DO NOT STAY HERE! Currently in this hotel quraintine for £1750 this hotel is very outdated.
The food is rubbish, sofa and bed full of bed bugs, a layer of impurities around bath tub, the room stink and the idiot security staff manning the hotel shout and treat us like prisoners, please do not come here. No employees to answer the phone when you are hungry, kitchen put telephone down on you, food is old. Corridor full of trays and rubbish that stays there all day. They treat people like animals. They charged us £1, 750 for 10 nights and this treatment is disgraceful the food is rotton and I paid a lot of money. The council needs to look in to it but personally I would never stay in such conditions in a hotel!

Terrible Hotel!, staff/ restaurant have no sense. My friend is quarantined here for 1 week so far with a baby that has allergies, they are unable to serve the correct food! My friend has been starving now for 2 days.
They keep bringing food her baby has allergies to!
Every time we contact them or she requests what she can eat, they say they will bring it, then don't.
Disgusted with this service that cost her £1750 for 10 days, that was forced upon her.
PS. We are in N Ireland and unable to help her in Heathrow unfortunately. I will never stay in this hotel while passing and will inform everyone of this.

DONT RECOMMEND, staff and chefs are rude especially when they don’t cater for vegans or anyone with food allergies! wouldn’t waste your money on this place!

I recently spent 11 nights here with my 4yr old as it is for now a designated quarantine hotel. I was truly apprehensive after reading several nightmare stories about many of the other quarantine hotels, but I must admit I was super impressed with the fabulous food, the service and all the little extras that were thoughtful to make our stay just a little easier. They provided me with a little fridge for my daughters milk and fruit etc. We were able to access the premium Wi-Fi service for her online schooling. The meals were tasty and substantial and they even gave my daughter extra steamed veggies and a pint of milk we had requested as a standing order for dinner FOC. Honestly I gained a couple of pounds and there was no need to order anything in from outside! We were permitted two exercise visits per day and I can honestly say the guards were polite and friendly and extended time was given to those with families. We were lucky with this assignment and this is the standard that should be set for all government hotel quarantine facilities… especially at a cost of £1750! Only complaint was that the windows don’t open and they definitely require a good clean!

My experience here has been quite gd happy with the Room it’s quite big and mostly everything is provided, food is gd plus room Service people working here very helpful and friendly… have no Complain till now on my 8th day… Atmosphere is brilliant yeh I’m Satisfied thanks everyone for looking after me I’ve received everything I needed by calling from my room. Once again I’m happy 😃

Used this hotel on a 2 day break in London. Fantastic and welcoming staff as soon as you walk in and a fantastic choice of meals when dining in the spacious restaurant. Rooms are of a very high quality, well cleaned and well presented. Would consider this hotel my go to when in London.

Upgraded to an executive room as we were guests of the day. Room was lovely, but would have liked more sugar for my coffee. Rang reception n they were only too glad to help. The hotel is lovely, staff are friendly n accommodating. Try for yourself, you will love it.

Good location to reach sites not in London proper. Helpful staff. Car rental on site was most convenient. Bar and restaurants on site at the end of a busy hot day is a blessing. Food was very good, especially the pulled Beef Wellington. And they have washclothes! Small problem. We asked for a working mini fridge or a bucket for ice. Didn't get either.

Very convenient to Heathrow. Take Hoppa Bus right outside departure. Staff friendly. Wait staff very cordial. Our room on the 7th floor was tidy and well maintained, as well as very quiet. Breakfast (included) was terrific, with a we'll stocked buffet, hot and seemingly fresh.

Good location. Rooms could do with and update. I needed the safe which didn't work in my room. Engineer came out to look at it. He couldn't fix it and just said sorry you will just have to go without… so customer service could be a bit better.

Typical transit hotel. Room functionally furnished and clean. Bathroom meets normal requirements. Breakfast normal, dinner below average. No window to open. But air conditioning works well. At night, a fun bird triggered the fire alarm, everyone from the hotel and outside had to wait until the fire brigade gave the alarm again.

Stayed at this hotel repeatedly. Good rooms to rest in just ahead of an early flight or a long drive down the motorways. Excellent buffet breakfast but a tasteless buffet evening meal (hasn't changed between my visits). A La Carte fish & chips is delicious. Huge fire evacuation on the 21st July completely ruined my latest experience, as it was past 10pm. Easy, fast and efficient check in and out.

