Took payment for two rooms, only after contacting the hotel ourselves were we informed we would not be allowed to stay due to corona virus, now will not refund money are avoiding communication on line, however are offering to allow us to re-book at a later date but have not sent email to confirm this, so far very unhelpful.

Really brilliant service, beds are so comfy, staff are super friendly and welcoming really great place to stay Would highly recommend this place Close to the night clubs and beach and town center.

We stayed here last night excellent customer service Lou and sirena were amazing nothing was to much trouble the rooms were very clean comfortable beds with on suite bathroom excellent prices even when there was a concert playing excellent location can’t wait to go back to see these lovely people again.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly on arrival despite us arriving late at night. Overall we had a great stay for a really good price with no issues.

Basic but clean hotel. Has not got bells and whistles but for the price served very well. Location is very good with local restaurants and Hop inn pub within 5 min walk. Would use again.

Nice hotel comfortable beds, a little cramped in the room with the number of beds but as the weather was good this wasn't an issue as we only slept there.

Honestly the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room that they crammed me into was… Small to say the least with an Ensuite bathroom that practically required acrobatics to use. As the icing on the cake, my room had no hot water when I got up in the morning and there didn't seem to be anybody around to report this too. The bed size was also ridiculous, smaller than your average single bed.

No hot water I room number 8. We spent there 2 nights. Good for sleep over. But why not hot water?

This place is cheap unfortunately thats about the only good thing about this place, the shower had literally no power at all it was like standing under a tap, the beds were major uncomfortable and after inspection found stains on the sheets and a sign of bed bugs. The hotel was very very untidy and just to rub salt in the wound the fire alarm was going off all night, when I asked the member of staff the next day what had happend I was asked to be quiet as he was stressed out and too busy to talk to me, certainly wouldnt advise staying here,

Close to beach and shops. Cheap to stay in but rooms are like the brothels you see on tv, this is strengthened by the fact that during my 2 night stay on 4 occasions I was propositioned by Eastern European men in the hallways offering me a good time. Also the fire alarm was going off all night.

Was a nightmare! Full of BED BUGS, but you can see them just during the night when they are coming out from bed and matress and they start to bite you and you feel ichy. Horrible! We had to sleep in the car. This is unacceptable! Be very carefully because if you take one bed bug at home you will never get rid of it. This hotel should be CLOSED!

Hotel is ñear sea but bads are so small. Only 2f broad so one can not sleep properly.

Don't stay here for your own safety. We were woken up by a continued party at 5am which descended into a fight. We assumed that this happened because there was no night porter, but a full blown fight between groups was allowed to take place while there was security and no police were called. The manager then had the cheek to tell us that there would have been no point in calling police because they don't respond to 'private matters'. This is literally the point of the police. When we were customarily asked asked how our stay was when we checked out, the manager was dismissive and blunt. Stay away.

A great hotel for it's price range. Booked room for 15 people and had a nice stay! It's not high end but have all the basic things needed♥️

It delivers what it says… Clean, Fuss free, basic BUT completely adequate. We enjoyed our Long weekend and would recommend this hotel to anyone not looking for gloss but old fashioned value for money. Clean towels and linens freshly replaced everyday. Tea/Coffee in the room with a good clean kettle.

At £33 for a Friday v reasonable, clean and comfortable. Extra £5 for parking though so bear in mind.

Good location with good prices, need security though as people were definitely doing things they shouldn't have been.

Pretty speechless that in this day and age a business can still expect customers to stay in such filthy poor conditions.

Cheap hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom a bit small but not too small. Rooms are a little bit noisy. Overal had a pleasant experience.

Small beds for triple room compared to prcies they charge, Wi-Fi is not available upstaires (2nd floor), water was cold, after reporting the problem to reception they told us to wait for hot water to come up becuase it was in the second floor and it would take time (7 minutes to become hot), paid parking for 5 pounds per day. The only good thing in the hotel was the location.

