Great friendly service. Very helpful during our stay when there was a mix up with bookings.

Room was very small but was clean and fine for what we needed. Very close to tube and short walk from Camden town. Very thin walls, could hear next doors telly word for word when our room was quiet. Also we were on the lower ground floor opposite the breakfast room, which was very noisy (not great for a light sleeper). Although hotel was okay for what we wanted, I probably wouldn't book again, as I think you can get a nicer room for around the same price.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my partner, very friendly staff but unfortunately woke up too late for the breakfast. We stayed on Valentine's and when we got into the room we pleasantly surprised by some towels folded and decorated, would advise for at least an overnight stay as it's very easy to get to and nice experience even though we didn't spend long in the hotel.

Clean, modern botique hotel with a good price. Nice free breakfast. The rooms are pretty small, but that is expected. Walls are also pretty thin. Still, I would come back.

Lovely clean hotel. Polite staff. Breakfast was good breakfast staff polite… Just a shame no lifts.

I'm so happy I discovered this little hidden gem away from the madness of West End! Absolutely loved it — and the Nespresso machine in the room added that little special touch!

A good local option for putting up guests. I have however heard that as a result of the hotel's choice not to use carpets, the sound of footfall in the hallways can be disturbing.

Good place. Friendly staff. No lift snd low quality breakfast but the room was pleasant and clean with a cracking shower. My single room had a double bed. Room had temp control but it made little difference.

Stayed here a few times for work purposes. Staff are very friendly and the location is great, close to restaurants, tube etc. The rooms are small but comfortable and the shower is spot on. Only slight negative is the room I had this time looked a bit tired, the walls could do with a fresh lick of paint.

Modern hotels well thought out rooms maximising the use of space clean bright and surprisingly quiet although adjacent to a main road. Helpful and friendly staff, very good value for money.

Good location, beautiful but small rooms. Staff wasn't friendly at all.

Stayed here 3 nights in early spring — did not sleep a wink due to the heat. The aircon does not work. Worse, the heat from god only knows where is unbearable. Hurt my knee lugging my case up and down the stairway as there is no lift. And if you're a plus size person, you could have trouble moving around on the stairs, in the corridors and through the doors — they're designed for hobbits. The TV remote did not work a lot of the time either and when it did, the channels were useless anyways. And going by other reviews on all other sites, this is exactly the situation for months on end and nothing changes. Spoke to 2 ladies at the desk reporting these aspects in the morning and evening — no change. Spoke to a lady in the middle of night of the second night when I finally gave up and asked for a fan to help with the heat and was told to open the window (but of course! ). Problem is, I had already done that hours ago. Duh. So short of sleeping on the street outside in shorts and a singlet, a day full of complaining produced zilch results. Not staying here again. What was ok: Room decor, bathroom, linen, breakfast, location, price.

I stayed at the Haverstock for easy access to London. Lovely hotel, great location and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
