2 nights in a row, people walked into my room. Was promised it wouldn’t happen after the first night, and last night I was walked in on naked when on the bed after a shower — no knocking! how embarrassing for me. The first night, no cold water (both taps hot) then in morning no shower as wasn’t working. Second night, room 109 does not meet HSE standards and is missing its smoke detector, told staff, then spoke to manager late morning and they weren’t even aware!? Also on-suite in bottom corner is filthy… get it cleaned.

Anyone looking for a Clean and comfortable bed is here in good hands.

As someone who's tins face the same way at home and on the eve of a major op & not wanting any stress, I'm amazed to read these reviews. Arrived this avo. Friendly staff, comfortable huge bed and despite the road, very quiet. Happy and comfy in bed watching TV. Tesco exppress opposite. No complaints. Parking would cost more!

Needs a complete revamp but even small things make a huge difference like wiping the doors near the handles cleaning inside and outside of fridges and clearing litter away from entrance, lovely service though.

My husband stayed here at the weekend having paid an extortionate amount to stay here — major concerns with safety as you can see… a bag over the sprinkler / smoke alarm, sockets off the wall and also overloaded sockets — absolutely dismal place. Don’t stay here!

Breakfast lacks variety. Room with no air conditioning and some faulty equipment. Good location and free parking.

The rooms and breakfast are very basic and at night there's a lot of traffic noise, it's on a busy roundabout and the ambulance station is nearby. On the other hand it was in a location that suited for our visit, it's right beside Kingsbury station and I'd consider staying here if I'm in the area again.

Not the greatest place to stay on a hot Summer night with no air conditioning and a lot of traffic noise if the windows are left open. Quite a large room but bathroom small and pokey. Breakfast room very clean and food on offer limited but ok for the price. The hotel does offer free parking which is a bonus.

Absolutely awful nothing like the pictures!
The room was disgusting. Dirty. Stains all over the bed. The drawers on every table were broken. The bedside tables and desk were completely sticky. Every time I lifted my phone of the bedside it had a horrible sticky noise. The card that contained the room key actually stuck to the desk and I couldn’t even peel it off. I am no means a picky person and will happily stay in a basic hotel as long as it is clean and this bedroom was just scruffy and dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and didn’t even want to lay on it because it was so gross. There was no remote for the tv. We went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade and would have happily paid and they said non were available and all the rooms are the same. So then we said the room was dirty and asked for a refund and they would not give us one. We had just been to a concert at Wembley and was too late to try and find another hotel. So we stayed in the room reluctantly. I put a t shirt over the pillow because the sheets were not clean. After an awful nights sleep. At 7am in the morning we were woken by idiots in the breakfast room (situated across the hall from our room) complaining and arguing that there were no eggs and sausage. The loud arguing continued for an hour until I had to exit my room and complain to the staff as they were not telling them to quieten down. I completely understand that his is not a 5* hotel, but the standard was not good at all!

Excellent value for money. Brilliant location. One tube stop from Wembly Park & London Designer Outlet. Good breakfast selection. Free parking.

Good hotel for stay. Near food street. Very near to local railway station. Between wembly and Watford. But Breakfast not good.

Looks good from the outside. The stairwells are nice that’s about it. Booked a double room got two beds pushed together with the worst mattress I have ever used. The shower room is a joke! missing tiles from the toilet the shower I had to run about just to get wet! and just a funky smell in general. Oh and there is no air con but you do get a fan… the TV on the was is like the bath room … tiny I think my laptop screen is bigger. I complained to to the receptionist and asked if I could move room which I got a reply that they are no more rooms available I asked if I could cancel my room and get a refund but this was also not possible. Manger is not in until 9am which I will be around. Would avoid at all costs sleeping in the car would be better for your back.

