A different take on a hotel! Just returned from a long weekend in London and used the Villa as a base and really happy we did. Fair price for a clean spacious and comfortable room with cooking facilities as well. Central for where we needed to be, supermarket on the doorstep and a local park for the dog as well. Staff were great and the only complicated part of the process was locating the underground parking area but once you know where that is it's all good. With a secure balcony and a view of the A4 and M4 flyover the noise isn't an issue and the room is well insulated. Can't wait to stay again very soon.

Very comfortable beds! Clean, spacious rooms. A bit noisy if you have the balcony doors and windows open, but you get used to hearing the street sounds. I loved the toiletries with that lovely scent. Special plus that they have conditioner. The oven heats up quick, perfect for pizza evening. The local Sainsbury's have everything for your breakfast. We stayed for five nights, and we really enjoyed it! Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is very friendly. The interior is very modern in a simplistic way, which we very much enjoyed. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. The only things that bothered us were the location (40mins to the centre of London) and the lights in the apartment (some of which are too cold for our taste). The Wi-Fi is very fast, the AC is effective and easy to use and the kitchen is very well equipped. Cooking, toasting, coffee… everything is possible.

Best hotel we have visited during our 6 week trip around the UK! The staff are fantastic and the rooms are magic We are a couple visiting from Australia and we found it so easy to get to everywhere from this hotel by Public Transport. If you are considering this hotel then you will do no better than this in the area for the price! Thanks Urban Villa for the terrific hospitality!

Stayed in three different rooms throughout our stay. Most were on the smaller side, but over two days we were upgraded to a suite which was much larger and roomy. However, in the larger room, the shower was part of a tub with a VERY tall wall! All rooms had kitchenettes and nice A/C. Didn't actually have a chance to try out the bar near reception, but they had some great specials during happy hour (5 pm — 7 pm) ; think buy one, get one free! The staff was super kind and was happy to keep our bags in their basement on two occasions that we left the area but didn't want to/couldn't take our full bags.

We were upgraded to an amazing room with what I believe they call a winter garden. The place was enormous! My only complaint is that bathroom, while trendy, was ridiculously inefficient. The entire room was black tiles. No barrier between the shower and the rest of the room. The lighting was minimalist, so putting on makeup or fixing hair in the bathroom was impossible.

Room was big enough to accomodate three adults comfortably, beds comfortable. Appreciated the kitchen utensils and the convenience store around the corner. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping did a good job daily. Would definately stay here on my next visit.

Spacious, modern apartments within a hotel complex. Rooms have kitchen which even has dishwasher, coffee machine and pretty much anything you would need. Spacious shower, balcony. All in all, a bargain for the price. Would definitely use again.

The location is pretty bad. Apart from fast food shops and a two pubs within a 10-minute walk, there is only a small supermarket and a hairdresser. The room is very good, clean, well-groomed and tidy and the service is also good, but the prices are quite high compared to Germany in terms of food, but normal in London.

Great place to stay. Not a lot of noises. Everything was just great.

Amazing hotel/apartments. Relaxed bar on the ground floor. Super comfy big beds. Lovely bathroom with some very nice toiletries. Kitchen/dining area was great if you wanted to eat in. The staff were really helpful, they sorted out any problems straight away.

Expensive Hotel not at the height of the prices very exaggerated and too out of the way from the city. Not recommended.

Great base for West London visit. Reasonably priced and more roomy than standard hotel. Kitchen was useful to save cost and prepare breakfast and snacks. Staff helpful and friendly. Train from South Ealing (15 mins walk) takes you straight to the West End. Lots of local pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed riverside walks and local museums.

My time in this hotel wasn’t pleasant. Although the rooms were nice, they gave us a room that didn’t have a working thermostat which doesn’t sound like a big deal if it wasn’t 1 degree Celsius outside. They said they would send maintenance to fix it but never did. I requested another room but they told me everything else was booked and all they could offer me was another blanket. Two days later they finally switched my room when right in the middle of my hot shower the water went from hot to cold, and the room phone didn’t work where I could report the issue. This place was a headache and one disappointment after another. It’s not even close to Central London, I don’t recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good. Very reasonable price.

Everyone we talked to was very nice, we were able to check in early in the morning which was a life saver after a long flight. It was a very managable distance between the airport and central London. The room was SO BIG compared to what I expect from hotels in/near large cities. It was clean and had a VERY comfortable bed, and very quiet even with being right next to the highway-we never heard any other guests or cars outside. The area was very safe as well, with good places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were big and clean, with a very nice view. Slept like a baby during our stay so the bed is ok. A modern hotel with friendly staff. Bus stop and supermarket around the corner. Definitely a hotel we would recommend to our friends and family!

Stayed overnight while in town for work. Excellent hotel with apartment style rooms. Very clean and a huge amount of space.

My family and I had a great experience here at this hotel. The staff was 5 stars cause of them being very helpful. The rooms were fabulous because the hotel came with everything we needed except for no kitchen knives for the kitchen. Plus being Americans having no clue how to turn their lights on at first. We did like the views from the balcony to see the street. The experience was good overall for our stay here in London. Would recommend to anyone.