Always love this hotel and can't wait to go back. One of the best groups of people with an amazing staff in the area. Have nothing but praise for every time I go. They always take very good care of me especially last minute which most of my trips are. Ahmed is an amazing individual, so was their general manager if she is still there. The rooms have been recently renovated and the hotel is very nice. The restaurants are very good but price could be a little lower. I have no complaints. The rooms have always been clean and if there ever was even the slightest issue it was always handled quickly and properly without question. The staff is amazing helpful and polite and are all friends now. It's a great hotel right near Heathrow Airport with Hopa bus service to and from the airport. Central London is accessible by nearby Piccadilly line, Heathrow Express or Heathrow connect trains as well as a nearby bus stop within walking distance on the property. Look forward to my next trip back and for my next stay to this hotel. Rooms are very nice especially the executives. The staff is Bar None fantastic! A Lovely place.

I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. It has a good Wi-Fi signal in the room and an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. Easy access to the hotel via the H1 shuttle bus or by taxi. The shuttle is much cheaper and runs every 20 minutes. I would recommend just taking the shuttle. You can buy tickets either on the shuttle itself or in the airport at the information desk. I think you save about a pound on a round-trip if you buy the tickets in the airport rather than at the shuttle.

Excellent hotel, 10 minutes from the airport! Its surroundings are beautiful and in its vicinity is a PUB 100% recommended.

For private people it's great. For groups all that is required for the distribution of rooms is not necessarily respected.

Stayed one night before departing on holiday speedy and friendly check in. Room was perfect for our needs. Food and bar service was again very good. Have stayed here before and would recommend it.

Friendly staff. The hotel is far from london but have implemented a truck to take us close to the metro in order to move in the city.

Love this place! From outside looks like a cement box, with no definition whatsoever, but the interior is quite nice and elegant. One of the most modern and elegant Holiday Inn that I have ever seen in my life. The restaurant is quite nice, have a bar too. The breakfast buffet is not included, but totally worth it!

It's a good hotel but they don't exchange miney currency.

Very nice-but quite big hotel… Rooms are OK… Service is good… but of course the hotel is mainly visited by tour groups. The evening buffet is okay (not so much choice… and always heavily visited) — also the breakfast is perfectly fine (all there — fruit, o — juice for self-pressing, baked beans, sausages, cheese, jams etc). Beautiful gym is also there.
And… Location at the airport is perfect… so you can easily get in and out with the flight Platzzug to London… much better and cheaper than with other means of transport. Gladly again.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel, I stayed just one short night as my flight was full and had to be re-booked for an early morning. The room and hotel is super clean if sterile. The restaurant was fairly nice, clean, but again lacked any personality. I arrived late and there was barely any food left unfortunately, but they still charge you full price even for the poor selection. My room was spacious and nice. There was water and coffee/tea available as well as basic amenities — shampoo, body soap and hand soap. The bath tub had some dents and the armature was attached via an adapter and did not look too appealing. The staff was very nice. The room did not have a European wall socket and I had to go and ask for one. There they asked for a credit card as back up so back I went and back to the reception and back to the room. This seemed unnecessary. Overall a nice hotel. A little sterile and cold perhaps. Food could be way better and at least one wall socket for European electronics would be appreciated.

Large ugly block of concrete from the outside but a surprisingly nice venue one you get inside. Large open reception area with plenty of seating, 2 bars and a restaurant. A decent range of local/London beers. Very clearly an airport hotel, it is handy for Heathrow but is easy to access 1 junction from the M25 along the M4. There's a decent gym with quite a few machines accessible with a code from reception. Evening meal with better than most Holiday Inn offerings.

Comfortable to wait for the flight out. Spacious room, good food, good care. For emergencies — like mine when they cancelled my flight — it's fine.

Friendly staff. Nice and aslo clean. Pilots and cabin crew stay there. Food was a bit of a wait but I would definitely wait for it. But there was 6 of us! You can get free parking if you spend more than £10 in the restaurant.

One of the better Holiday Inns. The staff were attentive and polite and whilst the food menu was pretty much the same as any other Holiday Inn, it was cooked by a Chef who clearly knew what he was doing. The Breakfast buffet was particularly good. The one downside was the mattress on the bed. It was really, really soft and we thought at one point we would swallowed by it whole! Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Go to that hotel for its proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good and the reception was excellent.

If you are to catch a plane and you need to stay for a night or two, this could be a good option; specially if your budget is limited. The rooms are clean and comfortable in my opinion; this is not a luxurious hotel, it's more a business-like place. The breakfast is affordable and decent to start the day. If you are not travelling by car and you need to use public transport, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and that specific route, (route 222) is 24 hours which is convenient. A drawback is, that the hotel is not responsible for damages in the cars, and there are no cameras in the parking lot.

