Best roast beef dinner I've had, beautiful camembert starter and sublime crumble pudding. Been here twice and each time the food and service has been on point. Highly recommend The Ivy House for a place to eat and have a drink.

Absulut perfect food. My husband said best roast potatoes.

Nice quiet place, surely on the spendy side, but the food is quality. I enjoyed my meal, though my husband did not enjoy the steak (said it treated of fake blackening seasoning) or the salad that came with it.

Great little place, live music, children friendly, and very nice food if you wanted to take someone out for an occasion while keeping casual.

Very friendly we were a party of 14. Food was lovely. Very good value for money.

Went on Sunday very very busy Good service rhe food was great I had chicken pie have to say it was Delicious chunky chicken sauce Creamy mash… my husband had the roast He liked it but said he would have liked More potatoes and vegs… but it would have been more than enough for me… Wine list was good reasonable and a fair choice. … We will definitely be going back to try mid week menu for lunch and evening meals Thumbs up from me.

I had been here many times before, always booking in advance without issue and had good service and food, and so I booked a table for my mum's 80th, two or three weeks in advance, for a party of six. Just to make sure I phoned the day before to confirm to be told that there was no booking and that the restaurant was fully reserved for a single event, but that they might be able to find space for us at the bar. No apology, no attempt to correct what had obviously happened. Fortunately I managed to get a table in 'Friends' in Pinner and actually had a nicer time and better food. I've never been back to the Ivy House. Never will. Unacceptably unprofessional management. Pity, as the food is good. Just don't book expecting to get a table or an apology when they discard your booking.

Nice restaurant, good food. I didn't pay so can't comment on the price. However, the Sunday menu did not match the online PDF.

This was the first ever Christmas meal that my family and I have gone out for, and it was certainly a memorable experience! We were served 5 delicious courses which were chosen in advance. The food came out swiftly and the service was prompt and friendly. They had vegan options — my main course was a butternut risotto and I had a lemon and lime tart for dessert which were both exceptional. The portion sizes were perfect and the price was more than worth it. Thank you so much, Ivy House! I cannot wait to come here again.

Lovely pub with nice atmosphere. Nice fire, mulled wine, great food that comes well presented. Can highly recommend this place! We came here in a large group, circa 30 people, and the staff couldn't be more accommodating.

Found this by chance tonight excellent service and food is amazing very friendly pub highly recommended.

Really comfortable and cosy place nice real ale food looks good but haven't tried it yet very friendly staff plenty of parking outside seating.

Lovely pub, lovely people, lovely food, lovely ambience … occasionally they have live music but I'm not keen on that bit … too loud and not particularly good tonight … so best to check before going.

To get to the pub from the car park you have to go down some stairs, so no good for any one with mobility issues. The pub is quite dark, we didn't notice the crack in one of the glasses until we were outside.

My rock band did a gig here in July, very friendly staff, great reception and looking forward to the next time. We've eaten here a few times too and always enjoy it.

Had a great meal there last night with friends. Staff really friendly, quiet and comfortable environment, a classy quality menu, tasty and well presented dishes, and pretty good value too. The Ivy House is now definitely on our list of places to go back to!

Some of the tastiest food we've ever tasted! Very reasonably priced considering the high quality of the menu on offer. Extremely welcoming staff and lovely dining atmosphere. Will definitely return here again. Hats off to all the team @ The Ivy House.

Nice little pub, good food for lunch or dinner. Car park is a little steep and bumpy for low riding vehicles.

Lovely Sunday roast, between us we had beef and a lamb shank and both were excellent. Staff attentive but unobtrusive. We'll definitely go back.

Casual and cozy atmosphere in a historic building. Rooms have the essentials. Restaurant is well-priced with an extensive wine list and a wide variety of seating options.

As always we enjoyed a wonderful evening. The service, food and entertainment were all of an exceptional standard. I have been going to the Ivy House since Alfie and his family took over the establishment and have never had a single complaint. The warm friendly atmosphere and ambiance is second to none. Cannot recommend The Ivy House highly enough.
