Me and my friend have just got back from a fantastic spa dinner bed and breakfast with you guys. Couldn’t fault it from start to finish. Beautiful hotel and spa. Staff couldn’t do more for you, absolutely brilliant. Met the owner and was lovely very welcoming. The food was amazing 100% recommend staying here. We will defo be returning and can’t wait to visit again. Thanks again for our lovely stay ❤️

Real customer care… lovely environment and decor… attentive staff… fabulous hospitality, lovely food & beverages. spa lovely… great treatments & therapists, lovely relax and pool cannot commend this as whole experience enough… just wish I could bring my dog to stay… well behaved and is family … that aside. This destination is perfect.

5 star ⭐️ Just returned from a fabulous spa break. The hotel is beautiful, clean, relaxing, quiet and friendly. The spa is quiet and relaxing. My daughter and I both had treatments and were both impressed. The suite was spacious, cosy and quiet. The hotel staff can’t do enough for you. The bar area is comfy and plenty of choice, including cocktails. We ate out, but the breakfast was cooked to order and piping hot. Room service is also available. The hotel has a lovely smell relaxing lavender and geranium. We will be back soon. Thankyou.

Lovely hotel and all the staff went above and beyond to help. Excellent food and service. I had a massage and being I am a masseur myself it was the best Iv had such a lovely lady. Highly recommend x.

Very helpful staff that go above and beyond. We had a special request which was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have extremely comfy beds with plenty of pillows. I can't wait to return. So relaxing I may not leave 😌

Just returned from another two night break at the Heywood Spa Tenby. We always receive a warm welcome and the facilities, attention to detail make it our special place. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and we would like to than them for honouring vouchers that we purchased some time ago. Already looking forward to returning in the new year. We stayed at hotel for 2 night bed breakfast and dinner for mother and daughter break all the staff from reception and dining room was amazing so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble definitely will e back again.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms lovely, spa facilities good. Only a short 15 min walk to Tenby front. If you do have mobility issues there is a steep inline in both directions that may be difficult. Food in the brasserie on site was absolutely delicious and one of the best meals I have had. Made

It was our first getaway since having our son 4 1/2 months ago. What a lovely hotel. After being let down by another spa hotel we booked here and what a good decision that was. Lovely and relaxing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Every aspect of our stay was amazing, thank you so much we will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoy our annual ten day holiday in Pembrokeshire and a two/three nights at the wonderful Heywood Spa to complete the holiday. It is high quality friendly service and family friendly, with fantastic food — the perfect combination!

Loved our stay! Lovely rooms and pool area! Would love to come back in the summer time to sit outside! The breakfast was amazing and Anish the hotel manager and the lovely lady on reception gave us the best service throughout our stay! Thank you.

This hotel is perfect. We are only here overnight which is a pity as we would have liked to have stayed longer. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room is perfect. We will return!

Fantastic hotel with beautiful food, spa facilities and thoughtful staff. Really enjoyed and would recommend to couples, groups of ladies wanting to be spoilt and families wanting a luxurious relaxing weekend away.

Restaurant was amazing, all staff in the hotel were pleasant the hotel itself was very quirky but lovely and exceptional. The only thing let it down our shower was broken, we were only there for a night so there wasn't much point in mentioning it.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel, the hotel was stunning and the staff went out of Their way to make us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was amazing, what a truly relaxing break thank you x.

We took my mother for afternoon tea earlier this week for her birthday, what a lovely place, the food was great (lots of it) 4 of our party are vegans and where hugely impressed with their selection of sandwiches and cakes. The gentleman who looked after us was fantastic, we will be back. Thank you. Andrew.

What a fantastic family run hotel. The owner was amazing, working very hard. The staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms awesome and all facilities were exceptional. The hotel was nice but very cold in all areas including our room. Not want you want on New Years Eve.

Is a very nice and peaceful spa. Pool is a bit small to get going and the sauna is not quite hot enough. But friendly staff, tasty food and a nice bar area. Enjoyable few hours spent there.

My son and daughter in law stayed there for two nights liked it so much they are thinking of going back next year for they're 1st anniversary.

Stayed here for a couple of nights over the weekend. The staff were fantastic and the room perfectly adequate. I was a little disappointed with the gym facilities as it really needs both an intake and exhaust fan to reduce the humidity given its in the same building as the pool.

