hard to beat in kindness! Now to the chamber where we had to spend the night: about 3x3 meters, the double bed was adjusted accordingly to 1, 40 width. The bathroom was already too small for a normal person. A sink with a warm and cold inlet has not yet come to me. Which could not be used in practice. The mould marks in the shower were the least evil for me. Unfortunately, the clairvoyance of the entire building was added, which almost overshadowed the simply glazed and leaky windows.

As already indicated by others, the most remarkable thing is the location near Paddington Station, which allows you to move smoothly throughout the city.
The exterior and the common spaces certainly promise more than the rooms demonstrate: very small and with reduced spaces, the hair dryer, the lights near the bed and the bathroom did not work, the bathroom is really at the lowest. Acceptable breakfast, at reception several guys are Italian and very nice. However considering the standards of the city is acceptable, as value for money.

Okay hotel for a 3 stars, hard beds, breakfast is not worth the price. It can be noisy if you have window to the street.

Paddington is a very interesting location: close to the metro, in pleasant area (Sussex gardens), close to a night fun area, to the canal and served by even night buses.
The tree therefore applies to its location, it is clean and the staff also speaks Italian. The rooms are decent sized although it knows this year (2018) breakfast has become continental and no longer english (no bacon and eggs…).
The interiors are very nice, but the rooms spartan. For us, however, a very good solution.

Deceiving images, staff spoke no English, rooms were so small and no amenities, no Wi-Fi, would be hell during a fire, have to walk through 6 doors to get to your room, don’t bother.

Stayed at West point hotel 4 days. According to hotels in the UK, it = very small. But clean and warm water. — who needs big room anyway wen in London… Only thing Ty have to work on it in future is installed Airco""" — so warm in the rooms. — no air. Very friendly Staff. Area full off life — bars — restaurants and Near underground.

Could be a nice hotel, but is operated quite lovelessly. Small rooms, extremely small shower, very noisy, since old windows. Guests can obviously open any other room with their keys (as happened with us, suddenly other guests were in the room…) and breakfast is probably better in the prison. Loveless and harsh. One type of cheese, one type of sausage (cheap moulded ham) and coffee from the powder machine. Significantly overpaid for 7£ extra. Will not return there.

Nice central hotel! Allerbest! I find some English sinks funny: From the left tap comes about 2l hot water after press pressure. A second print then gives 2l again. Right in 30cm spaced the same in cold. Mixed water does not exist. There is no less water. What's just for depperte planner.

Nice place in a great price and location. Close to the Hyde Park and Paddington Station, rooms might be bigger though.

This hotel is located close to Paddington Station and in a walking distance to Hyde park, Oxford Street and Marble arch. Just around the corner you can find a variety of restaurants and small supermarkets. This is probably the best thing about the hotel. The room we're staying in (number 9) is very small and has a really bad air conditioning. And you don't want to leave the window open since there's a accessible roof outside. The bed is comfortable but the bed light on the left hand side isn't working. When I pointed these things out to the receptionist he only tries to joke about it and didn't listen to my complaints. They wasn't able to fix the bed light either. It's a three star hotel so I think that the interior is according to what you can expect. It also says it's free Wi-Fi but that free Wi-Fi has a limited speed and you can pay if you want unlimited speed. I think that's a little bit of false advertising. But overall, because of the location I think it fulfilled its' purpose.

Very good location. Can walk to Paddington station only 5 minutes and close to underground… many nice restaurants nearby and good staff.

The reception is not at all like what the rooms are, small rooms bathrooms very guys and the truth is that the attention was not very good. I don't recommend you stop there. I hope that will serve the comment. (so they know of there are photos of the rooms that when you arrive you want to die) Besides the center is Lejitos.

Worst hotel ever, lift broken down with room at 3rd floor. Even the staff won't climb up themselves for anything. Cold tiny room without even a complementary water bottle. Staff is unapologetic and least helpful. Impossible to find as well because the hotel says Abbeycourt outside and Westpoint inside. Absolutely pathetic.

Very noisy at night due to very thin walls and a large gap under the door. Fire procedure information contained in the room was complicated to understand — let alone action. Only one tiny pillow each provided, and no storage except 5 hangers (not even a bedside drawer)

Great location, but, pillows were wafer thin and the heating must have been on full, making it difficult to sleep.

