Am staying here now and find it a relaxing place, the food is very good the staff are friendly and the beer is good, although not a lot of choice. Parking is a bit of a bother but first come first serve. The rooms are a good size with ensuite and the showers are brill. Everything worked for me, n yes I'd definatly stay again.

This hotel is a health hazard and a nightmare. It is booked solid, which means that someone stayed in the room I’m currently in this morning. However, there is no ventilation whatsoever. The windows do not open, there is no air coming out of the vents and it’s unbearably hot and stuffy. The front desk said they cannot move us because it is sold out, regardless of me asking for the air to be fixed within an hour of check in time. They only offered to deliver a fan, which still hasn’t arrived, and my teen and I cannot sleep because it feels like it’s impossible to breathe. After 2 years of covid and as a scientist, we know that proper ventilation is absolutely necessary to prevent infection. Literally any place is better than this hotel and I regret booking it through the Hilton Honors app because it is not deserving of the Hilton name.

We stayed here on Friday 24th June we went to our room and found the bathroom door was of the hinges and completely stuck open. The second room was fine except both doors you can't lock as they hadn't fitted a latch. The biggest disappointment was we left our watch on bedside table (which I know that was our fault but they could of returned this easily) it was 100% on bed side table before going to breakfast and after leaving hotel will called up 30-60 minutes after leaving hotel took as took 30 minutes to get through to reception. I explained to the lady there is an armani watch on the bedside table by the window in the room number and asked if she could retrieve this and safely returned to us by our expense. I also emailed this and they said they will call by end of the day. Instead of doing this straight away they left this to house keeping which they did not call me back or email me back that day. So I called at 9pm to find that no one had made a note of a missing watch in this room and reassured me they would investigate this matter and call me by mid day the next day. They did not call me instead email me to say there was no watch in room and house keeping have said it wasn't there. I know for sure that watch was there and if the first lady I spoke to if she had gone straight to the room than she would have seen it and I would have got it back.
