Lovely hotel. Great room size. Only not so good thing is the beds are 100% comfy.

The room was lovely and warm. And very nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

Stayed here Saturday night. This hotel was amazing for the price, really reasonable. All the staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were immaculate and big! We had a free continental breakfast and were not disappointed with the choices we had, there was a full English option for a price but didn’t feel it was necessary. AND it had parking! Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This place is not fit for humans 😑 the worst place I've ever had the misfortune to arrive at. filthy dirty stained pillows bed full of springs sticking out kettle filthy towel rail hanging of wall brown marks on walls and side light of dubious origins. we didn't even stay instead we drove home 90 miles after watching our show.

Very nice hotel for our stay. The lady on reception was so helpful and we will certainly be coming back in the summer.

Dirty, dusty and stinky!
In the Seggetta edge of the WC C were excrements of who knows which generation, if you blow your nose you come out balls of mites, insects in the shower and the door with holes of termites.
Pretty much the horror house.
Not the entrance to the faint of heart.
Absent presence of emergency exits!

So… we start with the position: great.
Within walking distance we can find the typical shops (where you will find everything), pubs, supermarkets, cafes and more and more. We move very well, we can find two underground stations nearby: "Queen's Park" at 5 min walk — "Killburn high Roud" at 10 min walking distance; Where are the lines orange (underground) and Brown (Bakerloo), so the center is very easy to reach.
In fact it was very easy to reach the building where the apartments are located, the area very quiet (even if you are in front of the subway tracks) and quiet. I would not recommend it for a walk in the evening after dinner.
We're here at noon. 00 to put the luggage (check-in is at 16.00), and we found a man, who was very kind and courteous, explaining in detail all the functions of the apartment and the building, and finally salutandoci telling us that the Studio would be ready for 16.00, in fact, he was busy at Sistare. But coming out we notice that the apartment we gave, was not the same as the one booked, so as not to go by annoying, let's pretend nothing. The hour came, the man waited for us courteous and kind, as always, and explained to us the functions of keys and key-sticks, and with smile he went on.

It's fair enough. Don't expect too much.

The studios are in a typical London house, just a few steps from Queen's Park station which serves, with or without change, all the London areas and a ten minute walk from a great avenue for shopping, among other things! We were in a nice little two room, we could access it at any time, like at home.

Nice place where to stay if you're a tourist visiting London.

Fair price. Close to rail and good High St.
