This is surprisingly good Quality at affordable price.

Refused to issue a full refund insisting on cancellation fees when I requested to cancel, I hope my £30 goes a long way towards updating your abysmal looking hotel.

Early welcome by a friendly crew. Plenty included parking and close to gig.

Very nice and welcoming hotel friendly staff and even let us store our bags there after we had checked out. 2min walk from the tube which was ideal in the snow. Only down side was I Had booked a superior room but the room I was given was far from superior more of a cosy small room which was ok as wasn’t in there much but as I paid for it I’d of like to of got it. Details on a booking site need updating like checkout time and facilities in room eg hairdryer ect. Would definitely stay again but in a bigger room.

Absolutely the best stay in London! penthouse apartment for me and my 3 friends and we all loved every second! we cannot wait to come back again soon!

Friendly staff saved me a carpark space due to me arriving late, room was clean and bed was comfy. Only downside there was no cups in the room to make a coffee but no biggy easy sorted. Good location would definitely stay again.

Not the nicest of hotels. Room that I was in needed serious updating and general maintenance. Full English breakfast is served from 7am on first day I was there went down for breakfast at 7.15. It was all cold. It shouldn't be cold within 15 minutes of starting service. On a plus side the evening meals that they do that I had were nice and hot and good price too. They need to just concentrate on updating the hotel and general standards.

Ideal location. 5 mins walk from Stadium / arena Close to tube station And FREE parking Rooms are large and clean. My mate and I shared a room and we had a double bed each Staff friendly Also close to Wembley Shopping centre which has loads of restaurants and shops — ideal for meal before show All in all highly recommended if you are seeing show at arena or sports at stadium.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff were lovely and the rooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint is that our sink plug wasn't properly working and that lead to the near accidental flooding of the bathroom. Other than that, a lovely hotel experience I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Wembley for any reason.

Stayed there as part of a school trip and the rooms were an absolute let down. There wasn't enough beds for the people staying there and beds that weren't already in the room were placed in the most inconvenient places possible. To get off my bed, I had to clamber over my friends that were forced to sleep on the floor due to the insufficient beds. The floors looked like they hadnt been hoovered in weeks and had other guests rubbish still on them. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and the light didn't work properly. The walls had mould all over them and there was a crack running right through the whole of one wall and the taps didn't have any cold water to drink from. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful to all of our complaints though and helped to the best of their ability though.

Really good hotel in Paddington. Had a room with no windows, which I guess isn't a bad thing in London as no noise from outside! Had a great night's sleep! Would def stay again for the right price.

Shower fell off the taps, sink and bath was dirty floor bowed to the point that you thought you was going thru it glad work payed for the stay as I wouldnt go back only good thing is the polite staff it really in needs updating.

Grim… Cheap and nasty. The cooked breakfast was inedible, rooms tired and the pizza at dinner was the worse.

Firstly on arrival they did not have our reservation and we then waited for over 30 minutes to sort this out. The room is on the 8the floor and was stifling with the heat. Unfortunately the mobile air conditioning unit was not sufficient and made no difference and was so noisy it couldn't be left on overnight. The cold running water was so warm you couldn't drink it or brush your teeth. We had to go to reception to get a jug of iced water. Also no teaspoons provided for hot drinks.

Great location and friendly staff — however the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Holes in walls, lack of prepaid parking and plastic pint glasses. (The plastic pint glasses do make sense though when the late night entertainment is a 14 man brawl with police riot vans)

Very good location. The room was small but clean. Very ring-listening, but it didn't bother us.

Breakfast was a little bit of a let down but it was clean and staff were friendly. A nice place.

Good location, in itself it would be perfectly fine for the price range, however the rooms and especially the bathrooms are not maintained and sometimes even quite dirty. Staff have not responded. Too bad actually.

Basic hotel rooms ok. Staff a bit useless asked at the reception at 10:30pm if we could get some ketchup and a glass just point blank said no, because the bar was closed yet saw someone in there. Doesn't take much to do that little bit extra for your customers. Other than that free parking is always a win!

