I had a one night stay here whilst working in the area. I found the hotel appropriate for my needs. Reasonable price, clean, efficient staff, plenty of parking, good central location to Evesham and surrounding area. Pretty decent cooked breakfast. I found this hotel ideal for the reasons I needed to stay for work.

Very good location very friendly staff great pricing.

The service and the food was fantastic will differently go back there.

We have been coming to this hotel for a number of years, but have to say that this time we were disappointed with our stay. We were hoping to book into the restaurant for a meal but was told that the restaurant was closed because of staff storages. Went to Jackson’s bar for a drink went to sit outside but there were no umbrellas to sit under so at to come back into the bar to finish our drinks. Room was clean but dated. At breakfast the menu stated that the full English was crispy bacon fried bread etc so ordered it was really looking forward to my breakfast. When it arrived my bacon wasn’t cooked let alone crispy, the fried bread was fried on one side only conveniently placed fried side up on plate. I called the waitress over and asked if I could have my bacon cooked, she brought me a small plate upon which I placed the bacon as I picked up the bacon I was left with I assume water/oil on my plate which I then had to use a napkin to mop up. The waitress return to say it won’t be long as the chef is really busy, few minutes later it she bought it back out still the same not cooked or crispy it was as if it had been put in a microwave as the plate was very hot. It really spoilt my breakfast and also my partners the bacon and breakfast was left. Very disappointed with the way the hotel seems to have changed since our last visit. May possibly think twice about booking this hotel for next year.

Fortunately only had to stay 1 night — towel rail roasting hot and broken in hot June weather, called Reception — not interested. It's a family room so let's hope that gets fixed before some poor toddler has an accident. Breakfast buffet kept running out of OJ and other stuff, got my Mum's breakfast wrong, said they would rectify then didn't. Other tables complaining about the wait. Woefully understaffed, and what staff there were totally demotivated and lacklustre.

Stayed in the VIP suite the night before my friends wedding, considering the cost was very disappointing. Ant trap in window sill, no toiletries in the bathroom, just a pump on the wall like a public toilet that was empty. The towel rail in the bathroom was on full heat when it was 30 degrees outside. Asked for an ice bucket but was told no because the kitchen was closed. Decor quite dated and the staircase to the room was grubby and in need of a coat of paint. Not good value for r money at £140 per night.

Stayed for 2 nights, had dinner there the first night. Had steak and was very good. Our room overlooked the river and was very comfortable. The part of the hotel we were in was clean but a tad unloved. Money had obviously been spent on front of house and restaurants. All staff were polite and friendly. One young lady who booked us in also was there for dinner and breakfasts the following day and although working a lot of hours was unfailingly friendly and helpful and never saw her without a smile. Would visit again.

Great location, large rooms. Ask for one overlooking the river. Mediocre cooked breakfast, but plenty of cereals, fruit, juices etc.

A lovely hotel in the Cotswolds, staff are friendly and are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, good atmosphere. I spent a few days there during Christmas 2017 and was very comfortable with the place, although I did get lost a couple of times, sadly did not get to taste their food. No picture of the hotel but this is the Tuver near the Hotel.

Just recently visited the Northwick Hotel to arrange accommodation for my wedding guests in September — the rooms are clean spacious and well maintained and Faye on reception was very helpful for our needs — thank you. We would gladly recommend anyone to stay there.

Really good location for Evesham with a pretty view over the River Avon. Friendly staff. Welcoming reception area and comfortable lounge. Our room was lovely and warm despite the "feels like" temperature of — 10°C outside. However a few glitches have resulted in me giving only a 3 star review. Cleaning left a little bit to be desired. Blinds in the bathroom were dusty and there were some cobwebs in the bedroom. The hinge area of the shower screen needed a good clean, along with the bin lid at breakfast in the restaurant area. There were no croissants or porridge on the breakfast buffet despite being advertised. We asked for croissants but none were available. After the room. Was cleaned we found that the saucers and teaspoons had not been washed. Overall, would I stay here again? Yes. Great location. Reasonable quality breakfast with good portions. Well priced.

Historic coaching inn. Some double rooms have bijou bathrooms. Nice bar in courtyard which does a lovely big bowl of chips.

