I’ve told the reception that there was not toilet papers at toilet please send it to room they didn’t provide even toilet paper than what would be other services guess.

I really love the hotel… Awesome service. CLEAN ROOM & Bathroom…
And I love the morning service breakfast time.

Don't go at this hotel. I made a reservation at this hotel with free cancelation. Thei took from my credit card about 40 euros… even if the cancellation was free! The hotel recognize that was their mistake and the will refound my money in about 7-10 days. I waiting fir 10 days and they don't give me nothing. I called again and they said they will give me my money in 10-15 days. After that, they said the transaction is in progress… So, it past 30 days and they don't give me my money. Thei lied to me. They are thieves. Run away from this thieves.

The staff very friendly the location is premium All ancient and wholesale markets are around the place or across the canal by a boat costs 1 Dhs in a nice small trip. The cleanliness and furniture were very good I was surprised plus the value for money, all advantages to this hotel. The only main big problem is the parking in this area which at least costs (if found a near empty spot after half an our circuling) is 96 Dhs daily which magnifies the total stay cost to double, so better come with Taxi or public transport and leave the car away.

Nice hotel with good comforts, really enjoy the stay. Mr. ABID did a great job and take care of our stay.

First problem is they don't have parking. The location is OK but Hotel is crowded and lifts are insufficient. Average waiting time for the elevator to reach you is more than 5 to 7 minutes. Wi-Fi is an unsecured network and prone to security risks. Front desk staff are not customer friendly. Maybe fatigued over long hours of working. Breakfast was OK. Don't expect much form other services. According to me, it scores low on Cost Vs. Benefits scale. The overall experience is below satisfactory. Try to avoid if you are a stickler for finer things and if you can find a better option.

I book this hotel because it is next to my apartment when I went morning & gave the full payment & I told them I will come wih the guest at 7 pm.
I went to chk in at 11 pm, how can he refuse, I told him I have sick kid also.
I came to dubai on 1985, iam a old residence.
I didt see like this attitude in my life.
There is no humanity & that manger very rude & telling me to stay in other hotel, I ask that bastard why he take the room charges in advance.
This is against guests booking,
, with out any knowdlge u writing me unable to accommodating, they doing all guests like this.
They accepting booking in this hotel after guest came they shifting to another hotel (they have so much sister partner hotels)
I only dare & shout that bastard, no body have the time to write r call u, because they are coming for business purpose or leisure.
They are giving another hotel which so far away from my apartment& from the main market.
I will post about their behavior in all social media with these proofs, I will do what ever to spoil their image,
U must to block remove from your site this pearl group hotels all other sister hotel from your web site, other wise every bod will book from other web sites.
This is a big insult & humility to me lat night.

I cannot understand some of the complaints, they wouldn't be happy if staying at the Palace! I have no complaints, have stayed many times before and find everything to my satisfaction. The room boys are helpful and friendly and clean the rooms well. Yes it is getting to look a bit tired but it has been here a long time. I say WELL DONE the staff of Al Khaleej Grand Hotel I give you 9 out of 10 look forward to my next stay!

Great place to stay in. Nice staff, specially the Pathan guy at the reception was impressively cooperative. Rooms are clean & hygienic. Great facilities, the breakfast is really much delicious. A small shop inside the hotel remains open 24/7, serving hot & cold drinks, fresh fruit juices. Location is near to metro station, u could find best food & shopping options around. real value for money it is.

Rooms are clean and fresh as it should be but price is not normal for this kind of rooms also one of the room keeper cleans my room without my permission and waits for tips. Weird.

Good location and amenities are nearby. (Metro is about 5 minutes walk) The beds were really comfy. Wifi worked. TV had a few English channels. Good selection for breakfast but always the same thing, apart from one or 2 items. Staff are really helpful, if you can keep them serving you instead of taking a phone call or chatting to other staff or starting dealing with someone else. The house keeping staff would purposefully forget a towel, so they could come back when you're there, give you the towel and then stand there expecting a tip, it got tiresome after the 3rd day. The drain in the shower isn't large enough so the water fills the shower area and then goes across the bathroom floor to the larger drain. The hair dryer will last just long enough on the lower setting to clear a small area of the mirror, then you need to let it cool down before it'll work again.

The hotel is on the main road. All good shops are around for all amenities. Hotel staff is very much cordial and helpful. It serves a great breakfast spread. Food is good. Safe for family.

This is cozy good hotel in Dubai. Tariff is good for pocket. They serve a sumptuous buffet spread in breakfast, free of charge. The location is in the main street.

I like the room, its quite big & comfortable, the bathroom is quiet big too, they have many English channels but the lift is so small & they didnt give us tea bags & coffee mix which they should provide, I also like the decor in the room & the hallway, the housekeeping people are friendly & helpful.

Flying all the way from india, landing up in the middle of the night on 13 th december having prepaid for a room, manager tells no booking. Took more than half an hour to sort things out. Terribly frustrated with the managers attitude. However rooms were good. Breakfast had a big array of halal and continental cuisine. Good stay with an initial bitter encounter.

