Very friendly landlady with good knowledge of the local area. Very obliging when asking what your preference was for breakfast which was promtly served up. All rooms in an exceptionally clean condition. Definetly my first choice whenever im in this area in future.
What can I say … fantastic place to stay very friendly comfy rooms food well served and very filling landlady sue makes you feel welcome in every way 2nd visit for us and won't be the last.

I Teresa Whitmore who visited the Bella Vista Guest House in paigton with my Beloved husband Ray on the 6 July 2018 had the best time ever regarding a bed and breakfast accommodation the owner sue & Brett was just great they made us feel so welcome it's if we always new them what a great host sue sang happy birthday to my husband who was 70 on the Saturday we loved it nothing was to much trouble for her what a fantastic person well Done sue hip hip hooray to you lovely for been a good host reccmeed this place to everyone visit you'll love it were going again without fail love Teresa Whitmore from Birmingham.
