Lovely relaxing morning, ruined by a scolding hot plate followed by a massive blister on my thumb. The joke was that the accident form, completed by a very apologetic and friendly waitress, read we were warned to use a napkin. You don’t take burning hot dishes out the oven with a napkin…

Had a great one night stay at this hotel. Spacious rooms, lovely grounds + spa included with stay. A very easy 5-10 minute drive to Bicester village shopping. Would stay here again!

Calm and peaceful, good facilties, chef was so considerate of our dietary needs, prepared our food in advance.

One of the best Spa retreats we have been too. Lovely relaxed spa area that has lots to offer, lovely pool, hydro pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, feet jet spa, lovely space to relax plenty of rattan loungers, garden area with plenty of seating, outside jacuzzi, best treatments. Lovely spacious room with comfy king size bed, with bottles of water, tea/coffee biscuits, robes and slippers, a spacious relaxed bar with indoor and outdoor seating, fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Lovely views of the golf range and lake. 5 mins drive to the Bicester Designer village and near to attractions. A very relaxed and pleasant stay.

Amazing spa day, facilities clean and well presented. Staff very friendly and helpful. full body massage was amazing and my friend said the same, had the same therapist food was delicious and plenty to have, carrot cake was amazing. thank you for a lovely experience.

After being a client of this venue for nearly 5 years, my last experience was somewhat shocking! Walked into the restaurant to be seated at a table for two when the booking clearly stated 4 people. Asked to be seated near the window when the other waiter said that the table had been reserved to which I responded that I had made our booking several weeks ago and requested a window table. The Restaurant Manager didn’t wear a mask, yet he kept hovering over me because he “couldn’t hear what I was saying”. I have never come across such a rude and moody Manager in my life! He then rolled his eyes at my husband when he said he wanted the steak very well done. He was impatient and not helpful at all. After our dinner, I made a complaint to the Duty Manager only to receive a feeble “sorry”. Pathetic excuse of a venue and we shall NOT return!

Spa was amazing food was great and staff. Our bedroom was a bit dated but enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I travel frequently and never have I ever experienced such shambolic customer service regarding a very simple complaint. This complaint should and could have been rectified at the point it occurred but it wasn’t! To receive a call (once gone) saying that this still cannot be resolved as somebody is not in until the weekend is ridiculous! I am totally disgusted and to be treated in this fashion has destroyed what was otherwise a fairly relaxed night away.

Just back from a lovely relaxing stay with my husband (our second stay here). Seamless check in and out. Comfortable room which was clean and had everything we needed. Food consumed was good and staff attentive. Spa facilities very good. We will return. Highly recommend 🙂🙂 Thank you to all staff.

Tried out both the open lake and the assault course. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Friendly staff, clean facilities and lovely atmosphere.

I went this evening for a swim session in the new lake. It was so nice to swim outdoors again. The staff are very welcoming and the changing facilities are very clean. Felt very safe with the current guidelines in place. Will definitely be going back, what a great addition to the local area.

Been for afternoon tea today for my friends 50th birthday… food was lovely and Ryan the waiter was amazing… nothing was too much trouble for him… made our afternoon.

Had the most amazing time here over the weekend celebrating my Mum’s 50th birthday. We had a spa day Sunday with dinner and an overnight stay. Spa area is beautiful and the treatment was lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly, food was excellent and I would say of a Michelin star level as the flavours and presentation were out of this world. Breakfast was also lovely all the items in the cooked breakfast were of extremely high quality. I can’t wait to return soon.

I am regular customer and often have beauty treatments here. However, twice on 2 separate occasions I have come across 2 different members of staff on the reception being extremely rude! They are extremely unwelcoming and very rude. I was booked in for 2 appointments today yet I ended up walking out due to the very rude receptionist. I was served by a male at first who was lovely and friendly and asked me to fill out a form. I politely responded and said I am regular customer do I still need to fill one? He asked me how long ago it was before I had been at Bicester golf and spa and before I could even answer the rude receptionist interrupted and in short tempered rude tone told me I had to fill out a form now! I was horrified! I ended up walking out as her attitude was absolutely disgusting. This is the 2nd time I have come across another rude receptionist at the spa. It's a real shame as the beauty therapists are lovely. But the women at the reception are rude! Won't be returning or recommending.

