Lovely Sunday lunch, great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff.

Good choice of craft beers, good food and nice atmosphere.

My family of 4 had an overnight stay while visiting London. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Lovely clean spacious room. Breakfast was of a very high standard. Highly recommend!

Good food, great prices. As far as the rooms are concerned, faultless. If you’re going to Olympia then this is cheaper, closer and better than the Hilton which is about as close as you can get. The restaurant has all the standard fayre plus a heavy Thai focus. I’m full and contented. Thank you Hand & Flower!

What a great place to stay, just superb. Great beer, great atmosphere and lovely comfortable rooms. Landlord Carlos and his staff David and Tammy made us feel so welcome during me and my new wife’s stay. Highly recommended and we’ll be back.

Only went in for supper… delicious, small portions, but quite pricey for a Pub (trying to be a Gastropub! )

We always go to this pub after we have been to the Christmas show at Olympia, very prompt service, food always served nice and hot, even though it's busy, the staff are friendly, just a bit noisy, but that's to be expected where it's so busy.

Although the rooms are a little tired in places, still very cosy and good views if your on the top floor (no air con, but fan is sufficient). Rooms clean and nice little things, like fresh milk in the fridge for your tea!

Good little base if your going to Olympia or surrounding areas.
Better than staying in your standard hotel rooms!

Our family of 9 stopped in to the pub for lunch and we were absolutely delighted with the excellent service (thank you, Jennifer, for accommodating us! ), delicious pub fare, as well as the tasty local brews.

Went for breakfast, paid almost £30 for 2 full english's and 2 coffees. They came out with the wrong eggs (and undercooked) and black pudding that was stone cold (maybe not even cooked), and cold toast (barely cooked). The replacement items took over 10 minutes to be replaced, by which time the rest of our food was begrudgingly already eaten (as we didnt have enough time to send it all back). All in all, a dismal experience. Maybe go to Costa instead!

Just spent £13 on breakfast but was disappointed to receive my breakfast on a cold plate which meant everything was either Luke warm or cold except the sausage! That with one underdone inedible poached egg left me extremely disappointed, next time I will probably go next door to Franks cafe at half the price. Come on @fullers you are better than this.

Very busy central location traditional pub with good choice of real ale in well kept condition. Nice well cooked breakfast options. Friendly bar staff & waiter. Have visited before, would visit again when I am in the area.

Great pub. Plus the super helpful lady behind the bar (blonde hair and glasses) made myself and my spaniel super welcome on trade day at gbbf. X.

Excellent pub and location if visiting the Olympia. I did not stay at the hotel but had a few beers at 11am (midday somewhere in the world yeah) and bacon roll before visiting event at the Olympia. Very polite staff and the Bacon Roll was excellent. Wide range of drinks to choose from and all facilities were very clean. Shame you cant take drinks outside is the only downside.

After voting for Turkey elections, we visited this pub, and stayed there more than 5 hours to watch the World Cup. Food was good, but didn't like roasts too much. There are a lot of beer selection, and good place to watch football.

Charming Pub right across the street from the Olympia Conference Center. I had an awesome breakfast and coffee. Didn't get a chance to drink there, but I gladly will next trip!

Large selection of beer and wine, if you're going to go, stick to that. The food was expensive and sub par. I had nachos, which cost 12 GBP and were chips stuck into a huge mass with sauces over them. No meat, no other toppings. The chicken skewer appetizer was boiled chicken with a prepackaged sauce poured over it. The mustard sausage appetizer was actually good, the only one of the three. If you go, pass on the food. There are much better places within a few blocks.

It is quite expensive I find… I paid 7 pound 50 for a small glass of white wine while on the map there was one to 5 pounds… not sure to understand how waitresses charge! the toilets are clean, the service is fast but it is quite small so quote full! think about booking if you are several. Especially if a concert or event is scheduled at the Olympia which is right next door!

Service better than saturday as not so packed. Be warned on food costs as its London and opposite Olympia. Its a football pub I beleive so may need to use sign language to have a conversation if not a footie fan.

Went for a social event. We were in the spatial events room which suited our needs. Drinks and food were pricy but good.

Nice pub which is close to Olympia. Easy to hold meetings at as Olympia can be a bit crowded and noisy. The selection of drinks is good and the food is not bad either. It is a pub I can only recommend. Not sure what it is like without expos at Olympia though.

