Great Pub. Friendly staff and really excellent food.

Stopped for some lunch, George and Beth were very attentive food was really good and generous portions. Well worth the trip out, beautiful venue. Will definitely be back.

Had a refreshing surprise at how good the food is now. All 10 people with me thoroughly enjoyed their meals and have voted to return again quite soon. Only reason for 4 stars is because we had to wait a long while for our food but there were 10 of us — so proved it was really fresh! But we were starving by the time it came. We will pre-order next time we go.

Nice atmosphere, with friendly, helpful staff. Food used to be really excellent, but after having a roast here a few weekends ago we were left slightly disappointed with the quality of the beef and some of the veg. All of the other food was great though and IMO it's still a place that's worth a visit.

Great spot. We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. Food is reliably excellent. Quality taste and service. Interesting menu which does not get boring even if you stay 1 week! I have never had a bad meal. Supersonic desserts. Truly tasty and satisfying. Have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinners and all were top notch. Easy parking pleasant staff. Wonderful B&B. Highly recommended.

Great food, staff friendly however the dog friendly side could do with a review especially being in the rural countryside where most clientele have dogs. Currently the only area offered is the small patio out the back (smoking area) and then a small section inside the pub, whilst the front garden (no dogs aloud) is empty. I understand that not all people like dogs but the front lawn is nearly devided into 2 sides anyway with the shrubs and hedges so why not have one side dog friendly (on leads at all times) and the other side not. I also made the mistake off taking our minature dog into the grass area out the back (on lead) and was told to come out because it's a children's playground. Which is completely fair enough but it may be worth fixing the broken gate and just a gentle sign saying no dogs aloud which you allready have in the front garden. We won't be returning with are dog but would still return when she is at home. Fixing this very easy problem would also allow familys not to have to sit in the smoking area when brining there dogs. Please don't take this is a complaint but just some feedback.

A really top class local pub/ restaurant! I am very picky about eating out but Furze Bush always exceeds expectation! Everything locally compared — The Furze Bush is difficult to beat price & quality! Friendly & efficient service! Never fails to impress! Lots of fresh vegetables! Excellent value for money!

Always friendly — great customer service — lovely food and just had Sunday lunch with my sister — good pudding — would recommend this pub bistro any day — best part is it’s dog friendly and within walking distance.

Amazing food, ambience, sunshine and family. Service was excellent. Catered for 25 of us with a variety of homemade favourites. Puddings to die for. The seemingly large measures of wine went down a treat with the ladies (& 1 man) too. Bravo. X.

Great food freshly cooked (so worth the wait) to a very high standard and a bit dearer than other establishments.
We've never had a bad meal yet after several visits!
