There was a problem with bedding not arriving but the lady on reception could not be more helpful and made up the bed for my grandson bedtime.

Nice large clean rooms with everything you need including tea making facilities.

We always stay here when visiting friends in rayleigh — a great place to stay.

Great stay here two weeks ago staff helpful and pleasant breakfast was great.

A good place to stay a Beefeater. Next door.

A very comfortable stay the staff were very helpful and extremely polite.

Was hear from Friday 4 April to Sunday 7 April for our wedding had two double rooms and 4 family rooms was 18 of us in total had a great service form all of the staff there and they coped very well with all of us 7 kids are not easy to keep happy. Very glad the assistant manager gave me some colouring in bits for the kids.

Nice quiet rooms and the friendliest staff. Great choices for breakfast would happily stay again.

Down from Scotland to visit family. Stayed here before and have NEVER been disappointed. Clean, comfortable and staff are and have always been exceptional in making our stay perfect. Breakfast one of the best for service and quality. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in this area. Very convenient for getting around visiting. Thumbs up all round. We'll be back.

Only offers showers rather than baths. More basic/ older Premier inns. Would stay at Southport Airport if want a better standard of Premier inn.

The room was good lovely comphy bed and pillows, spotless, the reason I gave 3* is because we payed £9.50 for breakfast each and when we went for our breakfast they had no bacon, so I had 2 poached eggs and one slice toast my hubbh not much more, I did complain to reception and fair play they gave us refund. But in this day and she how can you run out of bacon? Sainsburys is just over the road, I know they have to have traceability but better to keep guests happy.

It's a Premier Inn, so what can you say… The car park is large, reception pleasant, staff helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. The staff were exceptional the next morning. We were visiting family and they all wanted to meet up for breakfast. I asked reception if they could cater for an extra 10, and they answered "no problem ". So we all got to talk some more. Breakfasts were excellent.

Enjoyed the night. Convenient. Good staff. Car park entrance is on the slip road to the main road. Not an issue, just for information.

Pretty good service and great friendly staff. Nice pleasant accommodation. Good comfy bed and everything and more than you expect from a budget hotel. Spacious room, good shower, nice food. Only the road noise if you are on the road side of the building but it not terrible and we managed to sleep fine, you are just aware that there is a road beside you. Overall very good and would visit again.

Long weekend stay. Nice big room for 4 but the 3rd bed was small and hard. Would stay again.

Salad cart messy and mostly empty took a long time to wait for the rolls Evan longer for the butter. Hubby had the ultimate mixed grill asked how he would like his steak. When the ultimate mixed grill came out there was no steak and no sausages.

Service excellent, comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast available. I would say that the rooms were a tad cold but they do offer heaters if it's a big problem for the guest. American pancakes at breakfast were a little stale if I'm honest.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The good experience starts with a warm welcome at the reception. Room large enough and comfortable. Very good and comfortable bed. Very nice British breakfast in the morning!

First visit at the Premier Inn and I loved it. Comfy bed, good night sleep. Delicious breakfast. If you fancy some well cocked dinner, there is a restaurant next door with some juicy offers. Nice friendly staff. Definitely would recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly, amiable and helpful. The room was ideal and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also great. Only downside was that I found it a little chilly in the room. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again though. Great value.

We had a 2 night stop at raylliegh weir premier inn whilst visiting family. All facilities as expected, comfy bed, clean linens. I had requested a room that was car park facing, not Southend arterial facing, and we received a room that overlooked carpark, but quite close to harvester pub. Noise level bearable and it dropped after 11:30. Next time would again ask for rear facing but in addition request as far from harvester pub end as possible. Staff friendly and helpful, all very satisfactory. Good visit,.

Bed comfy, Good night's sleep, easy check in and check out. Only downside was breakfast time and orders being wrong although seemed under staffed and a struggle for them to keep on top of everything. All staff friendly and positive.

Not the most modern of Premier Inns (I don't think it's benefitted from their most recent refresh) but still a brilliant place to stay, as always. Rooms clean comfortable (family room has plenty of space). Shame there was no bath but clever bathroom layout that enabled multiple users. 5 stars as always!

Very good friendly staff. The lady that served breakfast very good and friendly.
The hotel does have a strange smell upstairs. I stopped in room 222 and a odd smell outside the room and in it.
I have used this this hotel a few times now.

Stayed here one night to attend a function in the nearby Rayleigh Golf Resort Club. Upon arrival greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, sorry due to glasses being in case, couldn't read her name but she was about to embark on a holiday to Spain very shortly. She was most informative and helpful in ordering a cab for us later in the evening. Room was very clean, big bed plus a single in our room too, TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee. Right next door is The Harvester pub/restaurant. When returning from function had to ring the buzzer outside for the night team to let us in, again, pleasant polite gentleman as was the different female morning receptionist when we left. No complaints at all and thank you to all the staff we encountered.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. Accessible room was lovely. Will be staying here again.

Really good and bad for a while ago and it is Inverness premier inn.

Outstanding customer service and friendly staff, always happy to help. From reception staff, waitresses in dining area and chambermaids who were very accommodating. Definitely will stay again. See you soon.

Typical Premier Inn experience. Despite being so close to A127 the traffic noise is barely noticeable. Rooms are over 2 floors, but there is no lift. Breakfast is provided in the main building but evening meals are on the neighbouring Harvester.

The breakfast chef (Andrew), is just the greatest ever.

Really friendly staff our room was lovely and the beds were so comfortable had a great experience.

Great nights sleep in a clean and functional room. Travel cot, cot sheets and blankets, nappy bags all provided to make our stay with a 4m old dead easy. Good breakfast. Recommend for those just stopping over and on a budget.