Hotel is nothing like the pictures, and it’s filthy!
Black curtains, Black windowsill, the toilet was filthy, there was a huge fridge in the middle of the room that was filthy, I didn’t even want to touch any of the door handles, we got their early so waited in reception for the room to be ready, the sofa in receptionist was dirty, went to use the main toilet and that’s was also filthy, when I told reception they said yeah they havnt cleaned it yet, that was at 12pm! We ended up not staying and booking to stay in a travel lodge. We asked the receptionist for our money back and she said we have to email them and the manager will get back to us, this was on 24th March, I’ve been ringing most days and sent emails and I still havnt had any response and they just keep telling me the manager is away!

PROS: The rooms are OK. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff is polite and helpful. There is free Wi-Fi. The place is easily accessible by Kingsbury Underground. CONS: The breakfast is a joke, I would recommend skipping it altogether and just getting your morning meal in the nearby pub J. J Moons (if you already paid for breakfast you can get a breakfast discount from the hotel for the same pub). Considering the location and the overall hotel facilities I think it is rather overpriced. The toilet and bathroom room was very small and uncomfortable.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel, it has the minimum needs to get through the night but that's about it. + friendly staff + beds cleaned up everyday — hard to operate shower — very rough mattresses can feel the springs poking in your back — if you drop anything into the sink it just disapears into a black hole — not very well isolated walls can hear the neighbor's every action — 900ping Wi-Fi.

Bloody good 3 star hotel. Location was ideal for our London trip. Clean. Friendly staff and a shower to really wake you up. Also free parking isn't to be sniffed at in London.

Cheap maybe and good breakfast. Not too much amenities. Very small washrooms. Good for sleep only.

Fairly cheap, but expect "king size beds" which are just two singles pushed together, full breakfast meaning toast and cereal, and rooms with not very much soundproofing. Staff were mostly helpful, would not stay there again.

Very disappointed! The room was filthy, stains all over the sheets, sheet covers were put on inside out, guessing because they hadn’t been washed! It was a very old duvet and very discoloured, bathroom was filthy! Shampoo bottles were filled with old water! Shower curtain was brown and mouldy. Every surface was sticky and clearly hadn’t been washed for a while. Very unhappy wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Booked a double bed, got two twins pushed together. Bathroom stunk of stale cigarette smoke and was generally in bad condition, rooms noisy from thin walls. 'Continental' breakfast is a joke. On the plus side all staff were polite and helpful.

Decent room. Bathroom was very small and a bit dirty. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very basic, with no real hot option. Very few places to eat in the close vicinity, but very close to the tube station on the jubilee line.

Very disappointed, the staff did not crowd on the housekeeping, at our arrival the room was dirty.

Pros: Parking, position and acceptable breakfast Cons: Old dirty small rooms (304), small bathroom, unstable temperature on the shower, old furniture, the carpet stinks, very weak Wi-Fi. This place need a refresh. Not recommended for families. Before paying, please see the room!

Lovely hotel only complaint was thin walls and gap underneath door so can hear everything going on outside the door.

Very good for the money. Great location, not as noisy as I thought it'd be next to a busy road. Helpful staff, breakfast was good. Facilities in the room were great (kettle, hairdryer, iron, soaps etc) and the bed was comfortable. Only negative was the shower, pretty old with temperamental temperature, needs an update.

Stayed during the NFL in what turned out to be am unclean room (even empty food packets under beds), including a dirty toilet. All at an extortionately increased room price compared to normal (triple normal cost). Don't be fooled by the website, this is NOT a boutique hotel. More equal to a travel lodge.

Me and my boyfriend had an emergency yesterday night, we got at the hotel at around 1am, the receptionist was super nice and helped us as much as possible, it was a quick and easy process which is nice if you are tired and want to go sleep like we did. The room was clean well organised and there was some coffee and tea available. The breakfast and Wi-Fi were free, the breakfast had many choices when it came to cold food but less for warm food. The stuff did not interact with us which I believe was a bit of a disadvantage. At the checkout the other receptionist this time a guy was super polite talkative and was a pleasure seeing someone like him when leaving the hotel. Overall nice stay!

