I phoned the owner to enquire about a room which was showing on the website as available. We agreed I would book on the website and he would call me the same day to take my card details. The room was clearly available at this point. I booked on the website and received an e-mail acknowledging my request which said "We will do one final check of our availability and confirm your reservation within 24 hours. " I didn't hear back within 24 hours and sent a reminder e-mail. I then received an e-mail saying "You're booked in! " confirming my reservation. This was then followed by another e-mail saying "Please ignore below confirmation the room is not available ". Disappointing, and very poor service!
It was fine not great but also not bad… just average. However Kevin the owner is a bit aggressive.