Just had a fantastic weekend here and couldn't fault the front of house staff and bar staff they were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Room was lovely even though we were given a disabled room still very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from and again the staff were amazing.
However can't say the same about the spa staff!. Paid for a treatment and cost me £45.00 for a facial and have to say it was the worst facial I have ever had. My friend also paid for a treatment and she said the same. The lady that did mine clearly didn't want to be there and I felt like an inconvenience to her at all times.
It wouldn't stop me staying again but certainly wouldn't waste my money on treatments.

If you have young kids stay somewhere else. We were charged £15 per night for a cot in a room that cost £122.50 a night. The cot was then very old, stained and borderline unsafe. The type of cot only costs £30 and so a new one could be purchased just from the profit of our stay. There is also no child’s menus for room service and the restaurants don’t open early enough for young children. 3* rating from me.

Great gym with friendly knowledgeable fitness instructors. Good range of classes for all abilities. Fab pool with jacuzzi;sauna and steam room to chill out in after a workout.

When you said it was wheelchair friendly it truly was. Your staff were amazing with me and my friend in her wheelchair. What a fantastic spa day, we will be back,

Fantastic, professional and kind staff, they made my day by bringing up a birthday cake surprise to my room. :-)

On arrival for my sisters wedding we where not made to feel special at all. We felt like an absolute inconvenience. One young gentleman on reception was helpful and helped us carry the many boxes we had for the wedding up the stairs. The room itself was okay in my opinion but nothing special or what you’d expect from a four star hotel. Initially we where told we had the outdoor hot tub for the night which wasn’t true. We had an hour slot and had to get out after twenty minutes as it was freezing due to the water not being hot enough. We then ventured into the spa itself which was nice enough and clean. We decided to have some bar food and a drink which again was average at best and the treatment from the bar man named Oscar was appalling. He was very slow and didn’t seem to have a clue and accused me of talking to fast after I had ordered one thing. The morning of the wedding again we felt like an inconvenience we requested extra chairs for the room and where told ‘we will see what we can do’ I asked is that a yes or a no as we needed the chairs for hair and make up for the bridal party. Myself and another bridesmaid then headed down the reception to see if we could bring the chairs up and where told the general manager where now doing it. We caught the general manager and had a little moan as we didn’t feel like we where being treated like a bridal party and the bride wasn’t made to feel special in anyway.

Rooms were very spacious. Hygiene in rooms was great. The message and spa treatments were great. The golf course looked in very good condition. The dinner was really nice and portions were decent size. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The carpark was decent size. No real faults in this hotel and spa. I would highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely amazing spa experience. My therapist was exceptional and the black diamond facial was the best I've ever had. My skin felt and looked amazing and it was such a professional but relaxing experience. The facial was 60mins long and was only £60 but I would say it's worth a lot more. The quality of products used was excellent. Would return and recommend to others. All the staff I encountered were incredibly polite and courteous and the complimentary coffee was very nice indeed.

Very nice place to be with great spa facilities! Staff were all friendly and professional. Prices are a touch high and membership prices seem hidden without calling them, but otherwise a lovely place!

1 night stay and spa session (no treatments). Very comfortable rooms. Food and service in restaurant excellent. Spa in good condition and not too busy, though quite a few kids in the pool (was warned of this at reception when we arrived and in the daily newsletter).

A very nice hotel, however it isn't catering to travellers without their own vehicle, as you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. Having said that, the rooms are nicely appointed, the staff friendly and truely helpful and food options quite reasonable. The hotel could improve process at breakfast, I joined colleagues, who had already ordered and that meant I didn't get to order. Once the menu is gone, it won't come back apparently but I obviously could have asked, but chose it as a hint to diet a little and enjoy the buffet options instead. Overall it really is a nice place and deserves a very good four stars from me.

Here for a wedding reception, beautiful grounds, friendly and attentive bar staff. The food was very good and the views were stunning.

