Amazing place. Hosts are lovely lovely too. This is going to be an amazing 5 days.

Beautiful accommodation set in a wonderful location. The hosts were positively delightful and welcoming.

Beautiful room. We stayed for an anniversary treat. James and Bev were fantastic hosts, so helpful. Breakfast was delicious lots to eat and very tasty. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed one night for our anniversary and couldn’t have gone to a better place. The setting and room was beautiful and so peaceful. Everything in the room has been thought out so well. We took the opportunity of using the hot tub at sunset which was stunning. It is set away from the rooms and is outside in a private spot with lovely views of the countryside. The hosts were brilliant and very attentive, making our experience so relaxing and helping with all requests we had — nothing was too much. Having a warm breakfast basket brought to our room in the morning was lovely too. Definitely will return as it’s was one of the best places we have visited.

Spotlessly clean, so very comfortable and quiet. We were made to feel so welcome during our stay from the moment we arrived — nothing was too much trouble for our host. Absolutely beautiful — both the suites and the surroundings. Freshly baked treats for breakfast was a wonderful touch, we can’t wait to return! A special mention for George the lab, his furry affections made my day — we were genuinely sad to leave so soon and look forward to returning.

Four of us stayed overnight as we had a wedding at a local venue. The suites were beautiful, immaculately clean and Bev, the owner is so lovely and accommodating. In the morning, we had a delicious continental breakfast in the garden over looking stunning countryside. We will be returning for breaks in the future. Cannot recommend enough.

My husband booked The Suites st Pannells Ash as a birthday surprise. The accommodation was faultless and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking about staying here. We would also recommend The Pheasant at Guessingthorpe for a pub meal, delicious!

We stayed at the Suites at Pannells Ash for our wedding and it was truly amazing. As the bride it was the most perfect place to have my bridal party together in the morning to get ready, and Beverly was beyond accommodating for our special day. The rooms and surrounding grounds are totally beautiful, and make the perfect setting for the pre wedding photographs. The breakfast in the morning was so lovely as well, and having it delivered right to your door is a lovely treat. There should be a 10 stars to be able to rate for this wonderful place. Thank you so much Beverly for making our wedding day so special in your beautiful suites.

James and Bev are amazing hosts at this beautiful venue! It was our second time there and this time we bought two of our friends who loved the place! When we arrived yesterday it had just finished raining ☔️ and we were hoping it would get better! Within 15 minutes we were sitting outside in glourious sunshine ☀️ which continued until we left today! We were in suite 1 which was amazing and enjoyed the hot tub twice in the evening watching the stars and unwinding together! We will be back and recommend Pannells Ash to everyone! You won't be disappointed! Oh yeah forgot to say make sure you say hello to George the lab! Mark and Emma Smythe.

What a beautiful place and amazing surrounding areas to stay in, the owners we couldnt fault at all we was well looked after and not even a spec of dust anywhere! 100% would stay here again! From the second we arrived to the momemt we left couldnt complain about a single thing. Thank you x.