Good communication with the hotel staff but they are not overly nice. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The metro is relatively close, right next to the stadium and the communication with the center is a bit far but very easy to get to. You have food stores, clothes, a McDonald… all very close too. The value for money is good, despite everything I would recommend if you go to London to visit and be little in the hotel.

Shower cold, heater revved but overall catered to needs pretty well and enjoyed breakfast, lots on offer.

Awesome hotel so close to all the Wembley venues, only minor issue is limited parking, otherwise excellent hotel.

5* great location. Staff brilliant. You can get anywhere in and around central london. Price good! cant recommend enough!

Its a good base for Wembley as the stadium and arena are a very short walk away. The staff are really friendly and the bar not ridiculously expensive. The rooms are large and basic but perfect for a short stay. We've been here before and we will book again.

I found ants in my bed except for a breakfast voucher No Compensation was given, I did not enjoy walking up with ants crawling all over my pillow and everwhere in my bed I still feel itchy.

Nice spacious, clean and quiet room. The bar itself was dimly lit, which isn't a good sign, so avoided drinking there. A great location with some friendly members of staff. The Wi-Fi uses an unsecure connection so didn't connect all the time I stayed. Parking is very limited, usually packed out with 'white vans' so get there early if you want a space.

It's very close to Wembley Arena, if you are looking on that area, and it's got free parking, so you can just leave your car in there and go walking. Nice and polite personnel, fairy clean, a little bit strange warnings all around the room, tough. Overall, it's a good hotel and it's worth the money you pay for it.

The rooms need to be refreshed especially the bathroom.
Advantage the great proximity to the stadium and the kindness of the Welcome agents.

Lovely place to stay. I used here while on a course for work. I liked it.

Room clean, other outlets than in Germany (USB connection v. Connect phone to TV possible), water from the shower sprayer comes in either a torrent or down rules too low). Good shopping and food options in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the subway. Englishmen have been friendlier to my surprise than I expected. All in all I would like to repeat such a trip. But the next time would book a longer trip, as there are many sights, and a lot of history to tell of the read guides.

Interior is a bit dated, single rooms a bit small and ambulances could be heard the early hours of the morning as windows could be better sound proofed. But for the price and the location it was good. Will use if in the same area for work again.

Clean. Covenient. Tube n bus that passes Edware Rd. Walking distance to ms. Tesco express. Waitrose etc. Excellent for your stay in London. Halal food is easily available.

A small hotel just around the corner from Edgware road underground station. Small rooms, but they look nice and have a nice bathroom. Clean. Great if you're visiting and only need the room for sleeping.

The location is good, the attention too. Improving certain aspects as a breakfast with better coffee and better and better ham and cheese would greatly increase the rating of the hotel. Another thing: People complain about the fire alarm that sounds at night. Isn't it time to find a solution?

A basic hotel but definitely worth the price. Very clean, great location and friendly staff.

I do not recommend at all this hotel too expensive for the benefits.
The parking is very small, it is the first come that is served, otherwise you do not have room.
The room is falling apart, everything is dilapidated.
The reception by the staff is deplorable and contemptuous we don't talk to you, we don't even look at you!
We do not speak French, for an international hotel it is the height.
Breakfast is too expensive and there is not much and we do not talk about the breakfast room with huge tasks on the armchairs.
The only positive point is the location, the hotel is very well located in summary to avoid at all levels!

Stayed for two nights, concert in the arena, nice size room, tho bath room could do with up grading, decor a bit tired but for what we wanted/ needed, was great. Clean, very friendly staff, helpful what more could you want. Had food in the restaurant one evening, was lovely and not too pricey. If attending a show again would book again.

Excellent place to stay if you are going to an event at Wembley arena or stadium. We didn't eat here but the beds are comfortable, rooms clean, hot power shower and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Superior room was overpriced, nothing special for a high price. Excellent service from Alex the receptionist, not much service from others. Not bad place, just at a high price.

Double room of decent size, good location near Edgware Road metro station, good ferm bed. Bathroom very small.