3/5 for evrything I have no so many words to say but I think it worth cause this hotel is not so expensive. Service is medium, sometimes they are so energetic and sometimes they laugh in your back and doesn't give importance to clients … hotel and rooms are not bad yes it worth!

Hotel is amazing with very helpfull and friendly staff rooms are damn clean and bathrooms are perfect clean and things are arranged disciplined I stayed here for 1 week and my experience is very good their food is good and good quality their room service is good next time I visit dubai I surely book at this hotel only Overall its 1 of the best hotel in dubai.

This is a very nice budget hotel in Diera, Dubai. Its very near to Baniyas square station and its just a 0.5 km walk from this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and service is also good. The free breakfast has lot of items to choose from like sausages, french toast, boiled eggs, egg omletes, many fruits, 2 types of fruit juices, breads, butter, cakes, donuts, parathas, chapati, some indian curries etc. Every room has a balcony from where you will get nice views. There are lots of small restaurants near by where you can try Iranian, afghan, Turkish, Indian, Pakistani and other dishes.

Location is really good. Close to all the hot markets such as the gold city. Wi-Fi is free and it has somewhat of a good speed. Staff is really friendly. Only reason they loose a star is because the shower has really low pressure.

Good area with AC conditioning and Free Wifi with many food places and shops outside the hotel. They provided a breakfast buffet on floor 9 every day and it was nice.

I stayed here for about 10 days, friendly staff and service, No issues regarding any noise or cleanliness, perfect location for shopping. Highly recommended.

Except for the ladies in the reception, everyone & everything in this hotel is terrible. This old hotel doesn't even deserve a 3 star category. Room not cleaned thoroughly, evident by dusts in some parts of the room. Bathroom with small insects flying around. Cups, saucers for coffee or tea aren't clean or were'nt cleaned thoroughly. Hair dryer not working, I think its just for display. Male staff needs to be fired for terrible customer service attitude. I came here in Dubai for tourism & relaxation, naturally I'll be inquiring for tourism packages or spots. Male staff weren't only not helpful but has been rude & discourteous. Just the other night, I ordered for drinking water, more than an hour passed no one came to my room, so I decided to just go down to the reception area and got my water. With this kind of attitude towards its' customers, I'm strongly not recommending this to any decent people.

Good Hotel, the people working there are so nice and kind with you! Everyone is adorable. The place is beatiful and clean but my room is noisy because of the road.

Good enough for affordability point of view, economical and reasonable.

Friendly staff and quiet and clean place. Rooms are big, have balcony (without special view). Toilet is big, clean, have hot water and toiletries. I can recommend this place for short or long stay to everyone, even for families with kids.

Ideally located and reasonably priced Hotel for Family to do tour of Dubai. Close to the Abra Station, Bus Stand, MRT Station, and other amenities. Shopping within walking distances. Clean rooms with good service.

Luna Blanca Resort ' with minus. Bathrooms and bathrooms have recalled old Sssrovskie times. Noisy. Uncomfortable pillows.

We spent six nights at this hotel. It is clean, breakfast is good, the location is perfect too. The staff are very cordial and always ready to help. The manager and his team do a very great job to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely stay here again! Keep up the great job.

Still, how many people, are so much and opinions. Lived 5 people in the apartment on the 4th floor, January 2011. Staff very friendly, helpful, one of the managers, seeing us, always ran with a smile and the words «I love Russia») ) had problems with tiles in the kitchen, changed 2 times within a couple of hours. Until we found a suitable choice. Cleaned every day, all that is asked in English understood and did. If it is absolutely trably with the language, there the food is наиприятнейшая woman from Ukraine, unfortunately I do not remember the name, help-turn. And another girl, also seems to be the kitchen, but painfully shows that makes a favor by) ) out, asked the boys with vacuum cleaners help us squeeze vacuum bags for shopping, with pleasure helped. So what do you want the hotel to see this and you will see. We dined and slept. All told liked. Go on excursions to beaches, shopping centres! (I had to buy another 2 suitcases) ) P. S. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. On arrival at night we ordered salads and second. 1 serving on 2 really huge) ) All a pleasant stay! ) ).

In Dubai is not the first time, but this time it is a pity that impression about the city is spoiled staying at this hotel. Even after more than half a year after the trip, reading his name, thinking of this hassle. The hotel is terrible, worse saw nothing else, service disgusting. During our stay the restaurant was closed for renovation, about what course nobody informed. Breakfast brought to the room, something inedible and his weather-beaten, such rations at the sight of which already felt sick. So that went half-starved, almost until the evening (during Ramadan, all closed until the evening). Food for Breakfast you had to buy in a supermarket in the evenings, dine in the cafe or restaurant, thank God there is no problem. Transportation is provided only on the beach and on the same route, al Mamzar. Обшарпаный minibus departs and arrives to the beach when apparently wants the driver could be late for an hour and a half hours when we are already starting to hell. Better to take a taxi. Only after repeated, collective angst more tourists, less staff присобрался. In my room, or I need to go with his or fly there, flowing out of the tap water only hot. The only plus was that the room was cleaned every day. Location in the centre of the city and the vicinity of the mosque, not everybody can stand, you should allow it. Sleep was impossible. After a week of lack of sleep, after the trip has had a long time to normalise.
