We had experience a wonderful Easter Brunch, Buffet has a variety of food to choose from Cold buffet to desserts buffet. The staff are friendly and professional. My kiddo enjoyed the Easter egg hunting it’s full of fun. Full review and photos will be on Google and tripvisor.

My wife and I are one of first few guests that checked in after the reopening of the hotel. With Covid still looming, we were unsure on how the hotel experience will be. To our great amazement, all the hotel staff are well prepared to enusre our safety. The assurance and continued reasurance of their safety measures is overwhelming as well as a consistent relief from worries of covid. All the staff from GM, executive chef, front desk, food attendants to bellhops provided a very warm welcome and cozy stay. The food was simple yet exquisite, my deepest appreciation to the executive chef. As an IT professional, I take extreme appreciation on their use of QR codes as replacement to brochures, menus and other hotel informative documentation as an added safety feature preventing Covid contamination.

In my experience today @ the back door, It’s a very nice place to celebrate any occasion. They have something to offer that can create a memorable experience. Lovely staff, good ambiance, nice location and many spaces to gather an event.

Staff are really good, breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent with plenty to choose from every meal. Rooms are spacious, clean well maintained and presented with the added bonus of a balcony over looking the gulf, well until they build on the land between the Rixos and Hilton then the view could be gone. Here's hoping wherever is built is low-rise.

From the moment you arrive at the Hotel everyone is exceedingly kind and helpful. The Concierge is always on hand and very knowledgeable.
The rooms are spacious enough, very comfortable and Housekeeping is superb.
The restaurant is a great experience from initially meeting front of house and being shown to table to the many staff members always on hand to assist. The buffet style food offers cuisine from round the world, this changes daily. Always great quality.
This is my second time at the hotel and it won’t be my last.
The swimming pool area is well laid out, towels provided by the hotel and plenty of loungers.
It is difficult to name anyone who went the extra mile because in my opinion everyone did.

We’ve just had an excellent 5 days at Mövenpick JB. This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated for Jumeirah Beach area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had access to the Executive lounge which we used every day as it was much less busy than the dining room in the hotel. Sony, Jamese, Chantelle and Nazeem were all wonderful members of staff (sorry if I’ve missed anyone off the list) Highly recommend this hotel and particularly the service in the Executive lounge. Lots of building work going on (everywhere) so it is noisy all the time but don’t let that put you off!

This is a lovely friendly hotel. It’s relaxing and very comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and connected by free shuttle bus to a shopping mall. It’s the type of hotel that makes you want to come back.

Very disappointed by the overall experience. You have building work taking place in front of the pool, there is no measure to make it more agreeable. On the first day of my stay there was drilling and shouting across the structure: not a relaxing environment. I believe you hold 4 or 5 stars for this branch with a price tag for an executive double room and per day around 185GBP. I was extremely disappointed to see the lack of attention to details. I'll have to ask to have cookies crumbs from the carpet in my room and a cigarette butt lying on the balcony to be removed by the cleaning team. There was no complimentary hot beverage available on the first day. I had to ask for. I noticed that the doors were not cleaned on a regular basis: there was smudge marks behind numerous doors in the hotel. Overall impression: NOT IMPRESSED.

We came here for a Friday brunch at the Talk one of my favs. Food is very good. Large variety. Indian, pasta station, bbq station, and a variety of other dishes. Drinks package includes beers, wines and spirits including fizzy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Each time I have come I have been served by Kaur very accommodating and very helpful.

Room was amazing I stayed on the top floor the 23rd had an executive suite, bathroom was amazing. Housekeeping was friendly and fast. Food was great so were the drinks. Prices were very affordable. There construction along the outside but it shouldn't effect your stay.

Rooms are GREAT. Soul restaurant was pretty good. Service was good. Location was good (especially liked the supermarket and subway right behind the hotel for quick, cheap eats and necessities). Pool is not great. (In the summer when the beach is too hot, this becomes important which is why I only gave the hotel 4 stars instead of the 5 I would have given if the pool had been better).

All the staff are amazing. The restaurant Chefs were fantastic regarding my grandaughter's nut allergy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Patrick by the pool was simply awesome. His work ethic is fantastic, again, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way for us. Housekeeping staff were excellent as were guest relations. Can't compliment you all highly enough.

