The room is comfortable enough and the check-in process was fine, enough to merit 3 stars, but the security latch on the room is broken and the hotel hotel restaurant Collage is abysmal. If that alone were getting rated it would get one star, but only because less isn't an option. Seated at approximately 19:45 (I sent a message on my phone capturing the time stamp). The server didn't arrive to greet me for five minutes, then took my order for a glass of water, soup if the day, and a Cesar salad with chicken. 19:51, another message. After she dropped of the water about four minutes later I sat working via my mobile until I realized quite a bit of time has passed, especially when another table complained about not having received their food yet. Finally, someone dropped off the soup, not hot, at 20:15. I finished at 20:20 (now taking notice of times). At 20:35 the server came by and asked if I was ready for the next course. I stated I was, and had been for some time. She cleared the bowl and left. She returned at 20:55 stating it would be just one more minute. Salad arrived at 20:59. Finished at 21:07. The server passed and made eye contact. It is now 21:28 and nobody has come by or brought the check. I am now looking for the manager. The manager as best he could under the circumstances, and provided information about the delays due to the inclement weather and flight cancellations, and understood my complaints were to help coach his staff that providing the information about extraordinary circumstance goes a long way in preventing customer disappointment.