We arrived extremely tired and hungry from a very long day: our flights were cancelled and Lufthansa rebooked us on a British airways flight that stopped in London before the connection for Miami tomorrow. Lufthansa booked Holiday Inn hotel for us and the reservation included dinner and breakfast. We arrived at the hotel front desk at 10.30 pm because of shuttle dalay and so. … The front desk refused dinner to us, even if it was clearly included in our reservation, because buffet was already closed! We asked to order something else from a restaurant outside and only after a very hard complain the offer a ridiculous dinner from the lounge bar: no more than 15 pounds per person! If we wanted something more than 15 pounds we should have to pay. In addition they told us that restaurant for breakfast tomorrow morning is closed before 6 am so they can give us only a take away muffin! Anyway, no other chance to accept the dinner that they offered: food was disgusting and, instead to bring a bottle of water, the waiter brought glasses with ice and clorine water inside. After a so long and stressfull day, we expected to find a different hotel service: we are very disappointed about front desk welcome and it is absolutely our worst hotel experience. Btw when we told that the feedback on Facebook and TripAdvisor about this experience would be very bad, the front desk manager told that he wasn't interested on this. Really unprofessional.

I always have a great stay at this hotel. The Seasons restaurant is the absolute best. Evening meal starts at 6pm and is buffet style but is hot, fresh and prepared by professional chefs. I generally do not like food in England but this place is the exception.

After having a great night sleep before we are due to fly to Disney. We woke to find our car and other cars in the car park (apparently secure) to be broken into. We called staff who came out to inspect the incident. They could not of cared any less. They told me that this part of their car park is not covered by cctv. Very convenient for the thieves who in my opinion blatantly know that it is not covered by cctv. The staff at the hotel could not offer us anything such as a taxi to and from the airport. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Not a care insight. Do not stay here!

Downstairs entrance is really nice, hotel rooms… not so in the slightest. Maybe better rooms if you don't go for the airport parking offer, however it's not a 'secure' parking either. Was cheap, so can't complain anymore but probably won't use it again.

The heating in the rooms do not work hard enough and the rooms are poorly soundproofed.

It is good hotel has gym cafeteria restaurants and has transportation to the airport and to London.

I had to stay overnight due to flight cancelation. The shuttle bus makes a convenient access to airport. I couldn't control the temperature in my room and it was a bit cold. It would be great though if an airport hotel would offer muffins, bananas or some low effort breakfast for the "early birds".

Held the wake for my father at this hotel. The staff did an excellent job in accommodating our request, giving us a great room which was just the right size and the food was delicious. Funnily enough, I worked in the same hotel when it was owned by Trusthouse Forte and called the Post House Hotel many years ago. A nice trip down memory lane and an awesome send off for my father.

Stayed overnight as part of a Theatre Weekend trip. The room was nothing special, but okay. However, the Seasons Restaurant had the worst choice of food out of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Our party was allocated a time of 2030 for evening buffet meal. We arrived bang on that time. There was a starter of Mushroom Soup … and that's it, so hard luck if you don't like mushrooms … or soup. Then the main course. Only three options. Chicken Korma, which had run out and the… staff there simply removed the label and shrugged at me. That left a choice of bacon chops or fishcakes. Quite frankly, I've seen more choice in school dinners. The only things I could stomach was some cold pasta, rice and boiled potatoes, so my blood sugar levels were going to go through the roof. I'm a big meat eater but turned vegetarian that night. In the end, I was glad I had a bag of M&Ms in my bedroom. There were people on the autism spectrum in my party. They like and can only cope with simple food. It seems this hotel has no concept of inclusion. How difficult is it to have a big tray of chips always filled. I can only imagine the trouble a family might have with four or five screaming kids. The breakfast, although having a decent selection, still failed in the fact the food was cold and the bacon near raw. Not once did any staff ask if everything was all right with our food, no doubt knowing the answer.

Great place to stay, comfy bed, clean large rooms, all staff friendly and happy to assist. No fridge in room but staff provided one for storage of medications. I highly recommend it.

Travel with ease in and out of Holiday Inn M4J4. Room is clean & neat and the size is relatively big. Breakfast was quite standard and okay. Service was up to mark and the hotel room pricing reasonably competitive.

Excellent hotel with Conference rooms, staff are all well presented and courteous, hotel is very clean, rooms are of a high standard, and great view from the 10th floor towards Heathrow airport which is approx one mile away, with surprisingly little noise. Restaurants food is very good, choice of buffet or off the menu, and superb breakfast laid on, also couple of bars, one of which Terminal 6 has more atmosphere, with same menu as restaurant. Overall a very good hotel.

I have not stayed in many hotels in the UK so maybe I was expecting less than I should have but I was absolutely delighted. Within seconds of walking in with my wife, a three old toddler and a one year old baby we were greeted with smiles, led away from a one person queue at the main desk and was checked in at a side table computer. Kids were given an activity box with crayons and snacks and then as we headed to the lift, we were chased down with juice drinks. The room was spacious, clean, moderately modern with the pull bed as requested made for the toddler and a cot for the baby. If I had to critique anything, it is that the restaurant service was slower than we would have liked to bring our food. Normally when eating out without kids, the slower the better so I can enjoy sitting with a beer first but with hungry kids, quicker is usually better. I recommend this hotel for anyone who has an early flight from LHR.

