My review for Luton Hotel… 1 night for stay before early flight with my daughter. Found it difficult to find the entrance as not well sign posted off the road and Google didn't take up direct to the entrace. We arrived to be told the computers were down and check in would take a while. Which was fine for us as in no rush. I asked the reception how long it would take in a taxi to the Airport and was told 10-15 min. On entering the tax was told 35-40 min due to traffic into the Airport. Which made up late and stressed. I asked Reception to book a taxi for us — which was forgotten about! I asked for an Alarm call at 4:55 (in case my phone died) which was forgotten! I asked for an extra pillow for my daughter at 10pm. Waited until 11pm. Called Reception they had forgotten. Pillow arrived at 11:15pm and was hoping to be asleep early before early flight. Double glazed window panel was completely missing so heard planes and horrific loud partying noise at 2am for approx 30 min outside the hotel. Other than that rooms clean and friendly staff and take out breakfast given for an early flight (if you ask).

Nice budget hotel a short taxi ride from Luton Airport. Convenient location to restaurants and a mall. A little hard to find due to it's entrance facing towards the walkway to the mall. Good service when a fan was needed for the heat. Nice breakfast offering.
