The beds are narrow, but the location is great for kosher eating.

This place is a hidden gem. I was so lucky to have found it! Stayed here for 8 nights. The rooms are AMAZING. Nespresso machine, fridge, cook top, etc. Ironing board. This is hard to find in London. Rooms are kept super clean and the bathroom and finishes are all modern. Staff are sweet and welcoming, especially Christian, who accommodated me so kindly at check in. Yeah it's a bit of a walk to the tube, but I didn't mind it at all, passing all the cute shops and restaurants. You won't find a better place and a better price. One tiny bit of criticism… The cleaning ladies are fantastic. However, they start early in the morning banging all around making a lot of noise. Making it hard to sleep in. But again, 5 stars ya'll!

I've stayed in many hotels in London and M Stay is the best I've found. I stayed here for several weeks in summer 2017. Rooms were always excellent, well equipped with ironing boards, kettles and tea sets, satellite TV, power outlets, air con. Unusually for hotels this also has a mini kitchen with hot spots for frying, making pasta, whatever,, and a large fridge. Staff friendly and helpful each time I came back; they made it feel like home with familiar faces. Alina in particular who usually checked me in as she did the night shift on Sundays! One downside is that it is quite far from central London, about 10min walk to the tube + 30min train into the city. Worth it though.

We stayed 2 people in similar rooms. One was more expensive then the other. Not very honest.

Um… well… it's a crematorium. You carry your loved one's coffin on to the rollers, you get that little leaflet that you get at funerals and people get up and say positive stuff about the person that has died. I've seen a number of my family member's corpses slowly roll into the furnace here, and afterwards I listened to a bit of music and exited out into their lovely gardens. Then it's time for the wake and I will say this. The sandwiches they serve there are APPALLING. Maybe they're toting for extra custom by serving food that may actually kill you, although that seems a bit cynical. At least you can smoke outside. Afterwards you go home feeling a bit empty (and pissed), and get a bit existential. I'm not sure if gentiles are allowed to get burned up in this place but if you're Jewish this is the number one spot. I'll probably find myself rolling into that furnace myself one day. Death. It happens. Might as well come here after.

Since the loss of our dear and darling Mummy in 2003, we have had a Garden Vault Memorial for her. We moved to the North West a number of years ago and the Office Administration Team have been absolutely brilliant in helping us maintain this very special form of remembering our wonderful Mummy Palma. In particular, Jean Tucker the Memorials Administrator has shown us such compassion, consideration and made us feel incredibly reassured that whenever or for whatever occasion, our Palma is always remembered with beautiful flowers etc thus easing our pain and sadness. Thank you is simply not enough, and it is all too easy to be forgotten once the funeral and arrangements have been made and gone… but we could not wish for our Mummy to rest in more graceful and attentive place.

Went with my husband today 22/7/17. But couldn't get in the car park was packed with vehicles and people. The other car park was being dug up with builders. Hoop Lane was packed with cars and coaches no place to park. Upset we drove home. Try another day. My husband was quite anxious to see his parents new name plaque and stone boulder as the previous one had been damaged. I know some people have large funerals and memorial services but we were still disappointed.

Stayed there in May 2014 for five days and truly enjoyed Golders Green Hotel, which had just opened. The staff was helpful, and the rooms are clean, brand new and have kitchen, coffee machine, good Wi-Fi and great rates. Would recommend it highly.

Not stayed here yet but booked this hotel as I was going to London to see Adele in concert but due to circumstances beyond my control the concert has been cancelled. I have tried cancelling my reservation but the hotel are sticking to their 72hr cancellation policy and I am now out of pocket. As a goodwill gesture I offered to pay for more than half the booking and gave more than 24hours notice. I have had no goodwill from this hotel so I highly recommend you avoid this hotel as they do not seem to understand the term human courtesy!

The hotel was awesome, the whole feel of the place is modern and classy. The front desk staff member who assisted my check in was very friendly, polite and informative. The facilities were all first class. Close to the tube station.
I would definitely stay here again!

I had the delightful pleasure of staying at MStay Golders Green. The receptionists were polite and engaging with the check-in smooth. They made you feel as comfortable as you are in your own home. To anyone who knows me I very much need coffee in the morning so I was delighted when I found a hotel advertising a nespresso machine so I didn't even need to go out and spend a ridiculous figure on coffee!
The internet was very fast and definitely a staple in today's world, I needed to download some big files and the internet accomodated that. I am very pleased with the direction hotels are going by offering Netflix so I spent the morning catching up on shows I thought I would have to wait to see which was a delight.
The beds were lovely, the showers were outstanding, unfortunately the parking isn't amazing being that its in London but luckily we left out car in a car park and just took the London tube since the hotel is so close to the tube.

Disgusting customer services, spoke to very rude and insulted, would not tell me name and said would not allow a room because his name was asked. Would my recommend to stay where someone can speak to customers so disgracefully.

Excellent, extremely interesting. All staff my wife and I met were very helpful 5*****experience.

Terrible receptionist name I believe was pread made us feel so unwelcome it was unbelievable. 4 of us walked in the reception to check in for an overnight stay for the AJ V Klitchko fight at Wembley & he gave us a look of horror like what are we doing here. Didn't say hi or anything but straight away saying the rules & regulations of the hotel & what will happen if we mess around make noise etc. He said alot of other things but I'm not going in too much detail but will email the boss of this place & ask for a apology absolutely ridiculous. The one star is for the room itself which was decent & beds were comfortable to sleep on. The receptionist the following day was so much better & said he will pass on the negative feedback of pread to the manager.

Likes: Very helpful reception staff. Decent stay for decent price in decent location. Dislikes: The sheets had a smell of chemicals. Room service/attenders don't speak much English. The reason for giving 5* is because they really helped me through a very difficult time. Will never be able to thank them enough.

Very peaceful and beautiful place. You also can visit the last resting places from some legends like Keith Moon, Bram Stoker, Sigmund Freud, Jack Bruce, Marc Bolan, Anna Pavlova, and so on. DEFINETELY worth a visit. Also the stuff is very lovely and helpful! I highly recommend this place.

Fascinating place. Looks unchanged since it was built. Waiting room has loads of interesting pictures and notices from when it was opened.

Our brothers ashes were put in with our mum and dads in May 2016. Peter who works there said a few words for us. Peter thank you so much for your kind and caring nature. Whether you are religious or not, you won't find a lovelier place. It's clean. Tranquil and pretty with birds singing away. Marion and Frances Saunders.

This is my paternal Grandmothers last resting place. It can only be described as simply beautiful.

Thursday 4th September Kevin Matthews Funeral Service Northampton arrived at Golders Green Crematorium to do a service. I really would like to thank Eric Willis for his help and his very interesting conversation about the history of the crematorium. He truly is an asset to your company.