Good evening! The rest was very pleasant in your hotel. The rooms are spacious, linen changed and cleaned every day, everywhere is clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the kids ate everything, loved the pasta. The chef is a very tasty shaurmu cooked, very juicy and appetizing. The minus is that, on a beach to go on hot sand and there is no normal road, would put boards that it is normal to pass to the sea. The only minus is that there is no shower! To rinse your feet off the sand. All the sand is worn to the hotel, it is very uncomfortable and comfortable!

The hospitality at the Mövenpick was amazing. Our room was amazing, only that it was quite dark during the day due to a lack of natural lighting. However, the hotel and food in the restaurant really made up for that. I would definitely stay there again. Also, it was my birthday and they gave me a very nice birthday cake, chocolate and rose plus a few other things. Thank you!

Was there in February 2018… Service at the level of… The restaurant with a large selection of food is always different… Nooooo there is one thing but… For breakfast you can also juice and tea coffee for free… But for lunch and dinner it all gets paid… The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very… And by the way on the reception there are Russian speaking… Convenient.

We cannot speak highly enough of our 1st stay with Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, Dubai. We we offered and accepted an upgrade to our booking and enjoyed very special extras. Thank you. We would like to personally commend Tran who works in Reception. She went far beyond the level of service we expected. The hotel is very nice and the location is very good, the beach and the transate.

Room service and house keeping is really slow. I was given free pressing for the first day. However the laundry guys didn't show up on the first day. I hence had to pay for my pressing as it was done on the second day. small service requests like asking for water took more than an hour. It was easier to just go into the market and get water yourself. The executive lounge however was very good with decent variety of drinks and food.

Good afternoon! Of course very much interferes with the construction directly opposite. It would be desirable to have equipped a passage on a beach, for example a flooring. It is impossible to walk on hot sand. Overall, everything is fine. Staff work-Excellent!

The receptionist (Ms. Tran Nguyen) was outstanding and extremely welcoming. Her attitude was so friendly. The team as a whole was so nice with a big smile on the face. I really enjoyed my stay.

Been for brunch before. Gone down hill from last visit. Tables were not cleared timely. Slow service. A friend was sold a special voucher for discount on next visit. Only found out it was only valid for dinner after specialty being told it could be used for the brunch. Had to clear my own plate to another empty table more than once during the brunch. The hotel is very well located. Right in front of the beach a big building more which unfortunately ruined the view of our room yet located on the 16th floor.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and facilities. Totally incredible food. Spa is fantastic, treatments are some of the best I've ever had. My only single criticism is the efficiency of the waiting staff. There is no chance of ever getting tipsy!

Hotel is great all around. A construction site in front of the pool is affected by noise. Further away, through construction site, from about 20 minutes to the hotel beach. Lying there, umbrellas ff. Available and free of charge.

The information in the hotel is too little about conditions and events The staff is very friendly and polite the food very varied room staff very thorough the pool is unfortunately only open until 8pm which is a pity because you only late from the tour N comes back, then it would be very relaxed if you could use the pool.

Magnificent! Just wonderful a stay of a very nice personal week especially at the SPA;) on the other hand do not make the group excursions preferred a good guide or a taxi. Avoid the gold market for my part without interest. For your purchases the Habayates are better qualities in shopping malls but if you want to offer you will find at affordable prices in the souks.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Movenpick Hotel, Jumeirah Beach, everybody could not have been more polite and helpful, very efficient. Food was extremely good and the service excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean, the decor was attractive and pleasing. Unfortunately the water in the pool was cold due to a technical fault but we still had an enjoyable swim. We look forward to returning again.

Our stay at the hotel was booked by the travel agency from March 24 to 31, 2018. The hotel does not match its 5 stars. Very poor food. "Aerobatics" is a building in front of the hotel, which starts its working hours from early morning till late evening. Speaking staff appears only at the time of eviction. The rest of the time-smeared with the fact that only English-speaking and do not understand. Only breakfast was included. Lunch expensive 140 Derhamov for adult people. Close to the hotel. We've stopped friends in it. On the trail. Just there. The concept of hotel Movinpik-we do not care for guests, such as you a lot. The balcony door was not opened. The bed is damp, does not have time to dry out or that, it is not clear. Although the room is dry. Kovralan is dirty. No more leg. Sell ice Cream Movenpik-3 balls 45 Derhamov (4000 tenge) expensive.

