We have recently returned from a very enjoyable stay at Port Mellon Guest House. We were made to feel very welcome, and found Sarah and Roy friendly and helpful with information on the local area and where to visit. We stayed in the lovely Eden Room, upon arrival our bottle of Prosecco was waiting in a bucket of ice, alongside chocolates, this lovely room has sliding patio doors leading to a private terrace where we sat to enjoy our Prosecco (the nicest I’ve had if I’m honest) in the sun with great views over Port Mellon. Agree, the attention to detail in the room and house is evident, from the glasses provided to enjoy your bubbly and drinks from to a very well stocked mini bar (very reasonably priced) even down to the hairdryer having a diffuser-brilliant! (and important to me) There is plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, together with fresh milk when required and water chiller. Breakfast choice was excellent and delicious, once again great views to enjoy whilst eating.
This is a lovely house/home and garden, with further quiet places to sit and enjoy this peaceful place and view. Hope to return to this lovely place soon.
P. S. Agree about keeping a look out for local entertainment and Mevagissey Choir.

Sarah and Roy are the perfect hosts, the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. From our first welcome to us leaving, you are made to feel at home in their home.
A lovely surprise of Fresh Milk and cold water in the worlds best stocked mini bar!
Breakfasts are freshly prepared and cooked with great ingredients while admiring a wonderful backdrop of the cove.
We stayed in the Eden room with a fantastic view and equipped with everything and more you could possibly need.
Location wise, yes it’s a hilly walk over the hill in either direction, but not too taxing.
And gave us the opportunity to have the cove to ourselves on the walk back ‘home’.
I’m sure we’ll be seeing you again soon.
