Nice room. Very comfortable just what you need for a night stay.

Good hotel and everything thing is near by. Also staff are very friendly.

Normal cheap level hotel with different interior from next hotels. Hotel interior give happy mind. Building old and little bit uncomfortable becouse old dirty windows and so many noices from street coming inside rooms. If you need quiet hotel, it's not here. Here in night time and 24/7 ⏰ you hear cars… next noices from street. Rooms look pretty, comfortable but old furniture, bed linen and little bit feel discomfort. But good plus clean new bathroom, without mold like almost all like this level hotels if located in old house. Good location, near centr.

Budget hotel in centre of Luton. Is pretty basic but staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms dont have double glazing so can get noise from street below but wasnt that bad. Room was basic but clean and bed comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for and I would stay here again. So no problems.

Very helpful stuff, good value for money.

The hotel is fine but the old windows are paper thin. 53db noise level throughout the night interspersed with sirens. If you can get a room at the back it would represent excellent value but otherwise you will need earplugs.

Well located, however I could not find my car keys prior to departure and bang on 12pm check out time, I received a knock of the door amidst my search and explained my situation and the staff were dreadfully unsympathetic to my situation. Also no operating heating in the room meant it was absolutely freezing throughout the night. Wouldn't return.

£55 with breakfast £45 without, not great, fire alarm went off twice, very standard and on the main road with police station nearby, staff seemed friendly, parking nearby, good for short notice.

Staff wasnt up to date about hotel facilities. Breakfast information wasnt correct. Only afternoon receptionist (girl) gave me correct info. Night receptionist (men) was lazy and said breakfast is starting 06:30. After I told continental bfast starts 04:30 and showed local hotel info. After he said he will preaper bfast in 30min but I said I want it now. He took food out of fridge and bfast was ready. Two girl receptionists was polite and helpfullbut night receptionist lazy and unhelpfull.

Rooms are fine, decent price. Parking was a bit of an issue because if the small hidden away car park but besides that can't really complain.

Downstairs is really nice, rooms are OK, prices are cheap. Not a lot more to ask for really, does the job if you need a room short notice.

Cheap place, comfortable beds, friendly staff and close to town. Never had breakfast there but hear it's good value.

I rang the hotel to try to make a booking. The lady on the phone had difficulty speaking and understanding English. She could not give me a correct price fir a room, nor understand what I was asking for. She did not know what a Sofa Bed was and had no idea what an en-suit waswhen I ask if there was one in the rooms. I ended the call and sent an e. Mail requesting the Manager call me regarding a booking and got an e. Mail back, stating the e. Mail had been passed onto the Manager and he would call me on the numbers I provided. That was 4 days ago. If this is the service you get wgen trying to book, it does not promote a good stay. Not impressed in the least.

Really friendly and attentive staff. The room was lovely; well presented, comfortable bed, hot shower and the free Wi-Fi was strong so could get some work done.

Stayed here last night, when you walk in the place is very dull. Very poor parking facilities also. Our room, the bathroom door had a big dent in it where someone has hit it, windows were rattley and no double glazing which means we could literally hear people conversations down stairs and the noise of traffic. There was also a couple staying 2 doors up from us that were screaming and shouting and banging doors from midnight until 6 am when we rang down to reception (3 times) there was no answer and no call back. Because of this neither of us got any sleep! Also strong smell of cannabis at the front door and in the lift both times we have stayed here.

Apart from the staff who were very friendly this hotel has absolutely nothing to recommend it, the rooms were tiny cramped with the minimum of facilities, the hanging wardrobe was impossible to use, no coat hooks anywhere so ended up hanging clothes up on the floor, bed was extremely uncomfortable, sanitary bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous guest. The whole place was tatty & run down.

