Amazing, staff are really friendly and helpful. All and all 5 stars.

We spent a couple of days there for our honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. Staff are all very friendly and it’s a nice relaxing atmosphere. It was our second visit and we’ll be definitely coming back again 😊❤️

Beautiful setting. The room was amazing and lovely and clean. I paid a little extra for an upgrade but totally worth it. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was great. Unfortunately the afternoon tea I felt was a let down. If I’d had to pay the £19.95 per person I wouldn’t had been happy. But it came in the package. Would definitely stay again but miss the afternoon tea.

We had an overnight stay a double and a single room in the outside block rooms were very small and heating was on in august! on entering the building it the smell of damp was awful and the state of the staircase pretty much the same we did report this to reception the website only shows bar menu and on arriving were told restaurant was fully booked? Bar area is small considering size of place I’m sure this could really nice is some attention was made to cleanliness the single room wasn’t that clean breakfast was lovely and good choice and checking out receptionist was lovely.

A stunning wedding venue with a fantastic team! We had our wedding at Chicheley Hall in March 2020. Throughout the planning process Siobhan was brilliant and made everything really easy for us. Closer to the big day due to the ongoing covid situation it became quite stressful and there were various last minute changes, but again the team were amazing at taking the stress off us, making necessary changes without fuss and were so reassuring during that uncertain time. Finally, Debbie and her team were fantastic on the big day, I really can't thank them enough for making our day so special and run so smoothly (even with a huge covid curveball thrown at us on the day! ) Food and drink were great, rooms were beautiful and all our guests had a fabulous time.

Beautiful historic venue. The staff were accommodating & friendly. A young woman, Debbie, I think. A Chinese lady or otherwise. Was amazing. Had such empathy for our circumstances. Before, the coronavirus outbreak. She managed difficult circumstances in a lovely friendly way. Hope she & her staff are paid & retained.

Beautiful building, lovely staff, room was a let down though, dirty carpets — desk/cabinet falling to bits, wonky lamps/ not worth the money in my opinion and this was an upgraded room too — probably wouldn’t go back.

Beautiful building which exceeds expectations. Friendly staff who treat you like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble, they are lovely and aim to please by setting high standards. I will stay here every single time I am in the area as it is exceptional. My tip is to stay in the main house but the other rooms are also lovely. Clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.

The best part of our stay was the breakfast it tasted great and a good variety. However when it came to the room we paid for the superior room which was awful to be honest. There was grubby marks everywhere even a red stain above the bed and white marks on the cushion on the bed. The walls were so thin you could here the people in the next room talking and other things. We had the window in our room closed yet still managed to hear motor bike and loud cars going doing the dual carriageway. This has to be one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a while and I have a toddler at home. Me and my husband have left there feeling quite sad about all this as it was a treat for our wedding anniversary and think we’d of rather stayed at home.

Beautiful building and setting in the countryside. Could use a few more facilities e. G. A gym but all in all, a great place to stay or have a business meeting or conference.

It's a beautiful place. The food there was lovely. A nice size resturant the staff are very pleasent and friendly. It's an old building with gorgeous grounds.

Beautiful views, stunning listed building with all the interior to go with it. One nights stay with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was well presented with alot to choose from, great wine menu too. Staff were efficient and knowledgable, would happily return if we are ever this way again. Thank you Team for a pleasant stay. 5* JS.

Beautiful Hotel stunning grade II listed building staff so helpful and friendly was offered upgrade but we like our original room best 80 acres of lovely grounds lakes with Peacocks & Swans roaming free
Lovely afternoon tea on the lawn and evening meal was excellent would definitely go back.

Amazing. Staff was all so friendly, rooms where lovely and the gardens are beautiful to walk around. 100% recommended and would go back.

Lovely setting but arrived with a wedding going on so not allowed to use a lot of public areas. Bar was tiny and barman quite rude, so struggled to find anywhere to sit & relax with our drinks. (Which we’re very over priced! )
All young waiting staff were excellent & made us feel very welcome.
Food excellent, great quality and very well presented.
Room was adequate although the block itself (south wing) looked like it could do with some updating. Only problem with room was the very low slanting ceiling that I kept hitting my head on!
Bed was comfortable but rowdy wedding guests (fighting) & workers dismantling the venues equipment kept us awake most of night.
I would return but only if no wedding was going on! (Think maybe they should not have extra guests on these days)
Also noticed there were honey bees on the estate & they sold jars of their honey in reception, however this was not available at breakfast for us to try so think they are missing out on sales there!

