Staff very friendly, amazing Marina views, big rooms, nice kitchen, and the cleaning is very good. The gym is very well equipped, clean and it has nice views to the Marina and the pool. The location is just perfect. 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from Dubai Marina Mall walking through the Marina Promenade, just a few steps away from Carrefour 24 hours and a playground for kids. Perfect. The only thing is that the breakfast is ok, but expensive for what they offer.

Set on Dubai Marina, this upscale, all-apartment hotel in a straightforward modern building is 12 km from the Mall of the Emirates and 9 km from Palm Jumeirah archipelago. The 1 — to 3-bedrooms apartments add balconies, studies and/or separate living rooms. Parking is complimentary. There's an outdoor pool and a fitness centre, plus a steam room and a whirlpool tub. What a professional staff! Everyone works in the Hotle tried their best to accommodate us. We felt in this place like it is our second home from the moment we got until the moment we left. Everything in the suit was perfect. What we needed and much more. The location gives you a convenient access to the JBR, a grocery store, a pharmacy and lots of restaurants. I had many luggage and they kindly stored some of them. We took their shuttle (SUV) to DXB for 180 AED. Indeed, we will definitely book in this hotle in the future.

Great service, friendly staff, great 2 room apartment with washing machine and kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, water boiler and toaster. We're here with our baby and we're very satisfied. It's close to a big carrefour supermarket and it's even got a nice view from the large balcony!

I've been to this place last January 2015 and I will go this year again in march. They don't have breakfast for resident. You need to buy your dish and it is not that much. Important places: -Kids play ground under bridge. -Multiple resturant with very good food but a bit expensive. -big supermarket behind the bridge. -metro around. -JBR walk around. -Marina walk around. -Resident have ketchin ware you dont expect. If you have family… and you love to walk… go for this place.

Well located and spacious apartments.

The best Apartment Hotel for the money, someone can find in this part of Dubai. Very Clean. Professional and polite staff that will attend to all your needs (the staff treats you as if you were a 5* hotel customer). Nice location, proper gym and swimming pool, and a nice clean barbecue area fro the weekends. It is not the best hotel in Dubai, but it's a very calm place where you can feel comfortable. I like it.

I really liked it. It is a clean and nice place and it is verey neer from JBR and Marina Mall you can walk to there.