Nice quiet location, beautiful room with complimentary toiletries, towels provided. I loved that there was coffee and tea in room plus I liked the fact that there was a safe in the room. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel itself appears dated from the exterior. There seems to be a lingering smell of smoke throughout. The first room we were offered on the eighth floor had a very strong smoke odour (enough to create a burning sensation in the throat within minutes) even though we were assured it was a non-smoking room. The windows could not be opened, either. We switched rooms to one on the first floor, and this room was much more breathable although it was smaller. Bathrooms seem to have been updated. Staff are friendly. Food is decent but the breakfast buffet is overpriced if paid separately from a room. I would prefer to stay elsewhere, but would consider this hotel for a short stay only.

Check in was seamless. The room was excellent. Really good size and very clean. Love the new sliding doors across the windows in place of curtains. Very unusual. Room service was timely and the food was good. Breakfast was very good too. No waiting for a table. Thanks also to the housekeeping lady who helped zip my dress up. All in all a very pleasant night's stay.

Meet here every week for a coffee with friends. Signage for new parking charges wasn't clear and I received parking charge of £60. I challenged it due to the fact NONE of my friends got one! They weren't interested and whilst appeal was going through, parking eye still had the cheek to up the charge to £100. The signage is now changed, but be very aware! I am still getting threatening emails from parking eye, saying they'll see me in court. Holiday Inn has lost a few customers over this, as none of us will ever be going back there again! Found another lovely local hotel.

Hotel is easy to reach with a bus. The entrance is nice, But with that it's all said. The Staff at the reception is friendly, But the Staff at the bar & breakfast are really rude! We were sitting in the hotel lobby with 11 persons enjoying drinks together. I also joined, just at the moment the waiter served the drinks. He did not asked me If I wanted to order something too. A couple moments later, I went over to the bar and asked: 'can I order a drink Here Please? ' The employee named Dipendra K, told me that I had to take a Seat and that they will come by to take my order. I looked at him with a surprised face, explaining him that I'm ordering at the bar because the waiter just served out the drinks for the group I joined and that he did not asked me. Still he told me to go back to my seat and that my order would be taken there. After 10 minutes finally a waiter came by! The waiter came to take my order. When I ordered a glass of wine he was telling me that is was not possible to order by glass, which I thought was really weird because the other people of the group had ordered the same wine, also by glass. I was so fed Up already, that I told the waiter to leave the wine and then to bring me coke. I got the coke and I had to pay £2, 20 for a glass of coke, while a bottle of coke is £2, 00 (how can this be? £0, 20 cents for a glass with some ice?
I finished my drink and went upstairs to the room. The Staff is really rude!

Great meeting rooms and conference facilities. Great team on hand catering for every eventuality, chef always offers afternoon treats like muffins or cupcakes. Good Wi-Fi and meeting room technology.

A nice hotel to stay in. Nice reception resteraunt and gym. Rooms are good too, they look nice and have most things that you will need. Only negative are that the advertised free Wi-Fi is free unless you want a decent connection then its paid for at usual hotel style expense. Also parking is an additional cost which for the prices should be included really.

Great location and excellent service provided for our business function. Food and drink is of a good standard and all areas are clean. A seamlessly comfortable visit from start to finish.

A hotel not unlike any other. My only qualm was that there was no free Wi-Fi. Apart from that, the room was clean, the food excellent and the rooms quiet enough for even the most troubled sleeper to be able to sleep in.

The hotels executive rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly and helpful when asked. The restaurant buffet lacked options, only providing 2 main options for dinner.

Service is great everyone is very happy to accommodate any issues I had. Ie room being to hot I had people check themselves if broke, offered room change, provided fans and more water. Couldn't have done more.

First impressions last, as soon as we opened the door to our room the smell of weed hit us, we immediately asked to be moved which they accommodated. The walls are paper thin so all night we could hear the noise in the next room, toilet being flushed etc etc! and also along the corridor, which kept us awake. The main restaurant offered a buffet style meal which was very poor. The bar food was nice and staff in bar area were very friendly. Overall the experience was not great; would I stay here again? NO with so much competition in the area I would stay elsewhere next time. I did try to leave this feedback on the hotels own web page and was refused, says it all. Obviously they don't really want the truth to be seen.

The hotel was ok but service was poor. Food orders were all wrong. The main courses came 1hour and 10 mins after the starter and these orders were wrong too. Complained to the manager and had to argue to get money knocked off the bill and the manager's response was "it is what it is"

Nicely appointed rooms, pleasant staff and good buffet. However, the centrally controlled air conditioning is disastrous, giving stuffy, stale air quality. Hence two stars.