A beautiful 18th Century Hall set in 80 acres of managed grounds. Beautiful views, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. A superb weekend retreat and a stunning wedding venue.

What a magical place to stay. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from City life. My husband and myself will be staying there again.

Here at the minute, the staff looked down on us from the minute we arrived. Came straight from a busy day at work so we weren’t dressed for the occasion, to be judged on appearance by people is ridiculous. Booked dinner for the evening again the service was poor, we had to ask for drinks as we were not asked once during our meal would we like any. The food was bland and some parts cold!
We were given two separate rooms miles apart because the manager had his friends to stay. One of the rooms was a disabled room so no bathroom just a wet room. Only one bath sheet per room so one of us had to use hand towels after our shower.
Dreading breakfast as we are going straight to work so we will be in our work gear!
I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never return!
I could go on about our stay but I think I’ve said enough!

The location is very good, first time we were given the conference room in main building was very good. The second time the conference meeting room was outside the main building which was not as good and the air conditions unit was blasting lot of cold air directly on our head. The staff support for both the time was excellent!

Just had a lovely night here with my Husband the whole place is stunning very tranquil and relaxing, the staff are brilliant highly recommend, we will definitely be returning soon x.

Charming old villa, wonderful garden (with peacocks freely roaming around! ) The rooms are comfortable, although a bit cold.

The Grand Old place with fabulous wood panelling great ambiance mega high ceilings and a fantastic helpful and friendly staff. You should definitely go there if you ever have the opportunity… the grounds are fantastic and the building itself is fabulous, a must-see.

Nice Old Manor house very English, comfortable room but very small bed. Breakfast good.

I went to a party hosted a chichley hall. The venue is fantastic bar prices are a complete rip off though £17 for 2 bottles, a G&T & a lime / soda!

Grade one listed conference centre and hotel steeped in history since 1086 great for short stay bedrooms are small some with access via front drive. Function room in converted coach house is very nice.

Absolutely stunning building — we were lucky enough to be providing a disco for a wedding. Very strict on smoke and pat testing due to it being grade 1 listed. Eambrooke Events Ltd.

Most uncomfortable bed I've experienced in a hotel. Torn carpet, loose electrical socket and poor cleaning. Other faults make this a poor advert for DeVere (part of the PH group) hotels. Don't bother.

We stayed on a wowcher overnight deal for which we received a nice comfortable room, an evening meal, breakfast and afteroon tea, all for £99 for two. Although we did not see the full al a carte menu there was still some choice and the food was good. A good place for a short stay although not that near to any place of note.

The Hotel was good and the staff helpful. My only dissaopintment was I left my Hearing Aid in the room. Called the following morning and the receptionist confirmed that had found the Aid in the room. I sent my CC details to cover the postage. But was informed it ma take 2 to 3 weeks before a member of staff could go to a post office and send the Hearing Aid to me. Big Dissapointment as Im still waiting for the aid to be delivered.

Fabulous place for a management off site for 2 days. Very modern and high quality meeting areas with accommodation, bar, and restaurant in the English countryside. If you need a team day or 2, this is a great location without any distractions.

Very nice meeting venue. They have done their best to renew and renovate rooms but they are in a 17th century hall and it shows, in good and bad.

Went to my cousins wedding here, had a great time. Lovely facilities, friendly helpful staff and beautiful surroundings.

Hi, We stayed at Chicheley Hall at the weekend and what a fantastic hotel. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. The room was really good, clean, spacious and a really comfy bed. The gardens were probably the best I've seen at any hotel I've stayed at. Thank you all at Checheley Hall.

Attended my daughter's wedding and it was a wonderful experience. Idyllic location — beautifully refurbished building set in picturesque gardens — and George the peacock added to the ambiance. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional, never intrusive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the principal suite was perfect.
