Very basic. Too expensive for what it is.

Veeeery poor conditions. Awful. Impossible to stay. I have never ever seen such a "hotel". I lost the money, but I left straight away. Do not go there neither if you are desperate! Really sorry for not taking more pictures, but I had to leave…

Good for the price paid. Basic but clean. Walking distance to tube station, could reach. Central london within 40-50 mins on tube, lotf of mini shops and takeaway sort of places close by. I found the staff accomodating.

Excellent hotel with great services, would recommend, sometimes staff on main reception sometimes not the happiest bit still nice place.

Great little b and b as long as you don't expect the ritz. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

Nice rooms littel old rooms garden you can smoke you have chiken to coke food littel cheap shops for food 10 min from harrow on the hill town.

Nice and accomodating staff, rooms were ok.

The room was clean and warm. There was no water pressure from the shower at all it was not easy for us to shower also the shower control knob was unfriendly user it's either was very hot or cold. That is the only thing l was not happy with. Kindly pls change the shower head to enable water to flow. Thanks.

I was helped at the front desk without much hassle.

Expensive for this establishment which is worth £30 pay £85 more breakfast bad ham frozen coffee powder ect see photo of the room more very PE toilet paper and no one has the home to have hotel not recommend sincerely.

Good place to stay, very easy in the relationship to the means of transport and put you in the center of London in 30 min, with the tranquility of Harrow. Clean rooms, the heating at night did not put it in the rooms but without much cold, normal bed and small bathroom.

Friends stayed there and I dropped them off there. Room was ok but showers were going between very hot and cold.

Absolutely disgusting! We Booked this hotel with 6 weeks to spare before needing it as watching Adele in Wembley, 2 weeks prior to the concert date we receive an email saying they have cancelled our booking, when I rang up to question this they told me the hotel was closing down and they had gave me ample notice to find somewhere else. I cancelled the booking and then when looking for somewhere else found the same hotel offering the same room for over double what we had booked it for! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service, I rang up to ask why if the hotel was closed was it advertising our room we'd just cancelled for odouble the price the man was very rude and put the phone down without answering my question! Luckily we have found another hotel but had to pay a fortune for! Don't book here, it's absolutely outrageous what they have done to us!

Truly awful. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very low standards.

Dirty lost of people coming in and out, mainly men.

What a truly awful hotel and company. Rude and unhelpful staff. I was truly disgusted by all aspects of this establishment. I would recommend staying a in a tent over ever staying here. Trust me never waste your money here.

Work there not a nice place owner crazy.