Great staff, poor service, went on a Saturday morning, arrived at 10am, ordered 2 sausage baps, 45 minutes later no sign of them! Trouble in the kitchen It's a shame because the serving staff were great, we saw quite a few people walk out. Shan't go again. Sorry. ☹️

Paying to much for what you are getting. Bathroom is dirty. Service is very slow and the staff aren't friendly. Food not great either.

Extremely busy, under-staffed pub opposite London Olympia exhibition centre. On the day I visited the staff were clearly overwhelmed by the volume of customers following the Spirit of Christmas exhibition. Consequently it took ages to get served & that service was, to put it kindly, brusque & impolite. As it is directly opposite the exhibition centre they have almost no competition within the immediate vicinity & the staff know it & make you feel they are doing you a favour serving you.

Nice enough. Good range of beer. Service at the bar was quick. Food was ok, not bad. Mine was sitting in the kitchen a while so was warmish when it arrived. I'd go back if I was at Olympia but wouldn't make the trip otherwise.

This public house is near the Olympia Exhibition Hall and we stopped here for lunch. The pub including the toilets where clean and pleasant. It sold a range of beers from hand pulled and pressure pumps. The beers we had were kept well. We had a snack lunch from a limited menu which was tasty and brought in a reasonable time. I would recommend this establishment for a speedy snack lunch. I have not used it for anything else.

Best Sunday roast in town. They also have a variety of lager, pale ale selection. Service was excellent. Very well look after.

Friendly staff, good selection of drinks at a reasonable price. With some nice cosy booths that you can book. There was a lot of tables booked for the day which means they must be doing something right! The staff were very efficient with our food order too. What we had was good, which was a pleasant surprise as I don't normally expect much from pub foods. They would be my first choice to go to if I am in the area again.

We attended the Ideal Home Exhibition Christmas and after walking around a fair bit we decided to go for a quick drink before the journey home. The Hand & Flower was in the perfect spot just outside the event. The staff were warm & friendly, the service was as expected, good, and the seating had a perfect gift section at the bottom to put all our bags while we enjoyed our drink. The music was good too!

A great place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff, nice room and a comfy bed, which isn’t always the case when staying away from home! Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Although the pub was busy, the noise didn’t affect us at all. Thanks a nice stay!

I was there on a Friday early evening. It was really busy, especially as there had been a conference/exhibition at Olympia that day. So, it was busy, noisy and took quite a while to be served. It has the standard London Pub beers, Fullers I think. Not much variety and few craft beers. Overall it was fine, nothing special. I would like to go back another time to see what the real place is like, without all the conference visitors.

The Flowers us a gorgeous traditional London put, in the heart of West London. Serving lovely gastro-pub meals & a wide range of proper beers. Highly recommended for a visit if you're in the area.

I would recommend staying here. Rooms are well decorated and very comfortable everything you need. The staff are really friendly including the manager who we had the pleasure of meeting at breakfast. Food is amazing I can defenantly recommend Sunday lunch never tasted anything like it. The hand and flower has a bar down stairs so if you want a quiet drink it's perfect. Thank you to the manager again we will be back. The girls from Durham.

Stopped in for a couple of beers ager working at the Kensington Olympia. Good selection of beer, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Didn't order much in the way of food, just lite bites, though these were quite good.

Friendly staff and pub nice but room was V hot and loud. Beware also you'll need to get up a fair few stairs. Staff were great and very helpful.

Currently staying here the rooms are so cute and the staff are so lovely. The toilet paper was folded into a diamond I love this place.

This pub seemed fine although it didn't feel exactly comfortable and felt a bit Pty both in yes of furniture choice and customers. Mind you it was Sunday night and a bit rainy. The bar staff were very good.

That hotel is really nice and so clean. However, parking is problem! Before we arrived London, we hardly found a space for parking our car near the hotel. Once we finally parked our car a little far away, and checked in the hotel, they won't be able to give us the parking permit on the streets near Hand & Flower. Absolutely, they don't have parking a lot for customers and visitors. We were told to find somewhere else for parking the cars. If you guys want to make reservation at Hand & Flowers, do not drive the cars. If you prefer driving the car, make reservation at Hilton London Kensington Hotel (with parking a lot) that may compete with Hand & Flower.

