The staff were really customer friendly and the place us cool. Their fish and chips… the best I've ever had.

Great pub to watch the world cup. Genial atmosphere. Lots of craft ales on tap, spacious, high ceilings, nice decor. Thoroughly traditional pub brought into this century. A good looking menu although we didn't eat.

Interesting decor, comfortable seating, lovely staff. We had the sunday roast which was absolutely perfect and generously portioned and some craft beers. We got to taste a few before deciding what we wanted which I thought was a great touch. I saw they have board games behind the bar and comedy in the events room downstairs. I must try those next time!

If you’re in the area I really recommend this pub. There a really good atmosphere. A large selection of beers. I’ve been there on Sunday for the roast and the food taste really good too. The bar staff is really nice and welcoming!

Had a fun night but this was more down to people than slightly cramped function basement room. Upstairs more spacious brass-fitted bar with tables. Somewhat lacking in London atmos but clean & efficient service.

Nice pub in a strangely bleak park of London. Good range of beers. Food a bit expensive and while beyond edible, not amazing. There are nicer and cheaper cafés around the corner (but no beer)

Went there for drinks with some friends one time. Its a nice place. Service was great and attentive. Sometimes in these pubs you can find yourself waiting for ages but this was not he case. As far as prices, its quite similar to most pubs in the area.

Very busy (Friday night) drinks were reasonably priced for a bar in the city.

Nice, friendly pub but very few vegetarian options on the menu. There's a decent amount of seating but it does get busy. There's also seating downstairs but this is sometimes used for events or private bookings.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Very accommodating of dogs in the pub. However, the high priced burger was over-done, dry, and flavourless.

Booked a table at the Albany to get some food before going to a gig at the Venue. Arrived about 6.15 waited at the bar for 20 minutes but couldn't get served as there were not enough staff so went to the Greene Man pub to get a drink. Returned at 7 o'clock as had reserved a table waited at the bar to order food for 20 minutes before giving up and going to Pizza Express Don't waste your time going to the Albany…

One of the staff here is so weird I couldn't make out if he was laughing or slowly dying inside. Besides that experience, the pub is nice for a hot day and has a pot of open space. You can also drink outside.

Food was amazing, ordered the chicken roast to share, got an excellently cooked whole chicken, with roast potatoes, cooked to perfection, a mixture of vegetables, meat stuffing balls, pigs in blankets, a delicious red wine gravy and the best bread sauce I've ever had. The Yorkshire pudding was massive, if not a bit dry, but with everything else, I can hardly complain! Lovely atmosphere, would definitely recommend :)

Huge brewery a bit away from the usual London roads great quality of the beers the very good eating dishes the site plus is quite cozy and the service super and very friendly close to the Metro great Portland Street Station.

I had the traditional English breakfast, so it terms of food it is difficult to go wrong… Not the best that I have had but definitely enjoyed it. The restaurant is very well presented, with different use of space and the service was great.

Attentive service, well appointed restaurant with a range of seating areas and a bookable room. Very good value for three quality courses less than £30 (recommend the "spoilt for summer menu")!

Cosy little hotel, simple no frills, value for the money. Will definately use it again.
