Hot water only available at bathroom. Wi-Fi free only at lobby you need to pay 50Dhs to use inside the room. Parking you need to pay also… Total experience for me is very bad…

Hotel room is not so bad but the air conditioner was not cooling that much. Wi-Fi service is limited to hotel lobby only. No room Wi-Fi.

Hotel is very affordable when comparing with other hotels with same facilities. Rooms are neat, spacious and comfortable. Service is good. 50dhs is the charge from airport to hotel.

Crowded, breakfast was a mess, used beds on corridor, old rooms however spacious rooms, broken furnitures, no parking facility, rooms were not cleaned properly. Good connectivity and helpful front office staff. No Wi-Fi in rooms!

Real attraction of this place is its Haveli bar. Good service. Great entertainment. Had some good as well some bitter experience at this place. But overall its a good and a tempting place to visit again and again…

A sexy place to hangout. Always crowded in the weekends. If you are a bachelor you will love this place. A place hangout with friends not recommended with family. A complementary drink will for your entry.

If there is a 0 rating. This hotel deserves less than anything. No free Wi-Fi. No free parking. The place smells really disgusting. And the pool was undermaintenance. I hope they informed the guests that they dont have swimming pool on saturdays. The receptionists are really rude. They dont care at all for their guests. Cards not working. We have to go everytime to the reception and complain about the cards. Awful experience … 0 costumer service.

Crowded. Chaotic. Callous. The receptionist had forgotten about the concept of smile many many years. He was visually enabled but emotionally deprived.

Hotel rooms are good, but everything else is having extra charge. Location is very prime near to meena Bazar, and many other areas Over all 4 star for this.

Indian style hotel with restaurant. Mainly for tour parties. Old infrastructure. Paid Wi-Fi. Food is just ok. But in the middle of main street, easy access to major points. A metro station near by walkable distance. 24 hr supermarket near bye.

Nice location surrounding by Malls and hotels and didn't feel out of home town. Its seems to be mini India. Staff and reciption well behaved and friendly. Want to visit in future.

Worst hotel ever stayed till date. The stay was for 5 days. First they took all advance as they were afraid we will run away once we pass a day. Very very old property out dated bathrooms. No kettle, old CRT TVs, dirty rooms, no WI fi in rooms, broken hair drier, the list is endless to top it all no cold water, both taps have hot water on December. They just spoilt our trip to say the least.

It's good hotel. But I'll prefer if you go for the Rolla Residence or RainTree which are opposite to Imperial Suite. Because at Imperial there is no kitchen and if you want to cook anything then you won't be able to. While At Rolla or Raintree you'll get a small kitchen area which will be useful. Breakfast is very nice at Imperial. So as in Rolla or Raintree Budget wise I don't have much idea. But there shouldn't be much difference.

Its a proper pickup place to pickup girls but also have a wonderful lounge to chill and enjoy lovely performances with a couple of drinks.

The hotel is located at an ideal location close to all shopping options, close to Al Fahidi metro station. The rooms are very spacious with separate seating area but not very well maintained as the property is quite old. The rooms don't have tea / coffee maker neither it has free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The place is nice and have a nice lobby. Nice breakfast every morning. Good room, have a swimming pool but was under construction.

I stayed four nights here, room was very spacious and cleaned. Staff was very kind. Location is very near Alfahidi Metro Station Bur Dubai. I disappoint with unavailability of free Wi-Fi in rooms. I think in this cost they should provide Wi-Fi and breakfast.

I loved this hotel. Specially the Suite Room, good in space. Courteous staff. Situated in heart of the city. Easily accessible from Metro Station. Good restaurants options nearby. Very close to shopping paradise and other markets like Meena Bazar. Breakfast is average but still value for money.

Rooms are decent as you can see in Photos. You have to pay AED25/day or AED50/day to access Wi-Fi. Only two vegan options available for room services. Matar Paneer — 40AED, Dal Makhni — 30AED. Staff is helpful. Meena Bazaar, DayToday mall are 1 KM away from the hotel. Total 32 channels available on TV (few Indian). Indian Lounge available.

Large rooms but old furniture. Location is great just approx 400 Meters from Al fahidi metro station.

Nice hotel, but too noisy in the night, as there are 2 dance bars, and 2 disco in same building. Can't sleep properly cause of the speakers beats even on 5th and 6th floor.

The suite rooms are good… The restaurant offers good North Indian food.

There is no free Wi-Fi facility and the paid net speed was too slow. The same price other most of the hotel's was providing free Wi-Fi facility.

I lived in hotel in Dubai for 5 days… Hotel was booked by our travel Agent. I had a very bad and troublesome experience during 5 days 1. I lived in 312/313 rooms with family. 2. Found cockroaches in room 3. Rooms were very old and interior is not good at all. 4. Sofas were very old and shower valves are moving not fitting properly. 5. Not providing Hand towel at all and even on special request they are not providing. 6. Bath mate towels are not providing at all. Everyday, I need to call them to get it. 7. Bedsheets were not changed on December 8. When I asked him, to change it. Staff is giving racism comments about India. 9. Biggest problem when they changed my room from 312 to 708, Bathroom is smelling very badly. Smelling like gutter everyday… First day of 708, water is not flowing from Wash basin… They fixed it. But still smelling so bad. I need to use room freshener at ever 4 hours… Later on, Maintenance staffing informed that there is a problem in this room with maintenance activities… I don't understand why they have released room to us… WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend this hotel as it really have problem with hygiene otherwise in the overall we had a very good stay in Dubai just a can disappointed compared to our hotel. There is a problem with the night club at the bottom of the hotel the noise prevents us from sleeping in the evening (toilet not clean moisisure in the bathtub the joints in the turn are completely changed color sink clogged water leak) room as soon as dust one can by the whole room to Half suck up crumbs that dragged by everything. Imperial Council Suites Hotel you have very nice room please really review the way of cleaning in your room and respect your room staff/

It is unreasonable to charge so much for wi Fi services Also, crowded. Food ok but buffet setup not goodgood rooms though, and staff is good.

Big rooms, but very old and smelly, although service are not bad.

They couldn't provide car parking. I ended up paying for private rental parking. Such a cheapo hotel in the city.

Good place to stay, Wi-Fi is chargeable only, 40 channels on the TV, near to the superstore, KFC, MCD, pizza hut and other good court places quite close to the Al Fahidhi metro station, has a pool at the top most floor, good breakfast veg non veg both, every day room cleaning and water, 2 lifts, night club right under the hotel.

Worst experience ever had. No hot water in hotel inspite of requests for hot hwater what a shame. Dirty rooms and dirty carpets and smelly room Poor lighting in room Reception Staff not cooperative Detained us for 45 minutes for no fault of us Had paid advance to our Travel agent they had Some problems with travel agency but they were detaining us against our will creating stress and anxiety and insult. We would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel it's not to bad, but no wi fi connection give to me? So ask for wi fi is chargeable, I'm no happy with hotel management.

Hiii am stay here 5april to 8th april. It was nice experiance. I preffer this hotel bec Meena Bazaar, Metro station (al-fahidi), Mc Donald, Kfc. Indian Restra is available on walking distance from hotel. Staff is co-operative. Breakfast was good.

Hotel has a very good surrounding of grocery shops, markets and has Al-Faheedi metro station at a walking distance. Hotel in itself has dic, pub, SPA, pool and rooms are clean. Food is average only and recommended to have outside.
