Not to the usual standard of premier inn. Stayed for two nights had no house keeping on the second day. Fan in room broken and no cold water running in sink. Cleanliness was not brilliant either. The staff were told and we were compensated with two days free breakfast. Food was fabulous even though we had quite a few things unavailable from the menu. We can't fault the staff they were brilliant and very helpful.

Good breakfast. Rooms and bedding clean. Showers hot and powerful. Cleaning staff very talkative outside my door in the morning as I was trying to sleep after working late into the night. That was annoying and disappointing. Had DND sign on door. Car park too small and should really have automatic barrier on exit without needing pin number… Uneccessay and a drag especially if raining.

I've been in this hotel for more than five months all the time really good service staff always with smile trying to help you. Great food, and the prices are not bad! Highly recommended!

Clean and good beds. But can be cold in room. Our window was open and temp was 16c in room bed took a long time to heat up as heating keeps going off.

Premiere inn, good location with private car park. Nice rooms, good food and always busy, good prices. Five minute drive into town, right next door to derby football ground, and restaurant's in area. Their is boots, next, toy stores, Currys, Costa, and MacDonald next door two minute walk from hotel.

Terrible, restaurant to small for the amount of guests staying there, had to wait an hour from ordering to first course and between courses and wrong meal delivered. The waiting on staff were lovely and tried there best in such conditions. I stayed for three nights and on the first night I informed the reception that I only had hot water coming out of the basin tap in my room and no cold but was not resolved, the cobwebs all around the ceiling must have been there for several years, overall the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in.

Very good location for Derby football club. It's also just a 10 minute drive to shopping centre, although there is another Premier Inn even closer. It's a bit dated. The room was clean and tidy, but a bit tired. Some fittings were a bit tatty and worn. Heating was a wall heater, that smelt of burning when it was switched on. Bed was comfy, and shower was ok. Parking was plentiful, which was a great bonus. Wi-Fi was ok. It dropped out on occasion, but overall satisfactory for a free service. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff.

Great place stay. Good menu. Wi-Fi gets a bit slow but didn't bother me.

Best premier inn I have ever stayed in! Clean rooms, convenient location for myself. Adam who works on reception has gone above and beyond and has provided my group with some of the best customer service we have experienced! Thank you Adam!

Amazing staff. Especially a lady called Samantha. Rooms are lovely and it's nice and quiet. Only downside is the tiny restaurant. I'd guess about 100 rooms and 20 tables. There can be a wait if you don't book.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The accommodated allergies, a busy wedding party and the breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice. The young guy working on the bar/reception was excellent. Very chatty and brilliant service. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean and all public areas were well maintained.

Stayed overnight in this premier Inn. It's very much a standard premier Inn with everything you'd expect and little in the way of thrills. We had a family room and the cot was a fair quality travel cot and fine for our very tall 15 month old. It's worth noting there is a large Sainsbury's (with petrol station) nearby.

I had to stay here for one night recently for an unexpected and not so happy circumstance. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room and facilities were great.

Lovely front staff, great room. Restaurant variety and service good. Breakfast variety good. Wish they didn't turn every food crispy by overheating.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean but there are hairs in bathtub. Cutlery and cups need cleaning better.

Great Customer Service, rooms are really chill, many shops nearby (KFC, McDonald's ect)

The location was easy to reach and has its own carpark. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Recommended.

Lovely helpful staff, comfy beds (as you would expect from Premier Inn) and clean basic rooms. Not much in the local vicinity but close enough to Derby that a taxi won't cost much.

I stay regularly at Derby East and I find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The service is always excellent and they are very accommodating. Quick access to city centre and other attractions and services. Ideally located.

Visiting the hotel for business. The room I stayed in was spacious and well laid. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The food was good, I had breakfast and evening meal for they days I stopped and I couldn't fault it.

Nice and Clean modern room. Had the lamb burger for dinner which was very nice. Buffet breakfast was also nice. The staff here were all very polite and helpful. Thanks.

My room was a typical Premier Inns room, very comfortable and I got "a good night's sleep" as advertised. The dining hall seemed small for the amount of rooms on the site however the service was quick and efficient and given with a smile and some conversation. The menu was the standard offering for Premier Inns, not much to excite the palate, but it was reasonable apart from some soggy corn on the cob. In the morning, breakfast was very tasty although I didn't have an egg because of the long wait. The service overall was very good and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Its a premier inn. Arent they all the same? Seems to always be clean and has recently been refitted. Bar and food is the standard affair, nothing exciting but you know what you are getting.

Highly recommended. Rooms recently refurbished, brilliant beds, usb/hdmi ports available very good showers. Staff who genuinely work hard and are always friendly. No aircon but fans kindly left in rooms.

Rooms are standard. Hotel staff are polite. You need to have the patience of Job to eat in the restaurant. Average wait to be served is between 45 minutes to an hour. I am currently waiting to be served hence I thought of giving them a Thumbs down.

Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. No air conditioning. Very quiet facing away from the main road.

Working and traveling up and down the country our college always books us in for the meal deal at d premier Inns. The quality of the rooms are always consistent as is the service however sometimes one stands out and Derby East is definitely one of them in fact in my opinion the best premier Inn in the company. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, courteous and efficient on a par with some of the best hotels in the country. Friendly staff but road noise at night annoying. Breakfast not up to the standard we have had at other sites. No hot buffet as hotel was quiet when we stayed. Not really good enough.

We stay at this hotel by default when we visit family in derby can not fault the hotel had couple minor problems but always delt with very quickly, Rooms extreamly clean we prefer room 28 when we stay as its at the rear of the hotel and a larger room for 2 adult 1 child and anew born baby, staff extreamly helpful nothing to much trouble. This visit we stayed 24th and 25th sept. Couple of rooms to try and avoid are on ground floor car park facing and next to smoking walkway as can be quite loud at times this is the corridor with room 3 on it and the rest of the rooms that side of the hotel. Apart from these rooms fantastic hotel. Much better than the preist house in donnington with a £120 a night price tag and dirty rooms.

We arrived late on Friday evening due to delays on the drive up from Kent and the staff on duty we very friendly and got us booked in and to our rooms very quickly. Overall the hotel was clean, very nice, quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good, tasty and plenty of it. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone.
