Back again to the best b&b in keswick with amazing hosts Paul & carol. Spotless clean very filling breakfast fry up & a yogurt also plenty toast & coffee and the refreshing pure orange drink. Plenty cereal available also. You cant go wrong booking the babbling brook give them a call you will love it

Booked a last minute night away and I was more than pleasantly surprised at how lovely this B&B is.
Fantastic location for Town Centre, exceptionally clean, bright and airy. The room and facilities more than adequate for our needs. The host was welcoming, chatty and friendly and breakfast was just yummy! Wouldn’t hesitate to return 😊 I woke up looking at Mountains so what more is there to say. 🥰

Absolutely loved this B&B, Paul the owner welcomed us like family. Loved cooked breakfast and choice of cereal, brown or white bread for toast. Our room was a twin top of house but was nice and cool, even though we were front of house the road noise was minimal and the beds comfortable. Only a small en-suite but plenty big enough for our needs. Only a stones throw from a lovely park and 10 minute walk into town. Plenty of restaurants but I’d advise booking ahead although excellent fish n chip shop and a lovely park or waters edge to eat them. All in all an excellent place to stay ❤️❤️

Just got back from a weekend here 5 star rating from us! Paul was absolutely lovely and cooked a fantastic breakfast! Was very clean and cosy and very welcoming ☺️☺️

Booked at last minute on our travels Paul was very a great host breakfast delicious (I had Salmon) room spotless bed comfy. Nothing was too much trouble gave us local information on where to go would 100% go back there xx.

The hospitality of this lovely couple is fabulous. Paul and Carol are brilliant hosts. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfy and to top it off a fantastic breakfast. Close to Keswick centre. I would highly recommend a stay here x.

Great stay, really looked after and accommodated for, due to a broken foot. Couldn't have been more looked after. Great room, spacious and clean. Fabulous breakfast included too.

We had a wonderful stay last week despite the rain. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and very good location close to the town centre. Owners went above and beyond for us during our stay, helping us dry our boots, recommending places to eat and helping us out with some broken technology! Highly recommend, we will be back next time we visit Keswick.

The property is lovely, clean and modern. Very close to shops etc.
Owners were lovely, very friendly and very accommodating.
The room we had was small but didn’t mind as were only staying the one night. It was very clean.

We stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time. The place is 5 minutes from the town centre and 10 minutes from the lake. Our room was big and very comfy, with great views out over the Cat Bells. Breakfast was yummy and there was plenty of it which is definitely necessary before a big day of walking. The owner, Paul, is very friendly and chatty and is happy to answer any questions or give info about the area and activities available. He gave us some vouchers for money off at a local sailing club where we got free coffee and 15% off boat hire to go sailing on Derwent, which was so appreciated. My boyfriend left something in our room and Paul is very kindly posting it back to us. Overall a fantastic base from which to explore Keswick and the surrounding area, and would absolutely return if I ever find myself in Keswick in the future.

The hosts are very friendly, very willing to help and offer information on the town and walks. The breakfast is delicious. The bed is huge and very comfortable plus the room has a gorgeous mountain view.

A fantastic guesthouse in Keswick. Great location to the town and a brilliant owner Paul! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Lake District.

It is such a pleasure to live in this lovely B&B！Wonderful location with only 10 minutes walk to the lake and 5 minutes to the town center. The friendly house owner also has a excellent taste to the local food——giving me valuable recommendation！BTW, the night in Keswick was so quite that I am sure to travel back again！！

Great view in the Mountain View room, great hosts who made us feel very welcome, short walk from town, great breakfast, best of our week away in several other B and Bs, will definitely be back.

Stayed here as part of an event, on both mornings breakfast was still cooked for us despite it being at an earlier time than normal which was very much appreciated plus was very tasty. Would stay again.

We booked in on short notice and couldn't have had a better experience. The owner is awesome and very helpful. The room was super comfortable and offered a lot of space, and everything was impeccably clean. It is very close to the city centre and you can reach a lot of the hiking spots very easily. I definitely recommend this guesthouse for everyone who is looking for a cheap but very nice place to stay in Keswick.