This is a basic hotel in a reasonably priced part of London. We arrived before check in time but the staff found a place to store our luggage until our room was ready. First the good: Close to the tube station Good price A family with two twin beds and a queen bed. Plenty of hot water Good Basic breakfast Friendly staff The not so good: Don't bring a car, very little parking. This building is showing it's age (50+) Bathroom fixtures are tarnished The bathroom floor has a loose tile The bathroom is small enough that you won't be getting dressed in there unless you are 10 years old. Some people might be bothered by the traffic noise. Overall, I'm pleased with our stay. I really only need a place to store my clothes and sleep in. This place is perfect for that. Tube ride to Bond Street Station was 40 minutes.

Decent rooms nice and clean as continental breakfasts go it done the job.

Stayed 1 night on 2nd floor. Place is close to underground (Kingsbury station) with a good range of shops, restaurants and late night take-aways. One stop from Wembley park for cinemas, bars and entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tidy, double glazed, clean with small flat-screen TV attached on the wall, fridge, hair dryer, additional blankets/duvets. Noise level was bearable with the odd door slamming. Breakfast selection was generous with fresh fruits, …apple & orange juice and milk in a jar with various Muesli and cereal selections, and hot food on offer, etc. To Bond street it only took me 26 minutes to travel. What I didn't like: no air-con, double bed was simply 2 singles pushed together, bed-side lamp could only be turned off on the wall and shower pressure was very low with water too hot with no option to make it cooler, only hotter.
For £60/night bit pricey but then again I didn't pay for it. :)

Cant waste any star on such rubbish hotel. No lift for rooms on 3rd floor. No intercom. Water so hot one cannot bathe. No proper water supply in toilets. Very rude behavior by managers. If fact we are looking for proper authorities where we can complain. Never to recommend to others.

The room I which I stayed was well and truly over priced. Room I could of got much better at a higher quality and at a cheaper price in central London. This hotel room and its position within the hotel is not up to standard with the price they're charging for it. The room is pretty much in the kitchen/breakfast room. At 1am the hotel staff had either a colleague or a friend in there eating their personal meal whilst they were talking loudly. At 5am myself and partner were woken whilst the staff talked again (loudy) as to what they would like to do to get breakfast started (which upon inspection is the poorest breakfast I have ever seen) Unfortunately from 5am there was no chance to sleep as it was loud with no thought for the room that was sharing the kitchen entrance.

Not the poshest hotel, but beds were very comfortable, breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay at a great price. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms, recently modernised. Car parking is very limited. The hotel tries to look and feel more expensive than it is, but it's a great place to stay if you're on a budget. Breakfast is limited to continental only with limited dining area.

The hotel itself has potential with a good location but let down by cheap management and unhelpful staff. Wrong room advertised — described as double bed. It was in fact two singles pushed together topped off with beds being at different heights. Mattress were soiled and degraded with holes and springs sticking out. When we went to reception they were less them helpful, even asked if we could have a couple of spare duvets to pad the bed out, they came back with two bed sheets, this meant we ended trying to sleep on one of the two single bed which was only slightly better. The next morning we requested for discount, reception seemed confused why we would ask for one. After 2 weeks of calls and emails we were offered 20% off our next stay, what a joke. The bathroom was also dirty and moldy, it would seem that once these people have your money they don't care!

Great breakfast and good Wi-Fi.

Three star hotel so gave it three stars, v dusty on top of wood on bed, didn't realise there was a switch for electrics, no one advised, on a loud roundabout but overall an acceptable place to stay after a drunken gig.

I had absolutely no problem with this hotel. Lovely receptionist, lovely room with comfortable beds. Topped off the following morning by a brilliant continental breakfast.

Very low quality bathroom facilities. Tiny sink, low shower water pressure.

Clean rooms, but small and cramped. Decor needs updating as it seems very run-down. It's noisy too, as it is located near a busy roundabout.