Beautiful building and interior but the lack of organisation brings this place down. We stopped by for breakfast before attending the Ideal Home Show at the Olympia. I wouldn't say it was particularly busy, but they still managed to run out of poached eggs (yet they still had fried eggs? ) and had no more avocado, so therefore were unable to provide my first order. Placing an order at the bar took almost 10 minutes even though there was only one person in front! Our hot drinks arrived lukewarm and had no sugars accompanying, so we had to chase staff for them. We noticed people around us complaining that other people's food orders were being brought out before theirs, even though they had ordered first. A family who had arrived and ordered 10 minutes earlier soon had there food brought to them! 30 minutes later our food arrived. I asked for Brown sauce, which the waitress forgot to bring, prompting her again on her way past, I then asked again. She returned a few minutes later hastily throwing down a pot of sauce and saying "there's your ketchup" before running off! Luckily the guy next to me noticed and ordered a pot of brown sauce with his cappuccino! Therefore 45 minutes later we were finally able to eat our now cold breakfasts! Such a shame that such a fabulous and accessible venue has such lack of communication, motivation and structure! Will not be visiting again!

An excellent stop off point before or after going to Olympia. The Fullers beer is kept in good condition. Only had olives as a lite bite but best portion of olives I've ever come across, tasty too!

Very convenient if you are visiting Olympia. Light and airy. Food looked good, but I didn't try it.

Great food. The mushy peas with the fish and chips was extra special. Nice atmosphere.

Went to the pub for Friday night drinks. We got ciders and beers and both tasted off as if the kegs had been contaminated. We raised the issue with the bar staff straight-away and they refused to acknowledge it. First we were stared down as if we were trying to scam free drinks, then told "The kegs aren't see-through mate". It's probable that the taps haven't been cleaned for centuries and the filth is coming through in the beer. Either way, we won't be going back again.

Good pub, great location if you're visiting Olympia. Can thoroughly recommend the breakfasts.

Whilst attending the RBTE event, I attended a Business lunch and found the staff friendly and the food was excellent value. I would visit again.

Pretty good food, super — expensive beer (£5.35 a pint! ), but convenient for Olympia and pretty decent surroundings.

Very nice bar close to Olympia. A little crowded during exhibition times but they have an upstairs seating area. Overall a very good experience.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Only down side was the portion size. The English breakfast looked and tasted great, however… The portion is to small for a breakfast meal, even for a rather petite female who had joining me. The porridge and maple syrup was a flavorful dish, served on an interesting designerish wooden pallet. Expect Kensington prices! Very convenient location to the Olympia railway, and exhibition center. Large screen upstairs plays Rugby and sports in the evening. Large space with good seating. For the overly observant, an interesting mounted Badger head can be found mounted behind the upstairs counter! Simply labeled "badger". No one seemed to know why it was there, it just was!

Expensive beer at over £5 a pint and half the menu isn't available until 1700 — Why advertise it on the tables before? Nice ambience though.

Was a pretty decent experience until I swallowed a fish hone. Found about 10 good size bones in all. If you're going to charge that much for a piece of cod, you should probably be a bit more careful. Not so much as an apology.

If your visiting Hammersmith, Earl's Court or Olympia and its out of season, check this place out for a bargain luxury stay, Top place, That is all! Get here late for free parking on the side street.

Terrible service for breakfast: AN HOUR for some food to come out, rude staff, inconsistent food. Wrong number of mugs/cutlery dumped on table, teaspoons a precious rare item, meals missing items, staff dismissive and clearly not happy to be bothered. Food OK depending on how long it had been sitting about. It was quiet when we arrived, about halfway through waiting for some of our table's orders more customers came in and the place descended into chaos, people ambling about saying 'has anyone seen any tea? ', 'has anyone seen any mugs? ' etc. And no, there is one teaspoon and we are sharing it. It would have been funny if we weren't hungry.

Friendly staff, wide bar area, plenty of seating and comfortable booths. A modern pub that hasn't lost any of it old school charm, I suspect the bar staff are used to hoards of convention goers from the nearby exhibition center and having a load of new customers every day. They are very friendly and polite and quick to serve with a smile. Good selection of drinks and pub food as well.