A reasonably priced and very clean hotel, rooms have own private bathroom and air conditioning, TV and even a phone and and iron in the room! Free Wi-Fi with no password access very easy to connect. Free parking if you check out by 11am, although slightly limited for spaces, all around a good value hotel, especially considering the proximity to Wembley stadium and arena, definitely would use again and recommend.

Really clean and tidy hotel. Room was very big and staff were very friendly. Tea and coffee in room and nice toiletries in bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Not bad for the price, room spacious and clean. No mini fridge but tea and coffee facilities provided in room. Free Wi-Fi in rooms, room service, restaurant and bar. Leasure centre next door can be used by hotel guests ample parking and best of all and the reason for our visit it's right next to Wembley stadium!

Staff friendly and welcoming especially considering we turned up at 2330 with a coach. Helped us to park but alas the good stuff ends there. Bar advertised as being open "late" couldnt even get a drink to take to room. Corridors smelt funny and very run down in places. Room was ok despite being dated and basic. Only one pillow provided. Tv only had a couple of working channels. Air conditioning unit was very noisy after eventually figuring out how to turn it on. No chance of sleep with that turned on. Cant comment on prices as was paid for by tour company. Breakfast was basic with chance to upgrade to full english for additional costs but didnt look too appitising so didn't bother.

Pretty basic and tired. Public areas scruffy. Friendly staff tho, and free parking for guests so a great option if you're off to Wembley for an event. Easy walking distance to the stadium and easy access by car.

Night staff are very friendly and always willing to help! the rooms are very old fashioned (90's) which I like as I am a old fashion person.

Good budget hotel base for day trips and an excursion holiday or business base. Stayed for 4 nights with family — hoping to take my two young children to London on the final day but they wanted to charge me £15 to keep my car in the almost EMPTY carpark. As a result this severely tainted the trip due to the way they treated me and dealt with that situation at check out.

Stayed here for 1 night and could not fault it for the price. We arrived early after our 4 hour drive and the hotel allowed us to check into our room with out any hesitation. We had no remote control on our room which was dealt with within minutes. We also needed extra pillows and again this was sorted within minutes. We were able to park our car easily on their free car park. A Very clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. They were ALL polite and very very helpful. I Would definitely stay here again. An Absolute bargain and so close to Wembley stadium. It's nice to see a hotel on an event day treating the day exactly as any other day. Well done to you all at the Wembley International Hotel, you are doing everything right.

Dated hotel… It time this hotel had an upgrade. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are clean and staff are friendly. No air conditioning in room, very hot. Wanted to have a shave… No hot water from sink tap (07:30am). Good pressure from shower, took ages to set temperature. Any body that needs a plug socket beside your bed (sleep apnoea) there isn't any. Take an extension lead with you. Time to up date this hotel, for an up and coming area.

Rip off cos Adele was sposed to be playing £250.00! Most awful hotel we have ever stayed and definitely not worth the money! One flat pillow each. Awful towels, no hand towel. Light not working by mirror and the lamp shade Stuck together with sellotape! Sink didn't drain properly. Just looked and tonight's price is £74! Fuming to say the least! The fan couldn't be felt as it was under the window sill. Just awful! Not happy!

Rooms were nice, clean and modern. Service staff was excellent. A 3 minute walk to Edgewater Rd station which can get you to Covent Garden, the heart of the action in a short 6 stops.

Basic but clean, good value and excellent location, with breakfast served in Costa next door.

My stopover of choice if I'm staying in town and paying the bill myself.
Wouldn't suggest it to couples though. Rooms are compact.
But if you are travelling alone, it's ideal.

Good size room but poor quality, you can open into your neighbours room with a connecting door…

Stayed here for 3 nights the staff are brilliant friendly and can't do enough for you. Definitely would stay here again the only downside as a person who is of big build the shower was a bit small but next time would book the family room as it is more disabled friendly and the shower is bigger. Thank you to all the staff for everything. The room was clean Wi-Fi brilliant and convenient bus routes to the city and tube station around the corner.
