Lovely friendly place … friendly staff like family members ask for kareem at the reception pitambar pool … akeel restaurantb by the way this is my 3rd visit to this place and will continue coming here … thanks guys.

Good room friendly staff nice the pool big n clean.

Clean, good sized room, good shower with body wash, shampoo/conditioner, handsoap, large towels + a hand towel. Room gets a daily service. Nice pool with a lifeguard sometimes 2 on duty. Has a small Starbucks coffee shop, and bar/restuarant onsite. Near airport. Value for money. Negative: very limited airport shuttle service for a large hotel.

Great price. Very good friendly staff. Two small problems fixed in 5 minutes. Good room. Great pool.

This place is awesome especially the staff they are exceptional and making your stay very very welcoming and warm be activities there was great and the food was off the chain I recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai.

The location is closed to the Airport almost 3Km. The service is good and Food is also good quality. Free Wi-Fi, pool and Gym also available. Room size is small.

This is the most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. The front desk staff and the guards are rude. While booking they offer many facilities in the room but not provided with. When we highlighted our concerns staffs are not bothered. Moreover two hours after our check out some amount has been deducted from my card without my knowledge which is illegal practice. I will never recommend this place. AC was not working and stained bedsheet, long queue for breakfast…altogether we were upset with the stay.

This is a budget friendly hotel with free breakfast for any booking. You might be able to find comparable rate nearby but not the service and cleanliness. So, consider all of these when you are choosing your hotel for your next staycation.

Be carefull, this is the most pathetic Motel I have stayed and the reviews it seems like fake out by them some how, the rooms allocated to me were filthy smelly, washroom lock was broken, the rooms was never cleaned, stains on the sofa and carpet. And the ceiling of washroom also leaking.
I have taken the pictures of the facility and when complain to duty manager he took it lightly and said its your choice of u want to check out we can check you out, initially I have booked the hotel for 7 nights however I checked out in one night only,
When I asked for the refund it was informed me that we will reyurn your amount for the remaining days in 10 to 14 days since I have taken early checked out.
I ma checked out on 2 Jan 21 and so far I have not received my refund yet and in the last conversation I have been informed that since itnis weekend we will send the mail to account they will proceess the refund. However I dont trust this facility and would suggest to visit yourself first and check out the room before check on other wise you will sugger like I have suffered their with my family.
I have taken the pictures and putting with this post. I suggest dont to go with the rating of this hotel some how its being facked.

Very dissatisfaction concerning a terrible experience which I had in your hotel quite recently. On 10th dec even though I had booked the hall but yet some manager barged into the hall to conduct a meeting it wasted our time and was asked to wait outside for 2hours which is so so upset and in professional worst experience at the begin of the special occasions. Attached the person who barged in with out permission and claimed that’s his hotel.

I was stayed there is last 17days and my own experience. It’s nice hotel for enjoy Dubai.
