It was good but no better than a Holiday Inn Express.

Room wasn't too fresh, bed felt damp and there were some suspicious stains on the carpet which also felt sticky. You couldn't have only the bedlamps turned on so no way to make it cozy. Not my best hotel experience.

Terrible! Staying one night with booked two rooms. One room had a stand alone fan inwhen arrived so assumed that the air con was broken. Made the best of it and took my one year old in the other room to discover in the middle of the night that this rooms air conditioning was also broke. Requested a fan and am now waiting outside the room for fan to arrive. Still nothing!

The rooms are very nice and very well located to go to the airport to Luton airport.

Beware when picking up guests in the pickup and drop of area. £100 fine. Staff rude.

This is the second time of writing a review as we are still waiting to be contacted about the first. We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn Luton on 27th March 2018 as we had an early morning flight and seemed convenient as it was close to the airport. We decided to have a meal in the restaurant, later in the evening we both felt sick, shortly after my partner had severe stomach ache and diarrhoea, we believe this was as a result of eating in the restaurant as he hadn't eaten anything else that day. As a result of this neither of us had much sleep as he was up and down all night to the toilet and going outside for fresh air. We reported this to the night receptionist on leaving and he assured us he would pass on our complaint and the operations manager would be in touch but we are extremely disappointed as we are still waiting to hear from you. As a result of this we will not be staying in any of your establishments in the future.

Room was a bit dirty. Grout was coming loose in bathroom shower. Carpets had stains on them. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Overnight stop prior to flying. Hotel is clean, bright and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Don't just turn up, it's £195 a night! Book beforehand, it's way cheaper. We paid £87 for one night and 8 days car parking at ACP when booked through an independent internet based trip organising company.

Got a parking fine while parking in the front of the hotel in order to load my luggage. I asked the clerk if it is ok to stand there, she said it's fine if I load my luggage but she failed to tell me it's limited to 15 minutes which after you will get an auto fine by the camera. I was with a baby and 4 suitcases that I had to take down from the 2nd floor. It takes more then 15 minutes.

It is in the immediate vicinity of the airport, 15min walk where 3min in uber. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean… Restaurant: served quickly, the waiters listening and very polite! Very nice in a hotel!

Like It! Friendly service. Great room… perfectly clean, well presented, easy to use television. Restaurant and bar setting open plan, but inviting. Wine list quite reasonable. Menu choice reasonable… and my Mexican Burger just served and looks good!

Great hotel with easy connections to both the parkway railway station (the hotel booked me a taxi) or to the airport. Parking available on site and staff very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was not, but the restaurant is so-so like a regular English pub.

We had a car breakdown and needed a comfy bed to get over the night. Great experience on all levels. Very polite and helpful staff who provided us with a quick check in in the middle of the night, helped us with the little one and the luggage to the lift. The room was perfect, warm, clean, great mattress, spotless bathroom. Decent breakfast in the morning, again the staff was unbelievable, highly costumer orientated. They even offered us a late check out as we came late in the night which we have enjoyed. Nothing to complain about. A very nice surprise. Thank you for making our stay there more than pleasant!

Bad location because you always hear the planes. The Greek salad Here is just a mixed one. The Buffe arrives late and the staff is quickly overwhelmed. Booked the trip over Trendtours. I advise against it. Near the hotel is nothing you can do except in the overpriced hotel bar where the liquor is too warm and a beer costs almost as much as felt on the Oktoberfest. Also the view is not to be enjoyed.

Just a one night stay, but the room and staff are great. Lovely clean tidy room, and the staff are very attentive and polite. A lovely place.

Andrea on the front desk is amazing. Customer Service was outstanding and she was friendly and approachable. Thanks Andrea for making our stay run smoothly.

Stayed here before we flew to Spain. Room was lovely and modernly styled. Bed was comfortable. We got free water and chocolate in our room but I think that's because I have the IHG reward card. We ordered room service and food was good. But pricey but expected being next to an airport.

Stayed here for a business trip. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Maybe the breakfast should be more diverse, but it was good as it was for a really early hour.

It is a very nice hotel and friendly and he tried has been very good.

Do not take a cafe there, then you get a ticket in the parking lot for 100 pound and no one will respond to anything, even with evidence that you estuvistes 35 min taking a cafe inside, that is to say, as a client…

Good breakfast, good staff — rooms now better since they installed lights in the ceiling! 10 to 15 mins walk to the airport.

Very friendly staff and clean room, breakfast was well worth it.

No complaint apart from the restaurant can take a while.

A new holiday in, room decor more like a holiday inn express, wetroom showers, breakfast is buffet but you aren't even offered a coffee. Very disappointed.

Satisfactory, bit expensive for what you get. Rooms are decent and bed is fine. The breakfast is pretty meagre though and was a letdown.

A lovely hotel very near the airport, everyrhing was spotlessly clean and well stocked. Staff were helpful and accommodating. My only gripe was that the rooms were very dark and that there was no main light.

Was fine. Functional rooms, walkable from train station and airport. Shower a bit gross — which is surprising as recently refurbed. Main gripe is £75 is a lot for what you get, but no other cheaper options near by.
