Nice hotel. Well located. We came for the festival in Hyde Park.
Very small breakfast.

Comfortable accommodation, excellent location — convenient for tubes and trains. Apart from person at reception when we arrived, who was surly and not very welcoming, rest of staff was friendly and efficient.

Very very cold reception. Then very decent room. Nothing to say. Very well located not far from the Center and glued to Hyde Park!

Stayed last year. Great location for 24 hours in London. Lovely lobby & staff. Close to Kensington Palace. Situated between two tube stations. Thank you for excellent reception service also.

Great small and friendly hotel. Maybe a little expensive but then again so it's everything in London.

Good hotel, prices are great for the service and for the great position too (just a few minutes from Hyde Park). Breakfast is not the best for English standards (no English breakfast and tea, or stuff like that) but I've enjoyed it anyway. If you don't mind to have all days bacon and eggs at breakfast (you could choose also to not have breakfast in hotel and go where you like to do it), you will enjoy this place, especially for its very good position (very near to the underground, 4 or 5 minute on foot to Queensway underground station, the red line)!

Really nice hotel close to Queensway or Bayswater underground stations. Room was clean. The shower was really really small. The breakfast was nice and with some options : boiled eggs, cereals, milk, tea, muesli, cheese slices, toast, croissants, jams are some. I would recommend it.

Nice clean hotel in good location.

Room is nice. Storage is available if u reached earlier than check in time. Very close to d Queensway train station and bus stop. But just d shower not really good.

Nice Hotel located 2 minutes walk from the Metro Queensway close to the shops and the Bayswater garden. Good service in the Hotel room.

The location is the only positive, dirty Hotel, poor breakfast and bad. Discouraged.

Hotel a 5 min walk to the Central Line (main underground) and 10 min to circle Lline.
Bus stop at 5 min.
Really strategic Hotel location in zone 1.
Someone like me who stays in London for the first time is. The ideal hotel.

Tolerable, very small room, bathroom. Poor maintenance, Poor Wi-Fi.

Nice and quaint Hotel, comfortable and clean room, located in the area with Metro services and bus at two steps.
Close to Kensington Park, Portobello Road and Notting Hill.

Great London Hotel opposite Hyde Park. Served by subway and bus. Very good price especially for the area where it is. Expected breakfast. Small rooms but with all the essentials. If I were to go back to London I would most likely book there again.

Plugs next to the beds make this better than 90% of hotels in London! No hot breakfast but go what we paid I'm not too fussed.

Large clean bedroom with a large bed. Bathroom small could do with modernising. Breakfast was good but two staff attending breakfast where misersable and did not even acknowledge you were there. This is the reason I have only given 3 star. But a good location and would go again. Good value for money.

Nice cozy room, great value, location close to Kensington Palace and gardens, walking distance to the restaurants and museums (A&V, Science, the Great Albert Hall and etc)

Great rooms, and location!

Great location, convenient to Metro and bus, for the rest god you save, staff cold and unwelcoming not to say rude, breakfast from the suburbs bar, cleanliness of the room, from barracks, only towels were changed, the rest as hard as the permanence, The staff needs a Bon ton course, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good location close to buses and the Tube as well as Kensington Gardens and shops and restaurants in Bayswater. Hotel is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I had a single room which was quirky with the shower in the bedroom rather than the bathroom but posed no problem for me. Basic continental breakfast included — would have liked some fresh fruit on the buffet. Would stay again, due to location and budget price.

Small bathroom not to say close, with mini shower and washbasin mignon, like those found in the bathrooms of the trains, with change of towels, if required, daily, if you forget to throw in the trash, the SOAP containers x the shower and shampoo, you find them up At the end of your stay.
This last experience common to other patrons.
A great cleaning eye, although I have disappeared a headset and a mobile headset, I think for the attention given to housekeeping.
Great and coveted closet with a safe.
Room entrance doors, at night, alarmed.
Breakfast poor, no continental.
Friendly staff, though cold and almost aseptic, not inclined to respond to the greeting.
Price quality not appreciated because high as offered.

Good value basic but clean and comfortable hotel. 24 hour reception. Good location for sightseeing and public transport. Plenty of places to eat and drink on Queensway/Bayswater with all types of cuisine which is a good reason to stay. This is one of the better places to stay on a limited budget. Shops restaurants are a few minutes walk. Approx 5 to 6 minutes walking. Continental breakfast is ok in hotel. I stay there a few times a year.

Stay five nights-Central location, small and dirty rooms, extremely hot, in the opened window, the sleep was almost not possible because of the night life and transport. Bed hard, the toilet was. Had a 4cm away from the wall so that when sitting really problems, no toilet brush, the toilet was only made approx. Every second day clean, the shower was so einseifte close to his feet at best in front of the entry. Breakfast-supposedly continental-no scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausages. Only one type of slice of cheese, bread rolls and Croissants were good, toast, packaged jam, but nothing for diabetics, hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese, olives, coffee was okay, otherwise, tea, yogurt, Obstmix out of the can. Staff in the Breakfast room was friendly. The reception staff was a little overwhelmed when problem solving. W-Lan worked very poorly. The Hotel is in the vicinity of Peddington, but about 3 minutes from the underground station Bayswater station.

Excellent location and competitive price. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very very disappointed with this hotel. Standard was less then good — very tiny room, free wireless connection wasn't working in our room, water in shower was barely warm, breakfast was less then basic and not very fresh, and lift broke on us in the middle of the night and hotel staff didn't care less… honestly there was nothing right, especially for the price of 85 pounds a night… I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi. But breakfast are a little bit simple — just toast with cheese. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Hotel is situated a 10 mins from Oxford Street. Si I can recomend this hotel to everyone who comes to visit London :).

I stayed at this Hotel for 5 Nights, the Front Desk Clerks are idiots, they have no Clue, they overcharged my Card, and it went over-the-limit. I asked for the Hotel Manager, but they kept saying he was on-vacation, finally on Monday, I spoke the Manager and was refunded the Difference, but not after struggling to pay in Pounds for 2 Days. Stay away from this Hotel, if you can, or you'll find yourself broke in London.

I was very dissapointed with my stay in this hotel. Some milk in my room was green mouldy when I opened it and the bed extreamly creeky and uncomfortable. Thank goodness I was only staying 1 night. I will never stay here again and from my experience would certainly not advise anyone else to either.

The hotel, not bad, the worst bed, nailed all the springs in the back and not let you rest, and the breakfast leaves much to be desired, there is no variety, if you are looking for a typical continental breakfast, here you will not find. The employees aren't very friendly q say, rather the opposite. But good for the q has cost us not to believe q can be much more, speaking from London. Very well communicated with the Centre, you can even walk to Oxford Street, q is the shopping street. Some 300 metos is Queensway station, on that same street you will find all kinds of trade and even a nearby shopping center. Cleaning highlight q on one of the beds the saban was broken and until the third day q got it in the ground plan indirect not changed it, in the bathroom leak q to q you give the sucha very fast, because it gave the appearance of dirt. It has internet service paying, laundry service, fax etc. In short, quality, good price, although I don't think q again.