A nice hotel, currently under going major cosmetic refurbishment. This is being carried out in a way that causes minimum disruption to guests. The rooms that have been refurbished have been done to a good standard. I believe all rooms, corridors & communal areas are getting this treatment. The staff are all very friendly and take the time to chat with you. The rooms are single glazed and can get cold, but they are air conditioned which keeps the room nice and warm when in use. The only thing that I would say could be improved here is to have the air conditioning controls in the room. At present you need to go to reception to get the air conditioning turned on/off or adjusted. But the staff are always happy to do this. I stayed here in total for 6 nights over a two week period and can honestly say that if I found myself in Luton in the future I would stay here again. To all the staff at the Stuart Hotel, thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

The room was a big let down with the beds being horrible and having weird smell about it. The bathroom was horrible and to top it off you could hear people shouting and screaming from other rooms. Really disappointed with this hotel would not recommend it. The workers in this hotel knew that we were not happy as after 15 minutes of being at this hotel we decided we wanted a refund but they were rude and refused.

Good central location hotel is clean and nice, great value for money.

Just had our second Christmas lunch there, even better than last year, service great, organisation great, many thanks to the staff, especially Desiree, and Michael. On behalf of the Far East Veterans Association, see you next Christmas for sure.

First of all Luton is not "yet" a place you want to stay, but if you need to, don't expect to much! Hotel is a 2-3 star hotel, rooms ok but it has noice from the road, AC/heater very loud, toilet was running all the time, no TV remote in the room etc. the night I stayed I was — 6 outside, and freezing cooled in the room, the heater couldn't keep up. Nice and friendly staff but not professional trained. I had a Tower Burger for £ 14.90, I believe Burger King could do a better job for under £4.50. I paid £ 149 for a night, I believe a fair price should have been £ 50-70 per night — absolutely no more! I stayed in room 231

Very nice place, good room, comfy bathroom, everything you need is available. My best lodged hotel yet in London and Luton. I also like the proximity to malls and the back exit for easy access. Even the taxi driver already told me it is a lovely place and they lived true to it.

Staying here as we speak. Beautiful, modern hotel. Nice food. Lovely and friendly staff. Rooms are nice (room 216) clean bathroom, Clean bedding and very comfy beds. I struggle with a bad back and I find it OK. Would definitely recommend. Ideal for Luton airport, fly and drive. Would come back without a doubt.

The heater doesn't work even though I complain 4 times to the receptionist she said she will just switch it off… I wouldn't be staying here again. The reception area is nice but as soon as you enters the rooms you wondered if you are still in the same hotel. The room are very basic not worth £85.

This hotel has beds that are horrible, due to being able to feel the springs in them and the pillows were so thin (1" thick) they were useless. When I asked for extra blanks and pillows I was told there were no extra ones available, and then when I complained in the morning they were not interested in in listening and told me this was acceptable for a hotel. To me this is not and I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was relatively clean. Good and decent sized rooms. The bathroom was a bit of a let down. Dirty towels. Broken bath and shower. But overall, the experience was ok.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The prices per room per night are excellent value for money as the standard is so good. Beds are comfortable and rooms are larger than you'd expect. Even though it is situated on a busy main road, the traffic did not disturb my nights sleep and the large heavy blackout curtains ensured I could get to sleep early. Room and bathroom were clean. This was my second stay and I will use the hotel again in future.

The short story: I arrived at the hotel before my partner and the room was too small, chilly and the bed side lamps were not working — I pressed '0' and said — i've stayed here before in a nice room — I was asked down to reception and was put in a nice room but the heater wasn't working and reception wasn't doing much about it even after calling a few times and walking down (his answer was wait 15 minutes i've reset it, and he gave me a remote for the heater which was missing from the holder in the room), I called my partner upset and when he arrived we got put in another room (this is the point we're we should of left but as I was cold and werie being 4 months pregnant I really couldn't decide on the best idea and I had paid on my card). This room also had no heating. Reception said there might be something wrong with the stystem the manger is arriving shortly. The manager said he'd checked the next room and the heating was working although there was a slight damp smell so he'd opened the window ajar. Hoping for the best. We went back up past rooms with dirty towels outside and into another room were the heating wasn't on. The manager said switch it off and the pipes will heat the room. I said lets go — the manager said wait for a call back from the owner on a refunded card payment. When we got to reception and I put my card on the desk they then put us in a 'reserved' heated room gave us 2 bottles of bear and a coke and let us stay an extra 2hrs without charge.