It's glossy but on the details they let themselves down. The floors are noisy, room 101 is behind reception and you can here everything in the reception and the corridor as well as the room upstairs (including them going to the loo). The window is level with car headlights as well. It looks like they've done the British hotel routine of putting fresh carpet directly on top of the old. There was broken gym equipment and even the working items didn't feel stable. The fitness suite was really humid as it's in together with the pool and ventilation is very poor. The water pressure in the showers is really low, especially upstairs. There were no spare pillows in the room and those on the bed were very thin and overly soft. Parking is scarce and its a completely blind entrance on the main road (they really need a convex mirror opposite so that you can see what's coming). It wouldn't take much to bring this place up to scratch; sound proof the doors and floors, sound reduction panels behind art and the TVs and some pumps for the showers. Positives, room sizes are reasonably generous, bathrooms are nicely decorated (as is the reception, lounge, and dining room), the air conditioning works well and there's a safe in the room.

Awesome stay at a lovely, relaxing Hotel. There was nothing I didn't like about this place, and yet, so many positives. The welcoming staff were polite, smart and helped with anything we required. The room was immaculate, very modern (I'm pretty sure the Hotel had not long been updated with new carpets etc). The room had a safe, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, plenty of shelving space for clothes too, hairdryer, Tv with sky channels, telephone. The room had an outside patio area with seating, which backed onto a private lawn. The restaurant and Spa also backed onto this lawn, and the quiet surroundings made this place truly relaxing. The food at Breakfast offered plenty of choice, from the self service cereal, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt etc, to the cooked to order selection which had an amazing variety. (I chose poached eggs on toast for the 1st morning — Not on the menu, but they were happy to do anything you wanted, and as I was doing a half marathon that day, I didn't choose anything heavy). The next morning I fancied something different so went for the bacon pancakes with maple syrup… yum yum yum. We had a meal out in town on the 1st night, but the 2nd night we booked a table in the hotels restaurant which did not fail to impress… my mum and I both chose the belly pork main, with fondant potato… Presentation was excellent and tasted amazing.

3rd time visiting — previous experiences were very good but based on most recent visit we won't be back. Sat at table at 1:55, starters served at 2:30 and had to ask at 3:10 where our main meal was? Rock hard vegetables and dry beef was then served — I'm sure there are better places locally for far less and with better service.

Friendly professional staff, the room was immaculate and had all expected facilities. The pool was well maintained and inviting. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional restaurant. The service from Anesh in the restaurant was second to none. The standard rooms though are a little on the small side. Executive rooms are great.

We had a wonderful stay at Heywood Spa Hotel. Our room was everything we expected with complementary toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits. We even found a complementary bottle of bubbly waiting for us.! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, nothing appeared to be too much. My daughter had a lovely massage; the masseuse came earlier than normal on Saturday morning in order to accommodate a massage for her. The evening meal was excellent with friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was perfect too with a choice of continental or a cooked breakfast. Everything was beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Tenby, a short walk away is a total delight. Thank you to all the staff at Heywood for making our stay very special.

This is the third time I've stayed here and it never disappoints. The impact of the lovingly restored interior greats you as soon as you walk in through the front door and the bedrooms have recently been refurbished beautifully. The staff and owners are always welcoming and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent, good portion size, quality ingredients and well presented. Our waiter Anish was very professional, the level of service that he provided was top class. Enjoyed my swim this morning to work up an appetite for a hearty breakfast. Everywhere was immaculate I will definitely return.

This place is amazing and best of all the staff are excellent. Stayed here for the new year's weekend which also included NYE 8-course dinner event. Food was excellent. My partner was not feeling well, the staff were so caring (offering to take food to her and making her a free warm lemon drink to help her condition). The main waiter in particular (I think his name was Hamesh) was so charming and helpful.

My husband and I had a lovely time. I had a back message and we relaxed in the spa and enjoyed the grounds for the rest of the weekend. A lovely breakfast menu included in the price. A beautiful evening meal with excellent service. (Try the cheesecake)

Absolutely amazing… room was comfortable in house restraunt was great food was lovely and the service was top class already planning my return many thanks to Amish made our stay extra special.

My husband and I visited this hotel to use the spa facilities and have afternoon tea. The facilities are great and the service is impeccable. Staff are polite, friendly, efficient and attentive. The afternoon tea was delicious and highly recommended with plentiful tea or coffee. We had a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon in beautiful surroundings as the hotel is decorated to a high standard. Well worth a visit.

All the staff were brilliant so friendly, they made us feel very welcome, and made our stay really enjoyable. A great relaxing time. Good spa facility's. Breakfast and evening meals were exceptional I highly recommend eating here. And have a lovely massage or two from Katie, your. Odd will thank you later.

We only had dinner at the Heywood. The food and service was excellent and there was a plus that they also served an excellent ale at the bar.

