Lovely clean hotel. Food is good and our room is very good, plenty of space to move around and big shower.

I love it here.

Lovely sea front room … staff lovely … food not too bad but thoroughly enjoyed my stay will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel close to the amenities at Newquay. Would highly recommend, very comfortable beds, Very helpful staff, right over looking the sea.

Just been to this lovely hotel, rooms were lovely, fresh & clean the meals were lovely too & the waiting service was spot on really enjoyed our stay, hope to return one Jane& mark tindale.

We have just returned from a two night stay at the hotel and felt we had to write a review as there are too many undeserved negative comments. As we booked late we had to pay for a sea view and we are so glad we did, the view was stunning and worth every penny. The bathroom is on the small side, however adequate, you don’t go on holiday to spend a lot of time in there. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to bars, beaches and shops, everything you need within easy walking distance. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and you could east as much as you wished, the staff were constantly around clearing plates and topping up tea and coffee. A good choice with the evening meal which was waiter/waitress service, we didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive. On the first evening I was unable to wat the meal as there were peppers in the dish, the staff immediately swapped my meal, they dealt with the situation well and with no fuss. I really can’t fault anything with the service, Diane was always there friendly and helpful. We did have a few drinks in the bar which was reasonably priced, a very light and airy room, and well presented, Jamie was always very courteous. Maybe some of the hotel needs some attention, but Rome wasn’t built in a day and if the budget doesn’t allow this to be done all at one it takes time. We found the stay excellent value for money and we believe we got our money’s worth if you don’t pay a lot you can’t expect the Ritz.

Rooms lovely and clean and fresh looking looks like it's just been refurbished throughout.

Posting this on behalf of my Grandma who has recently stayed at this hotel just recently. I have to say she is not impressed and neither I am after speaking to her. She has told me the bedroom was awful and not clean especially the bathroom. She also told me that a member of staff who worked their was very rude to her on two occasions telling my grandmother in a bad attitude that she shouldn't be sitting at these tables. Who this lady thinks she is I don't know and definitely do not speak to a 73 year old lady like that or any guest and it's definitely not very PROFESSIONAL. This person was a young lady, thin, average height and got blonde hair. Another complaint that the food was awful as well. Sort it out and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and I would get some customer service training especially for that member of staff she should not be speaking to anyone like that.

Lovely hotel stayed 23 July on 5 day Shearings tour buffet breakfast evening meals very good staff friendly. And helpful. Entertainment every. Night fantastic location. Opposite tolcarne beach and very close to town centre.

I've just spent 4 nights here. Lovely hotel right on the seafront. I had a gorgeous, double room looking right out over the sea. Staff are very friendly too. Will definitely stay again.

The most convenient Hotel in Newquay. Where you can feel Excellent and where you can feel and feel good.

Lovely staff meals well cooked very nice. Beds and rooms clean and fresh. Very well run Hotel could not fault it for the price.

The hubby and I stayed here for 4 days (22/9/17) and had a lovely stay our room (55) was on the 2nd floor with a bay window with the most amazing views! Very clean. Food was ok apart from one meal the hubby had to send back and choose something else, was seated with other guests would have prefered a table for 2, special mention for our waiter jamie always smiling such a hard worker nothing too much trouble. Will be staying again.

I came down from Yorkshire on a 5 day trip with National Holidays. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed for another 4 days! The worst thing about this place is some of the rooms and beds are worn out… But the good things are plenty! Location: opposite the beach AND near the town and shops! Service: excellent. Like being on a cruise ship! Food: wonderful. And there's so much to do in Newquay (and nearby). A perfect British holiday!

Wonderful cosy friendly hotel with amazing staff and great position with fantastic views. Woul recommend.
