Swiss belhotel sharjah also known as rotana hotel (the old name) is a beautiful well designed hotel in rolla junction just opposite doctors pharmacy. It's a beautiful place to lodge it's a very price friendly place and the services are exceptional.

One of the most popular hotel in Sharjah. From Dubai or Ajman you can reach here by public transport bus. Bus will drop you exactly near the hotel.

Management is good staff is so friendly and helpful specially the service is good. I have been there long back its very clean and worth place. I would like to visit again with friends and family. ☺

Friends, wonderful hotel. I work as a lead on television. For words written is responsible. Friendly staff, attentive attitude to wishes and requests. Lots of tourists in this hotel from China and "local". Good breakfast. Very tasty dinners. Good breakfast. Transfer without delays and complaints. This hotel is worth the money. I am glad that my first trip to the UAE left only positive emotions. And everything else can be seen in the photos.

I would like to leave a comment about this hotel, stayed with a family with a small child six nights.
The room is almost with Soviet furniture, air conditioning as it turned out to only work for cooling and turned out the night when it rained and became very cool in the room, near the neighbours floor above when they opened the water noise crane not much strained but only by that basically Only stayed in the room.
Just unpleasant surprised ladies lack of hair dryer in the room, the toothpaste is not put on the apparently teeth here to clean not accepted.
was paid for breakfast and dinner, but each time had to explain that for a child the same paid for the third day did not stand déjà vu and called the manager, waited half an hour, in the results after the communication manager confirmed that Ponsionat paid for three and not a child goes Free of charge, the quad does not pull, to the sea almost 4 km. The shuttle to the beach runs once a day, provided that even in Turkey and Egypt with it all is much better even seedy three. The room on the fourth day forgot to remove and the same had to understand. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well equipped and the breakfast was very friendly.

Need to work on the lobby facilities. I have been there to pick our guests, the entrance is disorganized and there is no door man at all. Cars blocked the entrance and nobody is there to control the entrance.

The reviews about this hotel are contradictory. On the one hand the hotel is less, on the other hand there are cons (today there is no hot water, Wi-Fi works frankly not so, breakfasts are OK, but minus it fruit, very little and canned). Went from Alex Tour, the guide as usual "great", even printouts to us have not given neither on excursion, nor on tolkav go shuttles to the beach or shopping centers.

Very good service to the top room very well… only defect and that C is quite far from Dubai. Otherwise nothing to complain about the restaurant and very good movie service.

Good experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were a large group and they tried their best to Stastny everyone's requirements. The rooms could have been better lit and cleaner. The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything you need is within a walkable distance.

Located near to Sharjah creek. Neat and clean rooms. Nearby to many local shops and they provide free bus service to Sharjah city centre, deira city centre and beach.

The Hotel is quite ok. I’m have suggestion that in their Swimming Pool and Gym area should mentioned also the time for men as they mentioned only the time for ladies. And I was disappointed when I go to gym around 10:00 A. M but the attendant refrain me to enter in the area as he said for ladies only that time. The attendant said after 12 noon for men. How can I make it as the check out time for us is 12 noon. If they inform me nor to put time for men in the area, I should come 7 A. M. Anyway hope it not be experienced by others. My family is a hotel enthusiasts… every month we go and book hotels for us to enjoy our get together… The hotel ambience is simple and lacks comfortability, the airconditioner is only set on cool temperature, not gonna work out on those who like it cold. The set up is on a low cost end which I can easily find in our low end hotels in our country. The staffs by the way are friendly yet we just got offended by how they took all the products in mini bar and mini snackbar on the two rooms we booked, I wonder if they do the same to the other rooms. The pool is small for such hotel with lots of rooms around. I cant speak much on the food, we tend not to stay longer and look for a better hotel to enjoy.

Staff is helpful, the hotel use to known as rotana hotel. Come in handy when u in some old school cabbie.
Room is so so, quite old probably need to update.
Bed and linen is nice.

Small size but fast service. However food needs to be more cosmopolitan or continental. Food is only Syrian.

First of all I confirmed with the reception few thing at the check in I told him I will pay with cash at the check out not with the Visa card. Since its an overseas card and I will get charged for any purchase I do. went to the room and it was badly smile like shit cause it was a smoking room. Even though I request online a non smoking room, anyway I called him and I told him I want to change the room for non smokers, he said angry "WE DO NOT HAVE A NON SMOOKING ROOM IN THIS HOTEL"?! I was like are you serious! if you do not have I won't stay, then I was transferred to speak with a lady who said she will try to find another room. After 4 hours we moved to a clean one, and there was a drink in the cooler and some snacks. I called the reception to ask if they are for free or I will get charged. The same guy say they are for FREE since we did not get a clean room at the first place. End-up paying for everything and they guy was not their at the check out and when they called him he denied everything.