Great location, really good rooms, buffet food above average but can do better, friendly staff but a little short of telling the truth, I booked this hotel last minute and mainly as it has a heated outdoor pool, but water was extremely cold and we hardly used it, every member of staff had a different excuse why it was not to the right temperature and it was hardly used. Unfortunately the only reason I would not return to this hotel would be because of the pool. The holiday was to spend quality time with my daughter and we both love to spend time at the pool but in this occasion it was not meant to be, felt let down.

For a 5 star hotel… too dirty whether toilet to the bedroom. No private beach facilities. Pool Yes is ok but quickly no sun anymore as it has skyscrapers all around. Food was OK… beach very nice only the have no private beach complex because you get umbrellas in the hand gedrūckt.

Generally outstanding service all over. A misunderstanding concerning the meals we were entitled to did complicate our visits to the restaurant the first couple of days. The buffet food is great. Some waiting time for the lifts. Unfortunately, the pool area is in the shade most of the day due to neighbouring high rise buildings. Very nice beach and excellent beach service provided by the hotel. However the distance to the beach is not 100m as advertised but rather 300m. Also the sea view from the pool area is about to be obscured by a new building under construction between the hotel and the beach. This may influence our decision to return another time as guests.

The eternal construction site and no private beach was very disappointing.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of JBR where you can find all sort of restaurants and just few minutes away from the beach. Smiling and polite members of staff, great service. The view from the room was perfect even though there was a construction site just about to rise that will soon cover the wonderful sea view. Unfortunately the swimming pool area is cover from the shadow for most of the day so we were not able to enjoy it that much. I would suggest to update to executive room to have access to the lounge where you can have a breakfast with a view!

Service at the hotel was fantastic, we felt very welcome. Family Suite was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast really good, Spa (massages) and Gym both great. The location of the hotel is excellent in the middle of the Walk area. We would be happy to come back and would recommend the hotel with pleasure, although the beautiful seaview will be mostly blocked after the construction work is finished. For us Mövenpick would have been absolutely perfect if the nice pool area would have been sunny for more than a couple of hours in the late afternoon. The free beach kit provided by Mövenpick was good, but since there were not any services available at the beach area (for example toilet or sunbeds), it was not as comfortable as one would have hoped. The construction work right next to the hotel operating 24/7 made some noise but that of course is happening also elsewhere at the Walk area. Dubai as a destination is our favorite, so we will come back :-)!

We spent a very enjoyable four nights at the hotel. Well situated, and staffed with efficient and friendly employees, there are very few negatives. The food served in Talk, the buffet restaurant is imaginative and well presented. The rooms are clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. Special mention to Tran on reception, whose lovely manner and smile were a highlight amongst the excellent staff.

I had a choice between different hotels in principle to quality and equal prices. I certainly chose the least good and I regret it.
1 — I booked a room "with partial sea View", with a surcharge. The proposed room might have been on the sea, yet it would have to be visible through the countless cranes on which we had a perfect view. Charging extra for such a room is shameful, seeing a deception and this is unacceptable.
2 — of all the hotels in your class that I have attended, and there are many of them, this is the first time I have seen this defiance towards your clients by obliging them to settle the various expenses beforehand. Having not subscribed to the deposit equal to €300, which I was asked, the fridge — bar in the room was emptied the next morning. There too I have never seen this.
Be assured that I would make my opinion known to the various social sites and estimation as far as I'm concerned this was the first time I had booked a Movenpick hotel, this was the last.

I liked the breakfast buffet there. It doesn't cost much. You enjoy your food & the staff fills your cup with tea or coffee all the time. It is the main restaurant but it is quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast reading a new book & never felt disturbed. Staff is friendly, polite & helpful.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly — especially Mustafa, who helped us plan two worthwhile excursions while we were there. Breakfast was lovely. Room and bathroom was clean. Would have been nice to have an iron in the room and extra bed set up before our arrival but otherwise no complaints at all.

Exceeded my expectations. Food is perfect as is the whole experience. The outdoor pool is heated and it's 2min from the beach. Great time for a Christmas break. The staff are exceptional very rare to find such beautiful people these day. I hope they get the credit for the amount of effort they put in to make everyone feel so at home.

Location The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is lovely! The view from the balcony is charming, stayed on the 13th floor. Housed not as they write in the afternoon, and flew in the morning, drove to the hotel by 11 o'clock local time, placed for half an hour. The beach is close by, taxis are at every step, the Metro is 200 meters away, close to shops, shopping houses and stuff. All the hotel's attractions not to mention the city just lacks words.
The hotel RIXOS, but in the head even thought not flashed that the hotel opposite can be better) thanks to the hotel for hospitality, next time will definitely stay only in the MÖVENPICK, DUBAI MARINA.

