Rooms are ok and clean, but the Hallway and restaurant are partially dirty and poorly maintained. Is actually quite new and yet something has come down. Hot Water was broken, which can occur naturally.

Very conveniently located in the Westfield shopping centre, this hotel has a good bar. Breakfast at £10 is reasonable for London, but if you don't want a full English I recommend eating in one of the many cafés and restaurants in the shopping centre. A handy mobile phone is available free of charge for your use so no need to use up valuable data on your own phone. Our kettle was broken, and a technician came the next morning and fixed it.

Men liked it a lot. Large, clean, and modern.

This was a great place to stay outside of London. The price was fairly inexpensive along with a great breakfast. Parking was ok but a ways off from hotel. The train station was close by so you can get downtown fairly fast without all the traffic headaches. The shopping center was an added bonus. It had everything one would want or need.

Fairly standard for holiday inn. Entrance is shared with another hotel. Reception on 3rd floor. Checking in took an extraordinarily long time for no apparent reason. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Only real issue was no hot water in bath in morning. Reception apologised but that was that. Somewhat disappointed.

Excellent value for money. Hotel is close to train station and shopping complex. Room is fairly large, TV, iron, safe available. No mini bar. 24 hour room service available.

A typical big chain hotel in heart of the Stratford Westfield. Good: — As usual you can expect a good quality rooms. — Rooms are relatively normal priced — There is a terrace with bar at the 3rd floor, where is the reception and you can have a smoke (at the terrace) which is let's say convenient for us the smokers. — you need to use the card to activate the lift in order to access the room floors (a little bit of security is good touch) — Friendly staff Bad: — Lack of character as every big hotel chain.

My husband and I stayed here 11 nights. His employer sent him here on business, otherwise, we would have changed hotels. The room was small and sparce, no refrigerator, no microwave, decorated in a sports theme. The housekeeping service was not good. 10 out of the 11 days of our stay I had to call because they had not refilled an item, toilet paper, soap, Kleenex, towels. Something was always lacking. Calling them DAILY to do what should have been done became very annoying. We were put in a room as far from the elevator as possible with an industrial view and parking lot out the window. There was an on and off buzzing sound and intermittent clanging that would wake me up each night. However, the hotel is not expensive and is convenient to the train, a shopping mall, and restaurants.

Overall you're better off next door at sister hotel Staybridge Suites. The rooms and overall hotel experience is not as good at this hotel. 2 nights in a row of bad sleep. Fixable problem is the room temperature control. More difficult to resolve are the thin walls. I asked to have my room changed. Normally as a Spire Elite member (highest level on IHG) hotels are great at trying to accommodate requests. They didn't even bother to get back to me here. When I had to ask again they rejected me. On the plus side the Holiday Inn is typically cheaper than the Staybridge next door so I guess you get what you pay for. To their credit, the Holiday Inn Wi-Fi is the fastest I've ever tested!

Great, cozy and clean hotel, perfectly situated above Stratford Centre. We got the room early as we asked without surcharge. We’ll be back.

Went there for my Work Christmas get together party (2017). Great hotel good service and food. Convenient for staying if traveling soon as local to train stations. I have nothing negative to say of my first experience. Enjoy and Regards.

Stayed only one night in holiday inn Stratford, we have stayed before and will most certainly stay again. As before, we were made to feel welcomed and valued. Staff were very friendly and always approachable. Nice to see the high standards have remained exactly the same as our last stay. Will definitely stay again and am already looking forward to it!

One of the best hotel in Stratford area of london. Very nearly to theatre and stadium. Stratford station is on walking distance. Continental free breakfast is available to all guests. Food quality is the best. This is one of the luxurious hotel hence rates are high as compare to other hotels.

The room was absolutely immaculate — very very clean and well presented. The reception staff were lovely. Hotel is a great location and I will be staying here next time I come to London!

Well located in Westfield centre n by Stratford stations. Great lobby area n roof terrace looking out towards the Olympic Park. The staff all try their best for you n usually deliver!

An interesting concept, personal little studios with kitchenettes, dishwasher, most basic cooking can be done in room. Free self service laundry with your own detergent, available in the lobby, but are busy. Rooms are supplied with a fridge and proper freezer, nespresso machine but pods are only given once on arrival, extra are available for purchase for 50p each after. The buffet breakfast is OK. For £250 a night I'd expect the bacon to at least be crispy. Rooms have large size toiletries, no individuals if that's your thing. There's no turndown service on the weekends unless requested, again, odd given the price. The concept feels like it's trying too hard to be different, while offering an barely above "budget" service at a luxury price…

The staff are very helpful and polite, the rooms are kept to a very high standard and the overall experience I would describe as peaceful, safe and not too expensive at all.

