It is not a hotel, it is a bed and breakfast and not worth going there, only positive thing the bus stop nearby. It is in the suburbs and to get to the center of London you have to take bus and subway. It is not close, if you take both it takes 34 min, otherwise only 91minutes bus.
The rooms are small, the bathroom with fake plastic tiles, there is no mixer in the sink. Towels are never changed and the bed never remade.
In The room there is the fridge and the kettle. The doors of the rooms look like those of the abandoned houses, dirty carpet in the stairs. You can hear noises similar to mice.
There are phone numbers in the door, but the lady never answers.
Morale: Go Elsewhere!

Clean and cute rooms with a decent bathroom, but the new owner is making maintenance and it still seems a little run-down on the outside, but I'm sure that when it's done she's going to be running a very beautiful B&B.

A great room and a very friendly hotel. We enjoyed it.

Rude staff… Make you feel like you're not welcome at all. No tv. No hairdryer. No phone. No Wi-Fi. No light bulbs. 1 towel for 2 people. Mice. Filthy. Curtain rail fixed with sellotape. No food allowed in rooms. Avoid at all costs.

There is no WI-FI. It is not adapted to children or to allergy sufferers. Breakfast with few options (cereals, bread, milk, and the coffee NESCAFÉ was! )
It needs a reform!

Horrible, dirty, shredded.
There is no Wi-Fi, it is not suitable to children and much less disabled people.
Arriving at 2 pm the room would not be ready until the night of 9-10!
The free breakfast is a cereal box and a carton of milk, not to mention that the dining room is the dining room of the home with 2 tables.
The rooms do not have bathroom unless the customer requests it, which I doubt a credulous person decide to bathe in them.
The only thing good is kindly landlady, otherwise it should not be regarded Hotel and much less than 2 star.

Rats on the 2nd floor? wtf.

The unhygienischste accommodation I've ever experienced. Every night, mice in the room. Breakfast totally miserable. Furniture are good for the garbage. Never again!

No Wi — Fi in a week!
The person who runs the hotel is friendly although authoritarian when the running graph breakfast between 8: 00 and 9: 00 only.
If you want new towels or you change your sheets ask the Manager
The hotel is old and in a busy street, there are shops and a park for children nearby, there was work in the hotel when we were there, so the quality of the rooms will can be improve!
Breakfast consists of coffee, milk, orange juice, instant powdered tea and bread without variation during the week,
A variation with cakes made houses, several out of teas, fruits, yogurts, and chocolate powdered would be the minimum to accommodate foreign tourists properly!
The metro line Victoria is closed between Sevens sisters and blackhorse Road on 8/8/15-8/30/15, so we take the overground to stop St. James street in Liverpool street for the same price with the Oyster Card, (£ 8 per day and per person unlimited subway, bus, overground area 1 to 3) to go into the centre of London!
A good way to spend 1 week in London for cheap! After this is a place to spend the night do not expect cleanliness and the standing of the breakfasts of the France!

I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Very neat and clean. Friendly staff.