Room is amazing. Here for about 3 full days. It is a "fun hotel room. Wood floors. Rain style shower. Full kitchen. Small closed in balcony with automatic windows. Staff has been more than helpful. Not to mention pretty good bar downstairs. Most definitely plan on staying here again.

Very nice room. Fast service with a nice staff. Only dislike that I could see is no continental breakfast.

Not what it proposes to be. Service is ok to poor. Box breakfast is a joke. No service to room. Avoid lower floor rooms. Bed is nice also nice bathroom. Basic.

Lovely place. Compact but feels spacious, clean and contemporary. Some cleaning products would be nice in the kitchen area for guests who want to cook. Also I don't understand why they proclaimed to be green when they aren't, just drop it if you're not or do more to actually be eco. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the communal spaces are impressive. The location doesn't have much around but there's a creaky sainsburys nearby with dying produce, for a self contained apartment (and no car) I struggled a bit with feeling self reliant in terms of getting food. If you are staying I would recommend getting food delivered. I would definitely recommend this place.

I can say it's a super cozy hotel even though it's a bit far from the town. However, if you don't mind taking a 5 mins bus to get to tube station. It's one of the best hotels that equipped kitchen facilities.

I like this hotel very much, the room conditions very nice, it is value for price. But may be a bit far from centre of London, if you drive it won't be a problem. Or you need to take a bis for three stops to reach nearby train stations.

Nice place, nice to have a kitchenette in a hotel! Bar prices appear reasonable which is surprising. Easy to access by road but car park is a bit of a maze, we nearly got lost! Was implied that parking was free when we booked but was told it would be £12 per day on arrival which is why only 4 stars, although may ammend as we're yet to discuss this issue with the staff here. UPDATE: parking charge issues resolved. Also beer lovers, try the beer of the month. For our stay it was a fantastic wheat beer which we really enjoyed.

Only stayed the one night but managed to get a good night's sleep. I stayed in the Deluxe Studio Apartment which includes a queen sized bed, 40" TV and a complete kitchen. The room was quite spacious and even had a separate sun room with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was clean and tidy with enough essentials (tea, milk, shampoo etc) to last me the night and the Wi-Fi was free and fast. The only downsides are the lack of evening dining options provided by the Villa and the fact my apartment was only on the second floor, but what can you do.

Great prices, rooms and views from the upper floors. However so far we've gone 2 nights without hot water for showers. The first night it was 2-3 am before they offered us a second room to use the shower in, after over an hour of the front desk people telling us to press a button on the water heater panel to get it to warm up… They haven't been the easiest to deal with, and we have to wait until Monday to talk to a general manager to see if they can comp the room for the first night for all the trouble. Hopefully the new room we get tonight works out for the rest of our stay. In the future if I visit London I would stay closer to the city center.

Had an overnight stay in a room on the 9th floor. The hotel is a bit far from the railway station with a not very pleasant area to walk through. Room was lovely. Very modern with lots of extras such as microwave, oven, toaster and dishwasher. Staff very good. Didn't eat here. Sainsburys just outside.

I spent over 4 months at this place and it's perfect for it. You feel at home immediatly, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are nice and well-equipped, the higher your room is, the better the view ;)

Great place to stay in London. Our studio apartment was clean and very well equip. Bus stop was down the road and South Ealing Underground is a quick 15 min walk away. I will definitely book again when I'm back in London.

The rooms are nice, spacious, clean, and affordable. Location is less than a kilometre from the tube, with a bus stop close by that takes you to the station. A grocery store is next door, that provides fresh produce and bakery daily, so using the kitchenette is efficient.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is unusual and minimalistic. The room was well furnished and a local Sainsbury is close by. The closest tube station is South Ealing which is about a 20 min walk or 10 mins on Bus 65.

Great spacious rooms and helpful staff.

The air conditioning failed during our 3 week stay rooms were at 85 degrees plus for many days/evenings. It was never fixed even after many requests. The staff try their best but are under-staffed. No maintenance support during weekends and Friday afternoon. If you have room issues just before the weekend you are stuck. The rooms are very nice and modern although they are not equipped properly for in-room cooking. No utensils & usable frying plans, we had to but many items just to cook eggs for breakfast. Parking was very difficult and expensive 25 pounds a day. There was a lot of repair work ongoing throughout our stay.

Nice and modern rooms, helpful staff and good facilities. Still quite new so need to know their offered services better and replace tea more frequently than once a week but only small issues!

We appreciated the very efficient, knowledgeable and friends staff. Urban Villa had clean, modern rooms. It'sis very close to public transport and had lots of food options within walking distance! We'll definitely stay here on our next trip over.

I had a lovely stay in the hotel. It was great value for money. The rooms were very spacious. The rain fall shower was so nice. I also loved the Malin&Goetz products in the toilet. BOKI was the best cafe I have experienced in a hotel. The coffee was unreal. BOKI had a great selection of juices and sandwiches. The staff in the hotel were nice and very helpful. I loved the overall design in the hotel.
