Stay here! You will be glad you did as Julie and Jon have an amazing place with which to spend your holidays and furthermore, you are literally 2 minutes walk away from the harbour and the sea front.
The best things are the food, simply the best cooked breakfast we’ve had. The room had harbour/pier and a sea view!
Comfy beds, lovely spotless bathroom facilities and very well maintained.
We stayed 3 nights, and with paddle boarding Kayaking, swimming and walking throughout the stay, coming back to a great place like this at night was the perfect end to many great days.
P. S. Ask about borrowing the boogie boards, they’re a right laugh to use in the cove! Thanks Julie and Jon for a great stay, we’ll be back. Rob and Jo.

The B&B was immaculate, our room was very clean, airy, spacious and modern.
The bed and pillows were the best, very soft, and comfortable.
Our breakfast was perfect, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals were available and a cooked breakfast of our choice. The dining room was ckean, fresh, airy & spacious. I would definitely recommend. At the top of the house, there is a self contained family accommodation. San Brelade is a 10 min walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant B&B, Jon and Julie were very friendly and welcoming with great local knowledge of local area and the best restaurants around. Ideal location as not far from the marina and pier, just a short walk away. Room was very comfortable and quiet, very tasty full English breakfast too. Thank you Jon and Julie for a lovely stay.

A lovely little b&b, tucked up and away from the hustle and bustle, run by a lovely couple, Jon and Julie, who were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of cereals and a full fried breakfast, toast and plenty of tea or coffee. Room was comfortable, tea and coffee, a little mini fridge, and even an iron and ironing board. The bed was extremely comfortable, best b&b bed I've slept in! Will go again.

San Brelade is a lovely B&B run by John and Julie who were extremely welcoming. Our room was immaculate with fabulous views. Great location just five minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants.
The breakfast was delicious and well cooked and John was a great waiter and his stories were amazing.
Definitely going back sometime. Highly recommend.
The decor in the house has been updated to contemporary, stylish but comfortable.

A perfectly situated B&B for breath taking views, glorious walks and clean beaches, we enjoyed just relaxing watching the boats in the harbour, but, venturing out on the coastal train for the day amongst other activities are all easy to get to. Jonny and Julie are friendly, warm and welcoming to their fully renovated, attractive and clean, comfortable home, their breakfast was delicious too! We would highly recommend this good value for money B&B.

It's is located on Asta villa Road in paighton. A five minute walk from paighton harbour. A ten minute walk from the town centre. If you walk to the top of the hill you can walk down to goodington sands. A very large beach and water park. It's in a very good location. Has five parking spaces. You can also park on main road. Lundy the owner is very friendly. Nothing is a bother for her very helpfull. Such a lovely lady. It's has lovely clean rooms. With sea views. Tv. Tea and coffee facilities. Hairdryer. Ensuite rooms with shower. Well nicely decorated. A large breakfast room. A lounge room with Television. A bar area. A small garden at front. English breakfast. I requested no hash browns as not shown in photo. Many choices of cereal orange juice. Tea and coffee. I've have stayed here now three times. Peak times it's £35 per night pp.

A wonderful hotel, very reasonably priced, splendid breakfast, and felt like a home from home. I remembered this place from my previous 2013 visit and determined it would be my choice if I ever returned to Paignton. A lucky find, and most of the guests I saw were 'returnees' their own stays at San Brelade. No room for improvement here as perfection is already in operation.

What a wonderfull time we had at san brelade lovely breakfast lovely rooms and lovely hosts, we went for 3 nights felt like we had been away for a week, we will be back next year.
