Wow what an amazing experience whilst holidaying in the area! Dog friendly and a massive menu, all local produce and the freshest fish of the day caught in the area. My husband fell in love with the fresh muscles on the special menu he wishes you were closer! Friendly staff and very accommodation to my sons picky eating. We would holiday local again just to visit here xx.

Amazing place stunning views very attentive staff everything was perfect I had trio of lamb and a fondant potato wow 🤩 so tasty and coconut rice pudding with fresh mango and lime syrup sad to be going home tomorrow but will return soon thanks for squeezing us in upstairs more than 5 stars ⭐️

We had a lovely meal on New Year's eve which was made even more special by the new manager who made us 3 delicious cocktails even though they were not on the menu! He asked us what we liked and then surprised us with these cocktails! Thank you so much for making our night special and I wish I lived closer so I could join your cocktail club!

We’ve just now enjoyed absolutely delicious fish pies, mash and veg delivered to our home in Bideford by The Royal George. The service is lovely and friendly. 100% recommended ❤️

We enjoyed the Sunday Roast to our door / self-isolating / mother's day treat. Absolutely delicious, highly recommend. And sticky toffee pud YUM. And some eggs and rice! Thank you for all your hard work it made our day x.

My husband and I booked a table for 4 last night, and our table was booked for 7pm. When we got there, we were greeted straight away, with a smile and shown to our table. The service was 1st class, and the food was just amazing, and the views from the table where we were sat were breath taking. The place itself, is also amazing, beautifully laid out, plenty of space, and everything was just wonderful. The service, food, the place, and the views. And the prices are very good to. Well worth a visit. Ist class all the way. And we will defiantly be coming back again. Thank you.

After moving down into the area, friends and local business owners highly recommended we try the Royal George. As it was my birthday weekend we decided to have a meal today… Food was good, view was amazing. We would have liked to have tried the desert menu and coffee but after being given the menu — we decided a wait of over half n hour was just a bit too much. Bad service.
