An honestly great and reasonable hotel to stay at. I have been staying there for my last 3 trips in Dubai. The amenities and services are great. It's perfect for people who are on business trips, or tourists who aren't going to stay at the hotel much but prefer somewhere safe and clean. Thanks a lot to the reception desk, specially Mina and Aqsa. The door men and all the cleaning staff were super friendly.

Nothing but AVERAGE! If you like average stay here! Staff do there job but seem unhappy! Personally as a Platinum Accor member I'll be paying the extra and staying at the PULLMAN opposite where you are treated as a welcome guest and extra services and privileges are provided. No welcome packs, drink vouchers without requests, no upgrades… Bath didn't drain and I cut my finger removing the plug. The worst Novotel I've been to. A very ordinary experience. I can't see a need to return. To those who like it… try somewhere else, you may have a pleasant surprise!

This is a hotel close to Dubai International Airport due to the luggage out of the customs after not yet six o'clock in the morning, and the leader later said to take tourists to the restaurant for breakfast. In fact, one hours before the plane arrived at Dubai International Airport, we had already had breakfast on the plane and were not hungry in the stomach. This meal is not in the itinerary, is to give us this group of extra Bonus. This is a four-star hotel, and then I stayed at this hotel when I was traveling in Hua Hin, Thailand. It is a five-star hotel. The hotel building is more than 40 storeys high, when we stayed on the more than 20 floor. But at breakfast, people are still good taste, breakfast hotel food is not particularly much, but also let passengers feel the food delicious.

Clean City Hall, pro staff. Small pool and gym available. Large and well-appointed double rooms. Mosque just last the hotel, very convenient to carry out its religious obligations. Carrefour and Deira City centre across the road. Subway less than 300m.

Nice hotel… good location… but front office staff is not helpful. Also they don't care for there guest. For them any private service provider like cab driver etc. Are more important and honest than their guest. I had to pay for pick and drop. When I only take the service for one-way only. Front office had arrange the cab for me and told me that this cab is hotels prop. And later on lied that they had never tell this is hotels cab … but sided with cab driver & force us to pay the charges for whole day. Worst incident I had in my whole life… I regret booking this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a room without a tub. The washroom was not clean with smears on the mirror. The second night we discovered a bedbug in our bed. This had disturbed our sleep and made us feel uncomfortable. We told reception and they relocated us to a smoking room (which we had not requested for). The sofa bed provided to us squeaked a lot and we were unable to sleep on it. We had to share a double bed for 3 adults. We have been regular guests at Novotel Deira City Centre and were treated like first time guests. We were not offered breakfast. Overall it was a horrible experience.

The hotel is super many where there was something to compare. The staff is very polite I am delighted with the hotel.

Rooms are small for three people. They don't provide you with a large room. All rooms are of equal size it seems. Breakfast was awesome. Room services are pretty good.

The novotel hotel lobby is great. The rooms are good. There is only one category. But I was so lucky to get the only sweet room they have and for the price of the deluxe room.

A very clean, friendly staff, and just a good environment, we came in August 2017 and now again December 2017 as they never disappoint us. They really are a 4 star hotel but they should be a 5. All of the staff was really nice and would love to help not by force a really good surrounding The location of the hotel is very good right opposite Deira City centre literally. Hope this helps. The rates of the rooms are very good As well as the facilities.

Best value for money in the best area of Dubai. Deira is the old Dubai and with very few tourists. The hotel is two Metro stops from international airport and opposite of the Deira city centre mall. For business trips ideal place to stay and also convenient to reach any other place and easily accessible for your visitors also. The hotel itself is good Accor Novotel upper business standard that does not leave reason for complaints.

Novotel @diera city centre is a great place to stay. Its value for money. Thanks buffet breakfast and lunch is awesome. Very close to airport which makes this place more Traveller friendly.

It was a good decent hotel but for me it wasn't really in its price group. I am rating it in comparison to a 4 star hotel not really what you'd expect. Breakfast was sufficient but not enough options. Bathroom was way too small and poorly designed making the stool itself very tight. Water pressure was good though. The vertigo bar is okay. It has nice service and great coffee. I would rate the employees 5 star but poor cleaning service. Overall it had a good location but it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel it felt more like a 3 or 2.

My experience staying in Novotel was amazing, and that is mostly due to it warm and nice staff. I would like by this mean, specialy thanks Miss Trixie, Miss Belle, Mr Charith, Mr Nithin, Miss Carmela for there kind attention and professionals behaviour during my stay.

Proximity to the airport is definitely a plus point for the hotel. The rooms are cozy and could do a bit better on bed making and providing vanity kits for the bathrooms. The restaurant serves a variety for breakfast, could improve on the hot food selection.

Prepaid with voucher. Late night checkin after a long flight and was asked for a security deposit. I tended my Mastercard and AED300 was withdrawn from my account. All efforts to recover my money have failed and hotel doesn't respond to emails.