Reception staff very helpful and welcoming, room a nice size and well furnished, bathroom with bath and shower and excellent water pressure. Room comfortable and a good night's sleep. Breakfast excellent. Haven't tried the restaurant yet. Looking forward to it. Wifi is good! All the staff seem genuinely happy to help and pleased to see you. Business trip and they offered to make us a very tasty packed lunch. Would definitely go back.

Came home today after a 2 night stay. Everything was fantastic from the lovely room and the very helpful staff. The food in the brasserie was absolutely delicious and the added touch of the Happy Birthday on my husbands dessert plate was a great idea. The whole trip was brilliant and we cannot thank you all enough for everything. We will definately return. Good Luck to the waitress who is expecting a baby and thank you for your kindness too xx.

My friends and came here for my big birthday celebration from the minute we arrived I was impressed with the staff our rooms were not going to be ready untill 3pm as per advert. But one was so we were able to put our luggage in there. Hotel arranged for a taxi to take us into tenby. We returned later that evening for drinks at the bar all worn out from our day in tenby. The rooms were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of choice. Some of the girls took a dip in the pool and used the sauna myself had a full body hot stone massage which was amazing and another friend had bamboo massage which she enjoyed. Hotel reception staff arranged taxi's for us to return to tenby and held our luggage safe. When we wanted to return to the hotel again we contacted them and they happily arranged a taxi to collect us get our luggage then onto the train station we were all impressed with Heywood Spa Hotel and all plan to return with our other halves lol. Well done to all the staff cant fault it we will return.

Have just come back from a 'girlie' weekend at the Heywood Spa Hotel. We had a fantastic time and was totalling spoilt by the owner Peter. The hotel rooms were amazing, along with the rest of the hotel. We ate in the restaurant and the food was first class. Would also like to thank the staff (who were all quite young) on their service and friendliness. They could not do enough for you. Special thanks to Amy, Sophie and Ben along with all the others. We will be returning soon to enjoy this beautiful hotel and all its facilities.

We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night. 5☆ doesn't rate it highly enough. The staff were absolutely excellent, welcoming and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The evening meals were of an outstanding standard, I'd highly recommend the duck. Gareth, Sophie and Lee, (just to mention a few) you made our stay and what a lovely touch, the owner coming to meet his guests at breakfast. Fantastic. Thank you all and see you again soon guys! xx.

Great staff, very welcoming and enthusiastic. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent and fast service. Gym and spa are good, gym contains treadmill, bike and a giant multi purpose weights machine. All in all a great few nights here on business.

Very nice hotel situated in lovely Tenby. Good facilities including pool, spa, gym and onsite parking out front of hotel. Staff are super friendly showing you to the room upon check-in to give that old fashioned service. Hotel could do with a bit of an update to the rooms (but still very clean and tidy) but it looks like they have modernised the reception so maybe working their way round. There is free fast Wi-Fi in the rooms. Would recommend this place.

Taken unauthorised amount from my debit card without my consent I booked a family room in advance at the Heywood Spa hotel and paid a holding fee of £50 using my debit card. Upon arrival the family rooms were all taken and I was put in a tiny attic room with 1 double bed. I complained about the room and agreed I would accept the room and they would give me a discount. Upon checking out, the receptionist to my horror said I would not get a discount and I had to pay the full amount for a family room. I attempted to speak to the manager/owner on the phone but was verbally abused and got nowhere. Not getting anywhere with the staff I paid £160 in cash and disputed/did not pay the remaining £30.00. To my horror 5 days later the Heywood Spa hotel had used my debit card details; they had stored without my knowledge and took the £30.00 out of my account. This matter is currently being dealt with by my bank, the police and trading standards as the Heywood Spa Hotel used my debit card details to make an unauthorised transaction without my consent. Please avoid this hotel at all costs as apart from being dishonest the place is in a terrible state and not worth the money they ask.

A group of the family visited this hotel the weekend just gone for my parents ruby anniversary, every member of staff are so friendly and helpful. They set out the table beautifully for us balloons chair covers the lot it looked amazing, we had wonderful rooms which were very clean and I can't wait to go back there. Thanks to all staff, oustanding service x definitely recommend this hotel to anyone x.

Amazing place to stay, excellent friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Would stay again. Food was amazing and Lee the chef spoke to me personally about vegetarian option and made me something that wasn't on menu. Julie and liz from housekeeping did us proud as it was my birthday I had chocolates in room and petals on bed. What an amazing stay we had thank you to all the staff.

We had a great welcoming by the receptionist who was extremely helpful on recommending a restaurant other than the hotels. Our room, St David's suit was spacious and had an amazing 4 poster bed. Breakfast was beautiful and the surrounding gardens a pleasure to see. Very polite staff and a pleasure staying! Will come again.