Located in a quiet area next to the river and close to the town centre. Big and comfortable rooms and friendly service.

Brilliant place, very competitive rates and with first rate staff for whom nothing is too much to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast is very good, locally sourced traditional fayre and cooked to order. I've stayed here a lot over the last couple of years and enjoy coming back. Highly recommended.

I booked lunch for 21 people today a few weeks ago, so was able to give them details of meals required etc. Today, we were met with courteous and pleasant service from two members of staff who proceeded to serve us with helpings of delicious food which was piping hot and plentiful. A hearty thanks to the chef and staff concerned. Our first, but not our last visit to this hotel. Thank you. Catherine P. Cox.

A lovely hotel in a nice situation by the river and close to the town centre of Evesham. The room was bright and spacious and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the fact that they claim to be dog-friendly but cannot accommodate dogs at mealtimes. Dogs can stay in the hotel but aren't allowed in the restaurant and there are no alternative dining options in the hotel itself. For an evening meal we had to go to a very noisy bar, with a restricted menu, across the courtyard and breakfast was out of the question as the restaurant is the only service open at that time of the morning.

The hotel is hit and miss, rooms facing the main road seems to be cold and loud where as the rooms facing the car park are great. Breakfast is good with a large range of options and staff are very friendly.

Rooms either roasting hot or freezing, very dark and dingy. Breakfast is not bad and showers are good. Staff lovely.

Cheap and friendly carvery which does the job for a Sunday afternoon, waiting staff were all fine and meat portions were good. Included asparagus for the price which could be considered a premium vegetable. Would go again and would recommend to people looking for a decent carvery bewteen 12 and 3 on a Sunday afternoon.

We stayed in a family room for three. The room. Was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Hotel is only a 2 min walk from the town, which is pretty. Hotel has its own bar but plenty of places to eat or go for a drink in town too.

Period, spacious, Light & airy Hotel with good on site Dining & Entertainment facilities & courteous, friendly staff especially on Reception. Close by to all amenities & with exceptionally good River Avon view.

Victorian style hotel, modernised internally, but retaining many original features. Double room was spacious, well decorated and equipped with nice views of river Avon. Breakfast was served in the dining room and their was plenty of it.

We were at a wedding and the hotel staff made it possible to get our check in sorted early, they were very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, huge bathroom and a very comfy bed.

Never thought about coming here for a meal, one of those ones you drive past and think " must try that sometime" and you never get round to it. Well last night we got round to it, so wished we'd have come here sooner, what a lovely place.
We arrived just before 7pm and no one was in the restaurant! We took seats at a table of our choice and the staff where very attentive, the lady in question was on her own, running reception, the bar and the restaurant very aptly. Had a starter which was scrumptious and a steak main meal which was to die for! Being as the starter and main where so good we had to sample the dessert menu, yummy!
We can't understand why so few people use this place, not cheap I'll admit but worth every​ penny for quality. I give them 5* and will most certainly be back for more!

We had dinner in Ak's, the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient and the food was really, really good. My wife is coeliac and they tried really hard to be accommodating which is really heartening, overall an excellent dinner out.

The hotel has to change its staff continuously do to poor management.

Very happy staying here at the Northwick. Tonight and last night — great value for money; lovely en suite double room and breakfast; spotlessly clean. Annie and Sam on Reception, and the young lady who served our breakfast in the dining Room this morning, all really friendly;helpful and efficient. £90 for 2 nights bed and breakfast, can't be beaten for value, we will be back and certainly recommend highly. We had a meal in Jackson's Bar last night, Vegetarian Spinach Lasagne, garlic bread and salad, with a pint of Dark Fruit Cider and one of Theakston's; tonight we're off to the River Avon Chinese Rstaurant in High Street. Food there and people also very good, and friendly. A very enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed my stay here. Good Restaurant and friendly staff. Would do it all again.

Thanks to all the staff at the Northwick Hotel Evesham who made our office Christmas Party so much fun last night — excellent fun and wonderful entertainment including quality live music from a great duet and a fantastic Elvis Tribute act, all finished off by dancing till late to a disco — well worth the ticket price, will certainly be back next year if not before, highly recommended.