Ok let's be clear I needed a bed for the night with no frills. This popped up £15 a night. So I booked.
Was a shared room (4bunks) being an ex soldier no problem for me. Room and bed very clean. Staff spot on. Good parking. Clean basic accommodation but I would definitely stay again.
If you want five star accommodation you need to pay five star prices.

We paid £42 for a double room. Located at the top of a steep hill but a pleasant walk down to the main bars/restaurant area. Cinema and pubs nearby. Car parking extra five pounds for the full 24hrs very reasonable. Great value basic, clean hotel. Would stay again.

Room, and service good, except for night porter who was somewhat mouldy in character!

Very lovely staff. Excellent location as it's so close to the beach, shops and food! Couldn't fault the parking, great big spaces and enough of them. Bed we're comfortable and rooms/hotel was very clean. Didn't try the breakfast although it was included (needed beauty sleep). Only thing I would say has room for improvement is the showers as they are push buttons ones and only lasted about 30secs a time once pressed! Would happily visit again :)

Not the cleanest of places, but we found it through searching for hostels. Usual place you'd expect, large dorm rooms populated by stag & hen parties, but for £20per night pp what do you expect. Big bonus is carpark, although that's another £5, even so that is still cheaper than central town.

Functional for stag/hen dos with as many beds as possible crammed in to each room. Would not recommend for holiday accommodation though.

Perfect hotel for a big weekend, 9 beds in one room and very understanding management who didn't mind us being rowdy the whole time. Full of stags and hens so perhaps not ideal for families.

Seemed like a well run place, not glamorous but clean rooms, friendly staff and very close to the town centre and seafront.

The rooms are very pokey with an unusual lay out. The double bed turned out to be 2 singles pushed together, and we had a 3rd single bed blocking off a large part of the room where a wardrobe could have lived. The TV is mounted on the wall and is too high to be watched properly from bed as the viewing angles on the cheap TV's are poor so the screen appears dark. The shower is weaker than Gary Glitters defence, and there is no extractor fan, meaning there will be mold appearing soon, but don't worry, you probably won't come back anyway. Yes it's cheap. No, it's not cheerful. On a positive note, you can walk to the beach in under 10 mins, and the hand wash is quite nice (earning it a bonus star).

I booked in on Sunday night. The room was ok, could have been better organised. We are a couple and 2 children and were given 4 very small single beds. They could at least tried to make 2 single beds into a double as we are a married couple. Carpet had dirt marks which was a put. Receptionists were very friendly. We bought the vouchers for breakfast at the pub and will never go again. Coffee cups dirty. You can see oily grease on your coffee or tea when you make you tea or coffee. Selection is poor. No Cereal or proper child selection. Had to keep asking for sugar as they put it in a small bowl. My advice, need to accommodate couples more and find somewhere else that can provide better selection of breakfast and have better information about eating places in the town centre. Impression is that it seems that they just want your money and go. Hope you Improve. For another £20.00 could have gone to premier inn where breakfast is included and cleaner all round and couples friendly.

Absolutely dreadful, room was tiny and dark, it was for my grandad and cousin, on arrival my grandad felt unwell and nearly fell downstairs, guy from reception didn't care didn't offer a chair asked if he was ok, NOTHING!, my wife ended up getting the chair, they stayed in there for four nights not once the sheets were changed or towels freshened up. Very unpleasant experience we'll not be using this hotel (if you could call it that) again.

I recently went away and stayed in this hotel, the hotel was clean and fantastic value for money, staff were more then helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all.

I stayed here for my 21st birthday threre was no toilet paper, no way of getting the plug out of the bath and on the last night we saw a cockroach running accross the floor, we tried to show the manager but it ran under another rooms door! When we mentioned this to him he said we were lying and said it could only have come in with our luggage. He was extremely rude, would take no responsability and asked us to leave or he would call the police. I would not recomend any1 to go here. And ruined the whole trip after him threatening to call the police because we were threatening him! which we certainly were not doing! Dont ruin your trip, find another hotel.