Went their for Tea and to use internet midweek … Quiet enough place to send a few emails and to use the laptop in peace.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Me and my wife stayed here and the pillows smelled like vomit and the toilets were not clean! Lift was broken (wife is disabled) and not a manager in site. Restaurant was very grubby. Next time we're in the Bicester area, Travelodge will be a more suitable choice!

Good room price and great facilities. All the usual in the roo tea coffee coffee bags hot chocolate biscuits dressing gown. Food in the restaurants is very good quality and portion sizes. Slightly over priced but then as it is good you don't mind. Decent pool steam and sauna plus jacuzzi and options for treatments. Sports bar downstairs. Lovely breakfast. Great location for bicester village and Oxford and other locations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good hotel to stay at.

Lovely spa facilities, room modern and clean. Friendly staff. Food was reasonable standard. Nice and tasty. All round a good complex.

Nice hotel with an excellent range of facilities. Health club and Spa is particularly good for a hotel at any level. Food offering is a little basic but good quality. The hotel is well situated within easy access from the M40, Oxford and the Cotswolds and offers a great base for visiting the local shopping Village.

We visited the spa for the day and had a fantastic time. My wife had the mum to be full body massage and said it's was fantastic. The facilities at the spa are awesome and is the first time that I have ever seen a foot spa before. Would recommend going here for the price it costs.

Spent the day at the spa. It was fantastic. The staff were very freidnly and the facilities were fantastic.

The worst stay l have had in a long time. Staff were rude, l was charged an extra £20 to have a room which was not an accessible one (even though l did not book this) when l asked for twin. Even charged me for an espresso coffee which was absolutely dreadful. Bed uncomfortable, pillows hard and hotel smelt like hospital dinners!

Very pleasant stay. Lovely food in the bar, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Personally, I wish breakfast started at 6.30 rather than 7, but I got a good night's sleep here so can't grumble.

Went for a daily gym pass to what I found to be a well equipped gym with high tech equipment. Super friendly staff and luxurious atmosphere.

Spa was very nice with good treatments. Rest of the hotel seems dated and doesn't not feel particularly luxurious.

Had my Year 11 prom here and it was amazing. The overall experience was great, but the venue was better than I expected for some reason. The only negative thing I can say about was the food provided — although then again, there were in excess of around 160 students there.

If your getting married this is the place to have it. From start to finish the whole team where professional and made our special day flawless. I can not thank the amazing wedding team and staff enough for making our day perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and had good use of the pool and spa. The room was spacious, plus we had a Jacuzzi bath. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant and Bar. Would recommend this hotel to any one visiting the area.

Been a member here for 3 years. It's clean and well run with a good team in the spa and fitness area. The golf course is well laid out and presents a good test of skill. The Creche is very good. I can't vouch for the hotel however!

Well furnished golf club, good event and bar lounge area. Food was OK but as with wedding events having to cater for so many will naturally reduce quality. Would come back for dinner one evening. Didn't have chance to use spa.

Booked a suite for my wifes birthday & was oir first night away from kids in a year. We sat for 3 hours in traffic which was no ones fault but it made us want for our room & facilities. On our arrival we was told our booking had been cancelled by the lady who took our booking & they were now fully booked. Completly let down & disgusted by the altitude & incompetence of the people running what lookd like a lovely hotel.

Excellent Golf Course, really friendly staff and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Since moving to Bicester, this has been the best find! I am a member of the gym and spa. It came at a reasonable price and the amenities the membership offers is vast! Best in the area. I use the classes frequently (zumba, pilates, pump fx etc) and have found the trainers to be very good and enthusiastic. The membership also comes with a free trainer session each month in the gym which is very useful. But, by far, the best part is the hot tub and pool! I have loved every minute of sitting in the hot tub, steam room and sauna and that itself makes the membership cost worth it. Its located in a very peaceful area, with plenty of parking. Just driving in puts you in a relaxed mood! A must for those who live near by!

I booked the Spa for the day as part of a hen weekend. The food, amenities and staff were excellent and I will recommend it to anyone for a great day out. The prices were extremely reasonable and the area the hotel is in is so peacefull.
