Chris Luke and Emily, were FANTASTIC hosts, breakfast was amazing, nothing was too much for them, very clean &comfortable, a nice and relaxing establishment, beach 2minutes away, town centre 5 minutes away, lots to do all around, wonderful place to go, recommend every time,

Warm welcome by Chris, made us feel right at home. Explained the building and safety, welcomed the dogs. Room was brilliant with everything we needed. Food amazing, Luke so polite and friendly, couldn't of wished for better accommodation and location for our break. Thank you all :)

Chris, Helen and Luke are fantastic hosts, so warm friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is ordered the night before and cooked fresh to order. We would happily stay there again. Cant recommend it highly enough.

Chris and Helen were very nice, looked after us when we stayed. Tidy room, breakfast was no issue at all and they were very friendly, would recommend.

Helen and Chris provides an outstanding service and excellent breakfast. The room was very very nice, bright and clean. The location can hardly get any better, just across a big green park and few minutes walking distance to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood, and yet still within very short distance to the city with all kind of restaurants etc. We truely enjoyed our stay. We will be back…

Excellent place to stay. Just home after spending 5 lovely nights there. Helen and Chris fantastic hosts. Not forgetting Luke for supplying Nathan with his wii games and his politeness and helpfulness at breakfast time. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again if down that way. One tiny suggestion would be maybe to have a small airer in room to be able to hand wash bits and pieces and to air beach wear but laundrette only short walk away. Thank you for your hospitality. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent b&b. Rooms are small but lovely. Very clean and the hosts are exceptional and very friendly. 2 min walk to the beach. The place itself overlooks a lovely park and boating lake.

Fab b & b very friendly staff.

My husband and I originally planned to stay at Rowcroft Lodge for 2 nights but enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra night.
The lodge is VERY clean and tidy.
Breakfast is top notch!
The owners are amazing, warm friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
We most definitely will be staying again.

Made very welcome by new owners Ellie and Steve during my short stay at Rowcroft Lodge. Warm comfortable and clean room and an excellent breakfast which would set you up for the day. I would definately stay there again.

I love this hotel it is amazing as well as the owners they are friendly and nice I reccomend for you to go there its GREAT.
