“Somewhere hotel Dubai”The apartment was lovely, two bed, two bathroom, very spacious. Plus kitchenette. The Deira mall was right opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hop on hop off bus can be caught from the mall as well.

“Feels like home. ” Bed was comfortable. Staff are very Friendly and co-operative. Receptionists are excellent. Overall hotel environment is quiet. Good for families. Easy to reach everywhere. A place where someone like to come again. Like me.

Worst hotel experience in dubai ever. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Toiletries were not available in the room (no need to request nor remind as it is a must). Due to the staff unpleasant behaviour I checked out after few hours. Instead of staying for relaxation I was having tension, hence, not advisable for guests to stay in this hotel. If they don't allow visitors in the room or there is a minimum allowable visitor (s) to stay in the room, reception attendant should have informed the guest during check-in. Obviously, there is a lack of attention to details for a hotel staff in giving a warm welcome to the guest. It is unpleasant to inform the guest to let his/her visitors go out in few minutes. A devastating experience so to speak.

First quater 2018 : The Somewhere was fantastic 2 years ago. It is still great. Large studio room. Separation between the bed room and the living room. Clean. Lovely shower. All that is expected from a 4 star hotel is there. One can conduct business meetings in this hotel. But little details get me upset. Of course they are solved immediately when one call reception to fix them. But calling the reception is a burden and spoils your stay. The value for money ratio for the Somewhere Hotel is high for Dubai. So I will recommend it warmly, asking by this comment to have the hotel management to come back to the same level of details as before.

People want to cook and enjoy the time together. I advise this place because it's near in the metro, City center mall and near from nicest restaurants. The room of this place is spacious. Once you check in I highly recommend that you will request all the items you need in the room like bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries because inside the room you need to request it. It will take 15 to 20 minutes for you're request once you request the items in the room. Kitchen is equipment is good for two people only. Over all stay it's good.

Where do I start with this amazing hotel! 1) It is very well located in the heart of deira exactly right to the metro station and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. 2) staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. 3) very clean very neat and very spacious rooms. 4) beds are really comfortable, and I really care about shower water pressure, and it was just what wanted. 5) the in room dining menu isn't so big but everything I had was super delicious 6) breakfast was really really good and their restaurant was amazing 7) great value for the money. We stayed for a whole month and I wish we could have stayed more,

The property is located at the doorsteps of Deira Metro Station, which allows guests to commute easily around the city, and utilize the tunnel to reach Deira City Center. Each of the 106 suites features a contemporary decor and will provide you with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. There is a full kitchenette with a microwave oven. The bathroom also comes with a bath or shower. You can enjoy city view from the room. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean delights at the Nay Restaurant. Sauna rooms are available for ladies upon request. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (5.3 km) and Dubai Mall (8.1 km). Dubai International Airport is 10 minutes away by car. This area is also great for shopping, with popular brands nearby: H&M, Zara. This property also has one of the best-rated locations in Dubai! Guests are happier about it compared to other properties in the area.

Though had it rough at first but it was good in d end love d reception ability to assist and loves d proximity to everywhere visited my kids loved it n want more holiday spent there.

Quite good hotel at Deira area in Dubai. The rooms are clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi connection is good. The breakfast buffet was not that reach and the waiters are somehow understaffed. The access to everywhere in Dubai is good from the hotel as the metro station is just in front of it and the metro is the most reliable mode of transportation in Dubai. There is also a big shopping mall just across the street from the hotel Deira city center which has all kinds of shopping activities and cinema. The hotel is just 10 mins from the airport which is most likely was the reason I picked it for.

Great hotel. Great stay. Staff are very helpful. Room is quite generous (1bhk). When we stayed, there was some construction going on in the next building some noise but apart from that, no complaints since room is sound proofed. Close to deira city center and just a min to metro. Breakfast had very good selection. Sometimes repetitive but consistent. Overall, will recommend. For service 7/10 (for making us wait for more than 45 mins to check-in) Cleanliness 10/10 Room 10/10 Food 8/10 Proximity to mall and metro 10/10

Perfect location for shopping, metro, airport, and getting away from the daily traffic and crowds of people. I catch the metro straight from the airport gold class too accommodate my bags one way for 10dhs which is only 3 stops up. Get out at deira City center, and the hotel is literally right behind the metro station. Perfect!

I would have rated this hotel higher but the lady at the front desk was somwhat rude to me. She also lied to me about the Dubai fountains.

The facility is great but the DUTY MANAGER last 23 June 2017 was the worst ever. I think the management has to send him for MORE stress management seminar as he is very rude. It's not right to raise your voice to the guest most especially in front of the kids. You are a customer relations personnel so act appropriately. What you did was really unacceptable. I regret to say this, but I will not recommend my friends to stay there because of your shameful attitude.

It is a nice and clean hotel with excellent location. Lt is near bus stop metro and city center. The personnel are very polite and helpful.

Apartment hotel, I would consider somehow luxury. The only downside is the small gym with very limited options. Their breakfast is good as well. Location is great as the Deira Metro Station is a walking distance (2 minutes) in addition to the Deira City Center (shopping mall) and a plenty of small restaurants and convenient stores around.

I've been visiting this hotel since 2 years ago regularly. I go to Dubai every like 2-3 months for business and this hotel is the only place I really enjoy being in. The atmosphere is so intimate. You don't feel like you're in a hotel at all. The location is great and you have access to whatever you need within 5 minutes. Strongly recommend to try it.

Loved visiting here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bed so comfortable. Pool looked lovely. Close to the mall. Wifi worked well but you are limited to three devices so use them wisely. Breakfast buffet was good.

Enjoyed the stay, apartments are maintauned properly Towels are a bit old and yrgently need a change.

STAY AWAY! ROTTEN EXPERIENCE! The experience we had at somewhere apartment hotel was TERRIBLE! We asked to upgrade to a suite because the room was too small for my two children and they sent us to to a smoking room. I told the manager Mr. Paulo that it smelt like smoke and he insisted that it was a non-smoking room. I told him we wanted to go back to our room and he said sorry the room is booked now and told us if we don't like this room WE SHOULD LEAVE! I told him have some compassion I have a child and a baby and we just had a long flight and he replied and said BUSINESS IS BUSINESS! I was shocked and disgusted of how disrespectful Mr. Paulo was! To top all this, they did not refund us our money for a two day stay! He has no shame! It was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME! STAY AWAY!
