Absolutely amazing from start to finish 👏 Thank you so much to the team especially to Dennis, for making our wedding breakfast so perfect. Food was lovely, good service with beautiful views. The guests were so happy as were me and my new husband Could not have chosen a better place 💕 xx.

Excellent value for money on the Sunday lunch menu honestly the smoked salmon terrine with pickled cucumber for a starter is to die for. Very friendly and welcoming courteous staff nothing is a problem. The views over the fells are stunning an absolute cracking afternoon will be back very soon highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious, immaculately clean bedroom. The gardens are very well maintained and are a lovely place to sit and admire the stunning views.

Absolutely stunning setting, attentive staff at all times, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful restaurant. Our family of eight enjoyed superb 3 course Sunday meal. Food excellent quality and value. The beef absolutely beautiful and baked cheese cake to die for.

A great place for brilliant Sunday lunch and from previous experience a great place for a superb meal on any other day, staff are very friendly and I cannot complement them enough, return visit on the cards, on most days the views are stunning (weather dependant)

Stunning. From start to finish we loved every minute of it. Upgraded free of charge to a gorgeous room. Made use of the pool and spa facilities. And the food. Oh my word for £40 you get 4 course of amazing food. Will definitely be back again! Thank you guys for making my birthday so special!

Have just returned home after visiting today for the Festive Afternoon Tea… highly highly recommend. The Afternoon Tea was simply exquisite and of an exceptionally high standard. We were made to feel so welcome and all the staff we encountered were amazing. The presentation and surroundings are fabulous. We will be back as this is definitely the best we have had (by a country mile) in The Lakes… and we have been to a few.

Lovely family meal out for my mum and dads silver wedding anniversary. The staff were all very friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable! The food was fantastic, we even managed the four course menu. Thank you too all the chefs and staff for a lovely evening.

Had an amazing 4 course meal here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the best venison I have ever had, the staff, restaurant and location are faultless, would thoroughly recommend.

Just back from a wonderful break at Lyzzick Hall. Fabulous Sunday lunch with all the family, then two nights stay for us. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Can highly recommend.

Visited for the first time on Saturday evening and have to say we thoroughly enjoy the whole experience. The Hotel is decorated to a high standard the staff are very attentive and the food was fabulous and to a very high standard, highly recommend a visit and looking forward to visiting again soon, keep up the good work.

A beautiful location providing high quality locally produced food at michelin star standard. My partner and I are newlyweds so we were looking for a restaurant which provided the best quality food set in the best location looking. Lyzzick Hall is set looking across the mountain ranges with beautiful landscaped gardens. The hotel inside is stunning and the serivice first class from the second we arrived. We opted for the seven course taster menu and wow it was as amazing. The quality, taste, presentation and technical skills were on display. Amazing food with a fine wine list. The bill was very reasonable and if in a city would cost much much more.

In 2016 my wife and I had our Silver Wedding Vow renewal at Lyzzick and it was the most perfect day, the hotel looked superb, it always does. 35 people were looked after by fantastic staff, and the food and service was fab. So we went last night for a surprise dinner to my wife. We both had the taster menu and it was beautiful. Dennis and his team are excellent, attentive, and can't do enough to ensure you have a great night. We have been going to Lyzzick for years and it's gets better every time. A beautiful gem with fabulous food, service and a view to die for. Hugely recommended.