Best Holiday Inn I have been so far! There are three things which I love about this place: First is the location: this hotel is basically in front of/inside the shopping centre which makes it easier for people to go shopping and stay outside till late! Second is the hospitality and customer service: they have really high standard when it comes to hospitality because the rooms are very beautiful and super clean! Nothing missing. The people at the reception are very friendly! Third is the breakfast: the breakfast is huge! with a wide range of food (pancakes, fresh fruit, streaky bacon, eggs and many more). I also love the fact that you can ask the chef how you want your eggs since they fry them in front of you or even ask for an omelette.

Very good hotel, perfect for shopping at Westfield as right inside the complex, Very modern clean hotel and good overall stay. Rooms are good size, and we had breakfast included which was an excellant hot and cold buffet, although further out than some areas good links with dlr.

Everything is fine over then the extremely poor Wi-Fi speed. Other hotels of this class provide full free and better speed. Location/Room N/A here as the connection is solid from where I am.

Good comfortable hotel on the site of Westfield shopping centre, close to Stratford train station & underground.

All them Holiday Inn are good, are cheap but lend a service decent in relationship for money are of it best and also this in concrete this winged of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and a Center commercial in that there are from stores of clothing until restaurants, passing by Starbucks. Recommended 100%

I visited the Stratford Holiday Inn on 11th June to have afternoon tea at the café. It was the Queen's birthday so we got a bit of a deal (free prosecco). Service was slow but the staff were pleasant. The cakes were all very very tasty, as were the sandwiches. Scones could have been softer, but otherwise it was an excellent tea.

I stayed here one night with work the other day, good location with easy access to the tube/DLR. The room was good with everything which you would expect. The food in the restaurant was great, as was the service by Mizan who was very accommodating and definitely enhanced the experience. Would recommend/stay again in the future.

Great location in the heart of the Westfield shopping centre. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Good rooms and good location.

This is a great hotel! I initially didn't know where, had a look at the comments. They're comments are very correct! Front Desk service very dear to all! Room clean, comfort! The Mall here can I go to the best! This is divided into 3 levels, gourmet Plaza, the high-end Mall and an ordinary Mall, everyone can find their own want to go there! I'm very picky… as a nurse, clean is the most important! We live here very happy!

Nice clean modern hotel right next to tube and train stations. We've stayed there twice now and staff have always been very helpful and efficient. There's plenty to choose from for breakfast but I'd get a room rate where it's included — if you don't eat much you might not think it's good value to pay separately. Parking is in the Westfields Centre right under the hotel and even a week doesn't cost too much.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn London — Stratford City for 5 nights this past week while visiting our Son and his family. Our accommodations were excellent! Location is great and just a tube ride into Central London. And the shopping is great at the Westfield Mall. We found the staff at the hotel very helpful. We especially want to name MD, Claudia, Maria and Lisa who were always cheerful and helpful at the breakfast buffet which was delicious. Sal (? ), the Concierge was also very helpful with finding us a car to the airport and sorting out a problem we had with a taxi driver. I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped us, but just know that everyone at this hotel deserves a high 5. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this holiday for nearly two weeks and there was one issue after another. These issues ranged from the fire alarm going off in the early morning (twice in one stay! ) to payment issues. Most of the staff were miserable and sometimes cleaners left rubbish behind. The only decent things about this place were the rooms and location. Certainly will not be staying here again.

I stayed here in June for Taste Of London. The hotel is a bit far from Central London but the tube and DLR make is easy to get to and from so it didn't bother me. The hotel is located in Westfield Stratford City so there are of course plenty of shops to wander around. There is an abundance of restaurants too in case you don't fancy the hotel restaurant. The room itself was nice, well furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were very good too, all friendly and helpful. I would most likely stay again.

Really nice hotel, staff, food and rooms. Couldn't fault that kind of stuff. However my room (402) was above the gym. This meant when ever somebody was using the treadmill I'd hear 'Bang bang bang bang'. Every footstep! Kind of spoiled it a little. If you're in a different room I'd expect the stay would be faultless.

I need to come down to London for business and decided to stay in this hotel as British Airways got me a good overall travel and hotel deal. This hotel is in an excellent location near the Westfield shopping centre meaning that there is always some sort of food nearby. The views from the hotel restaurant are excellent, of the Olympic Stadium. What made this location excellent was that it was next to the Stratford train and underground stations which are excellently linked. It is about an hour to Heathrow (one tube change), or you can get the DLR to London City airport (didn't try this). Certainly the transport options are huge so you can organise getting around most of London easily. The only thing that I never mentioned to the staff was the free Wi-Fi — I suspect so many people are on it the speeds are slower than dial-up, although there is a paid faster Wi-Fi option. The bed and pillows are the usual excellent Holiday Inn variety. The staff were friendly, breakfast was very filling. Would recommend staying here if you need to be anywhere in the area, or need to be in central London.
