We had a lovely stay here staff friendly beautiful and spotless bb evening meal was lovely breakfast was delicious would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness. The staff all worked well together, and felt very homely and welcoming. We'll definitely visit again.

Had a lovely stay, very accommodating (we have a 2 year old). Room clean, food was lovely.

Lovely place in a lovely little village. Hosts were very welcome and rooms were very nice.

Return visit, (4th time) discovered on arrival now under new management, received a very warm welcome, breakfast was fantastic with freshly cooked full English cooked to perfection, fresh fruit was most welcome too. Very comfortable beds. New owners working hard to upgrade the hotel, now also an earlier check in time which is much better. Very happy to return as it is one of the very few dog friendly hotels.

Fantastic local hotel with great new owners, staff were amazing and friendly and the food was great quality. The room was one of the best we have stayed in and really comfortable, can’t recommend enough and really looking forward to our next stay!

The staff were so helpful and friendly. You can’t fault the service and the breakfast is excellent. Would definitely recommend it. Only thing that’s a shame is there is no lift and no ground floor room. Only one flight of stairs but could be a problem for some.

Cannot say much more, except to thank Mark and Sue and all their staff for a lovely, relaxing holiday, stayed for 13 nights, enjoyed every one.

The staff are very friendly and nothing is too difficult. Breakfast came on hot plates and very quickly, so much nicer than the self serve at the chain hotels. The evening meals are delicious, especially the seafood. I had a single room which was adequate, the bed was comfortable.

Nice food, nice room, nice staff, strongly recommend staying here.

Staff friendly and very down to earth, the room was spotless and pool was lush you can even take your dog here you to stay, breakfast was absolutely beautiful 5* is not enough for this hotel and very cheap indeed will definitely be returning thank you for a lovely stay to all the staff.

Lovely hotel very clean the staff where friendly and very accomadating managed to go for a dip in the pool as well, fantastic breakfast (cheers Josh) I and my partner were looking forward to an evening meal and it is listed that there would be one btw 6 pm and 9 pm but unfortunately we did not have one as the hotel wasn't doing it, its not a complaint but just thought I would mention it, we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful hotel in St Florence just 5 miles from Tenby. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast included in the price was very good the staff are quick to serve. Good evening food at great prices. I will definitely be revisiting this hotel. Great hotel thank you.

Lovely and relaxed, a perfect getaway for me and my partner.

Stayed here this weekend with my partner for my best friend and his partners anniversary and I can honestly say you will not find a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff really do go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay as perfect as they can and we are all very grateful. Especially to the young lad, chef/owner and waiter. We cannot find 1 single fault with our stay. A Beautiful Place with Pool Table, Sauna, Bar, Great Food, Breakfast, Great Rooms, Excellent Staff and all for a reasonable price… What more can you ask for! Will be visiting again and have already recommended family members who are booking they're stay right this minute. Thank you.

Stayed for our wedding anniversary. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing. Especially Josh (Chef) his cooking was awesome. In all a great time was had. Definitely book again. Helen Lavender. Room 4.

Lovely hotel, in a quaint village. Breakfast included and probably the best I've had included in a room price. Bar and restaurant on site, and more in the village.

A lovely dog friendly hotel with great staff who couldn't do enough for us, will definitely be visiting again soon.

Ideal combination of location, cleanliness and staff.

Brilliant hotel with a cottage feel, the rooms are well service and clean with the bed being as soft if it was being in my own bed! The place was dog friendly so that's a massive benefit. The staff went out of their way to help you and make you welcome. Breakfast was huge with 3 or 4 choices! If I was to rate the breakfast it would be 10 out of 10! The bar is excellent prices my favourite beer on tap was Poretti a lovely a Italian larger! I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely staying again.

What a great place to stay. Mark, Sue and everyone working there, couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Fab location and with the superb breakfast provided, you are more than ready to start exploring this wonderful location. Thank you all for making our stay such a good one. Only downside for you, we WILL be back.

Comfortable, clean, cosy AND dog friendly. Would have been useful to be able to bring dog into some part of restaurant but otherwise everything good. Ideal for peaceful break.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location to see Pembrokeshire. The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The rooms were clean and met our needs. The food especially the seafood was of a very high quality.

Absolutely gutted! looking forward to a night away from home we drove in at 4pm (check in time) and it looked lovely. Booked in. Got to our room. Lovely. Nice and clean. Everything you needed. Impressed. But. Then came food time. 6pm our room began filling with smoke. We went down to the restaurant which had a very limited menu and being a fussy eater that wasn't good. Even my partner was struggling with what to order and he is nowhere near as fussy as me! So ordered anyway to try as we didn't know where else we could go. I had overpriced glorified fishcakes and undercooked greasy chips. Rank! The beer garden stank of cats pee (obviously bad as I own 4CATS! ) Which was so overpowering it turned my stomach! Even heard others mention the funny odour! Plus others mentioned the service… On complaining I was told we could leave now and we wouldn't be charged for our room (which we had already paid for! ) This was at 9.30pm! Well great thanks. Where were we supposed to go at that time we live in Neath! Plus we had already had a couple of drinks so couldn't n wouldn't drive anywhere! Absolutely disgusted!

Lovely hotel & staff. Breakfast was spot on. Just enough on the plate.

We stayed here on sat 18th july. We had a wonderful welcome. The weather was beautiful and we had a drink outside by the pool. The staff were very friendly, and the owner booked us a taxi into tenby. He was very helpful. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and we have already booked to stay for the august bank holiday!

We have just come back from a couple of nights at the greenhill hotel. We had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The owners can not do enough for you. It is well positioned for tenby and the local attractions. My youngest daughter enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool as the weather was fine. I would definately go again.