I was expecting a better hotel, I was very disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at Abbey Court Westpoint Hotel last week. Yes the room was small and there wasn't a lot of room to put things and yes the room was hot even with the window wide open. But the room was clean, the showeroom was a reasonable size (you could manoeuvre easily enough! ) And they have us an electric fan for the room. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly on the front desk. One lady, Nora, was kind enough to find my kindle and then post it back to me (after I stupidly left it behind), it on her way home from work. We didn't eat there but the food smelled lovely. The location was perfect with both Hyde Park and Paddington a couple of minutes walk away. Would recommend and stay again.

Reet good, got a bargain. Should have been nearly 2hundred, pairs half that between 2 and was very clean.

Tiny rooms, friendly service, great location. A quarter mile from Hyde park. Very good but small showers. Good place if you just want somewhere to sleep and keep your stuff while you explore.

Pretty clean hotel, helpful staff (there are also Italians), rooms and very small bathrooms, close to Paddington station that takes you everywhere. Strategic location… I recommend it!

The room was very small and you could hear the noise outside and your neighbours. The front is nice but room area and lifts are fairly run down. You have to hand your key in to the front desk each time you leave the hotel. It was quite cold in my room and I couldn't get my central heating to work. The staff are nice though and it is a very central location. Good if youre not in your room much.

Just stayed here our 1st room was in the basement which was very dark and very small so we asked to change rooms which they accommodated a brighter room but still on the small side
The bed was not very comfy and the quilt was very thin and the heating only came in after 5pm but wasn't on in the morning
The windows are very old and there was drafts coming through
The lift wasn't working and has been out of order fir some time now and the stair ways are very tired and dated
On the plus side the staff were very pleasant and the location was good for Hyoe park and Oxford St
My daughter stayed on the Abbey Court side of the Hotel a few weeks before us and said there room was lovely so maybe that side of the Hotel would be recommended.

Great for the location. Very nice room The bathroom unfortunately was really tiny. Also the sink was not composed of a single mixer but two: one with hot water, one with cold water. It was therefore impossible to have lukewarm water to wash your hands. A little attention on cleanliness. For the rest, nice staff. Recommended.

Very nice and friendly staff at the reception. Upgraded us to a familiy room at no extra cost.

Rooms are a little worn out but the location is perfect. Close to Paddington station, Marble Arch and in walking distance from Notting Hill and Portobello Road. Many nice pubs nearby.
Offered discount in the restaurant but we went out instead.

Staff checking in very slow! Didn't even get a hello. I was the only person at the front desk and I had to tell them I was there! A member of our party cut his arm on their door and they didn't seem to care and just gave him a plaster which wasn't bigger enough! They tutted and huffed a lot and looked like they had better things to do than be there! Got to my room and couldn't even get in it! Went and told them and he just laughed! On the way to the room (once I showed him where it was as it was a bit of a maze) I showed him where the member of the group cut his arm and he just said 'oh'. We got to my door and he said you have to turn the key the whole way! I said 'don't insult me! ' The door was very stiff and the lock wasn't a problem!
The pictures of the room are very deceptive and much smaller than they are in the pictures! Pillow (just one! ) was as flat as a piece of paper! I folded it in half and still no better. They provide somewhere to hang your clothes but no hangers! The towels are also the size of hand towels and no bath towels.
We had paid for breakfast and she had a 'check sheet' in front of her. We had to show the receipt to prove we had paid!
Very unorganised and will not be staying again. Couldn't wait to get out of the hotel as the atmosphere was terrible!
If you do stay here take a pillow, plasters, bigger towels and low expectations as things can only get better. Very tired, grumpy and unhappy guest!

Flight arrived very early morning, normal move in time 2pm. Hotel was very accomodating with room available around noon. Room upgraded to appartment. Very clean and neat with very good shower. Hotel 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. Excellent staff and would definitely stay again.

We stayed 3 days, the promise was that in photos while we were accommodated in a dilapidated room at street level, with a bathroom to 1 meter for two, as always to the alert they pretended not to understand. I consider it unserious behavior. No we will stay in this hotel ever again and would not recommend unless you put down on paper.

The room is clean but a little cold; hairdryer, even two European electrical sockets are inside; the key is not electronic; Wi-Fi costs £5 an hour or £10 a day; there are two computers connected to the internet near the Reception free to use.

Excellent location, very nice, very nice, very nice neighborhood.

Will stay there if I am in London next time.