Very nice hotel with close proximity to the beach. It has a very nice Tachterasse, especially in the evening. Only the Fahrstügle are too bemöngeln, because they really need a long time.

I had two rooms booked for one night with my wife and friends. We did not spent much time in the hotel but our feedback is: 1) Check in staff — very professional and nice
2) Rooms are very well arranged and we got (as requested) very nice view
3) Sport bar is nice but very bed smell due to smokers (I'm one of the them but still)
4) Special buffet evening in restaurants I will not recommend. We had Caribbean one where we found sushi and pasta, and topical Caribbean dishes where minimal (confirmed by Caribbean friend who was with us)

First experience in a hotel of this price class. More or less 200 Eur per continuity. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can enjoy a large bed, a terrace and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The room is made every day by a thoughtful and always smiling staff.
Breakfast is sumptuous. It consists of a large buffet that will satisfy all tastes.
If you take half board, the Movenpick offers two restaurants. A la carte or buffet. Every day the buffet restaurant has a different theme.
The hotel is very well located a few steps from the Marina and the back overlooks the tram station 1.
The least: The view from my room overlooked the building across the street.
Drinks at the half-prension meal are paid. Even if you consume water.

It is wonderfully located 5 star property with cheerful staff. They have good meeting rooms and banquet place. Lobby is well lighted and busy. Rooms are good but light is low. Baths are great.

The road to the beach is over a construction site, well Dubai is currently a huge construction site. And the hotel can also do nothing for it. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel with well trained, polite and helpful staff. Arrived here at 08:00 from Perth Australia on route back to Scotland. Check in was not until 14:30 but they found me a room and got housekeeping to set it up straight away. Whilst waiting I was invited to partake of the breakfast buffet free of charge! There is a great beach club that is rea he'd by complimentary shuttle bus. Lovely pool and nice Sade sea area for swimming I have only one small criticism of this hotel and that is the music around the swimming pool and the really loud music at the beach club. In these days of iPods and phones that store music I don't see the need for it. Those who want music invariably bring their own whereas those of us who want to relax and read in peace just have to live in hope.

The Movenpick hotel is one of the best hotels I have had the opportunity to stay at. The staff were professional and courteous, the rooms were comfortable and fairly roomy, and the restaurants within the hotel were fairly nice. The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic. I'll admit I may have eaten a little more than my fair share because the food was delicious, filling, and was a nice variety of foods from around the world. All in all, I am hoping to be able to stay there again.

Great hotel. Comfortable stay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean rooms. JBR can get heavy with traffic in the evening and a little noisy, but it's a perfect place for those who enjoy night life and closeness to the beach.

This is a nice hotel that could be even better. Its excellent location right on the walk is surely one of its biggest draws, but while the lobby and entrance deserves a 5 star status, the rooms are a little smaller than what are commonly expected standards in Dubai, and the decor and styling should be a little less drab in my opinion. Food is of a fairly decent quality though the main breakfast restaurant is a little cramped and fills up all too quickly, forcing guests into an adjoining dining area. Overall a good place to stay if you want to be right on the JBR walk and near the beach.

Nice and cozy! The registration guys are a little bit confusing but overall its a good place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach more than the city. Should be more accessories and some free stuff in the mini bar compared to the high prices. I like it but I've been in better hotels with same prices. Some flowers for decoration would be nice not only in pictures! Breakfast add-on prices are extremely high! Talk a walk and enjoy breakfast in the marina walk!

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was up to level. Live music sometimes in the lunch and dinner times. Otherwise it's as good as most of the other around hotels. One positive thing I forgot to say : it's cheaper.

Reception service, concierge and staff generally excellent — breakfast and excellent restaurant — location on the central area — excellent — without being forced to take a taxi. Unfortunately the rooms are not very clean and the room is very small. Other negative: No organized beach, for a 5-star Hotel is unacceptable. There was a little man camped over a big concrete cube to distribute the drapes… The hotels next door had everything organized, sunbeds, parasols, bar service, swimming pool on the beach… and the necessary that usually a 5-star hotel makes available to the clientele. The pool is very small and being on the second floor is almost always in the shade, so in this period it was not possible to access it because without sun, it was cold. In the meantime the third Grattacelo is born, always in front, to take away the sea view definitively. Too bad!

