The property will contact guests directly in order to give instructions regarding check-in.,The minimum age required to check in is 25 years.,A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.,Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) prior to arrival.,Additional information may also be required at the property's discretion such as copy of the card used for payment.,Guests must contact the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failing to contact the property or arriving outside mentioned hours will be subjected to an additional charge.,Please let the property know the expected arrival time at least 2 hours in advance. So a representative can meet and welcome guests personally upon arrival. In case of delay our representative will wait for maximum 30 minutes after schedule time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.,Guests checking in after 11:00 AM will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50.,The credit card holder requires to be present and to provide a valid photo ID before and upon arrival.

  Guests that cannot provide ID on or before arrival will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.