That's disgusting! The location was excellent. It's not said anywhere. The rooms are untidy, even lamps in the rooms.

The sand is of low quality and full of tar, a few steps we find oil storage depots, the harbor freight and a private airstrip.

I've spent with my wife, the last 5 days of our honeymoon trip, everything was perfect, we did find the bath full of foam and rose petals scattered evenly over the bed; the first room we found a very good evening just got chocolate cake and a bottle of bubbly looking fresh with the glasses.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home right away, all very cute, and very willing to chat as soon as we met.
The room was lovely, the restaurant, which we used for breakfast and once for lunch, just perfect with plenty delicious!

Clean hotel, nice pool and pool bar, very convenient location for me.

Nice hotel altough it looks like more of a 4 star property compared with other luxury hotels in Dubai. Soul & Pool Lounge is very nice to soak up the sun in a chilled afternoon ultill sunset, or to enjoy nice drinks in the night while admiring The Walk lights.

Very well run Hotel, with clean rooms. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very helpful & also of Emiraties visited u. If one allows the result is a personal relationship (to you we have learned to appreciate. ) The Breakfast buffet offers everything, what you want. Direct beach location, but there are also in-House Pools. Very interesting the walk & the river on the back. Also in the matter of security, you need not worry. From our side we really recommend. We would like to thank to the Team It was a beutifull time and you are great Team Uschi &Michael Johannsen/Dethlefs We want to see as again.

Hotel is located on the walk. A lot of coffee, restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is clean and swimming is very nice. The hotel provides umbrellas and serviètes.
The staff is really very very nice and helpful. Always smiling and ready to serve.
Our room was great.

Good prices, located in the center of JBR, and make sure to use their pool because it's amazing.

Bad! — The rooms only superficially clean Hotel pool is not operational (we have only after the credit card information), an alternative "paddling pool" from the annexe was available: of Course everything was completely occupied, the whole Pool in the shade, small, and shabby! — Room Dining: insolence, for Dubai conditions overpriced food, the taste, the touch 4minus, (185, — AED for a mini piece of meat, a half a potato and four Sparkelspitzen) Breakfast, with 100AED p. P. Also disappointing, everywhere stood still from the Iftar (the day before) meals. Everything after the concept of self-service, but coffee is brought amsonsten no Service. Staff/reception, specifically in The Talk restaurant is under all Pig! Polite, that's it then but also. Not friendly and not at all accommodating. The waiters walk with dirty wipes around, delicious! — The mega construction site in front of our Fesnster… the whole night we have no eye to get extremly LOUD! — When checking out we complained, the staff at the reception, it has not at all interested — He just smiled about it :) — positive: the Park Service, Badezimmergröße, location No ten horses to get us again in this "5 star" Hotel, and certainly not to eat.

I booked two months in advance for a double room with sea view with two separate double beds for 7 nights in April. We arrived In the morning of the 1/3 and they didn't have a room so they made us wait till 2pm. My elderly mother aged 60 fell asleep in the lobby having waited for 5 hours for a room, they made us pay for breakfast which was not great even though we booked breakfast with Expedia, and finally got a room at 2pm. Even though I booked two double beds, they gave us one king size bed and made the sofa into a single bed. So my mother slept on the bed and I had to sleep on the sofa. The hotel was useless in doing anything about it and didn't even care that this was the case. Everyday the room keys stopped working and staying on the 18th floor meant that every day I had to go up and down to get the keys reset and on the third day the guy asked me for ID asking me all sorts of questions. And for the sea view? Our view just looked directly at another building building, no sea, no sky and no sun was visible. So, long story short, this is not a hotel that keeps your booking, nor gives you what you booked eg double room, two beds with breakfas. They couldn't care that they didn't keep your booking nor do they even try to do anything about it. JBR is a great location to stay in Dubai, loads of hotels available on the strip that are much better than Movenpick.

Rooms (Superior) comfortable and quiet. Several German TV channels, including ARD and ZDF. (I know, it flies not to watch TV abroad) Overall, not cheap, like everything in Dubai. Drinks in the Restaurant are very expensive, even the non-alcoholic (a Pepsi > 5€). Fast Internet only for a fee. Price-performance is considered in isolation, and with D is compared not the best but may be for Dubai is still in the normal range. (? ).
