Very helpful and polite staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff from the minute we arrived. Lovely clean room (serviced every day) which is huge. Free bottled water every day along with tea/coffee in the room. Special thanks to Nagaraju and Novianto the pool attendents, nothing is too much trouble for them, thanks so much chaps.

Stayed here near the end of October 2018 and since I was returning to Dubai, knew where I wanted to stay. Wonderful and very helpful staff, waiters and the dining room personnel are very friendly and helpful in helping to make suggestions and answers about meals, etc. Everyone I came in contact with, made me feel so special, especially October 2, my birthday. I was serenaded after breakfast with a song and given a cake, when I returned later in the evening, another cake and Happy Birthday greetings were left for me. Very appreciative and I felt as though I was with family. Room was spacious and always clean, taxis were always secured for us and I would recommend this hotel to others. A+

Stayed there on holidays, room quiet, beds comfortable, staff amazing. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Unfortunately we missed out on visiting the pool. We will definitely stay there again.

Very very goid hôtel. Clean and excellent service. Everybody speaks english and has a kind word for you in all circumstances. Rooms are huge, and the breakfast is great (order your own omelette / scrambled eggs and large choice. Its a bit away from the most active and tourist-friendly places but Taxi is cheap and metro is less than 10min away. There are still a lot of dining options if you walk a bit. Last but not least the pool is almost cool.

Great value for money. Friendly staff. Some of studio rooms have a washing machine which is great if you on longer trip. Several 24/7 super markets just behind the corner.

Breakfast buffet was very good and staff was friendly. Pool was good not too much crowded.
We stayed in king room. Room no 610 but the room was not soundproof. There was some work going on and too much noise. Ac was not working properly couldnt sleep all night. Also service was not as expected. Basic requirements like toothbrush, slippers were not in room. Had to call guest service and ask for it. Pool beds were old and shabby. No good view from the room.

I have eaten food from all over the world this has by far been the best the food is delicious and staff are wonderful from the Italian restaurant many thanks I have lots off wonderful pictures.

Awesome room. Higher price range. And not enough facilities… Not even breakfast was not included in price. Charged extra for tourism tax… Don't know what it meant. Hospitality also not so great.

A little far from Dubai big centers, although the Metro is 5 mins away.

October 2017… (Retired couple) Great place to stay… great rooms… The young Concierge staff were great…. We ate all our meals in the hotel… Was not well when we arrived so rather than make our own way around to sight see in the heat we hired a driver (Damish Melmood) from the hotel to take us around… he was great took us everywhere… we were about 6 hours in and out of his lovely car in the air conditioning… very caring as he knew I was not well. Even came with us on the boats to take us across to the Spice and Gold Markets and escorted us into where we had to go, to go up the Burj Khalifa, We saw just about everything we needed and wanted to see in Dubai… even the butterfly farm… would definitely recommend him … All in all despite being ill we had a great time in Dubai.

We decided to spend five days in Dubai on our way to Amsterdam. Four Points is marketed as a four star hotel and has been used by friends, so we thought we'd give it a go! The hotel is NICE! Rooms are spacious, concierge is very friendly, there is a bar and the breakfast is good. For dinner, you can eat in the bar (simple menu) or in the restaurant (full menu). The free shuttle bus takes you to the beach, Dubai Mall and several other Malls and attractions. We would have given the hotel a four star rating were it not for the fact that on our day of departure, we had ordered two breakfasts at 04:00 as we had a very early flight to Amsterdam. The breakfasts didn't arrive (at all) and my wife had to negotiate a refund, all this time, I was sitting in a taxi and didn't dare leave it as taxis are not plentiful at 4 am! We were eventually refunded 1, not 2, breakfasts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A holiday to repeat.

It was amazing staying in Four Points by Sheraton downtown dubai. The staff is really friendly and well behaved specially Ameya, shalini and shailesh. The complimmentary shuttle services that the hotel provides is very good. Definitely recommend this place!

Probably one of the nicest Four Points I have stayed at (and I have a fair share under my wings). Rooms are ample, mine had a separate kitchen area with a washer and dryer. The buffet at the restaurant was very diverse and all the food I had was very good. The fitness room is rather large for a hotel and complements with a moderate size pool at the top floor.

Clean and large rooms. Breakfast could offer a little more choice. Staff is very friendly. It's a good place to get to the city and it's a bit off the Dubai Mall and the Burij Khalifa. Can take some time for rush hour then maybe faster with the Metro. The Metro is about 10 minutes walk.

We went for a buffet dinner in the eatery restaurant… as it was Saturday… it was themed barbecue night… lamb kofta, you r the rock on one for me… the juicy flavor rosed my taste buds… the prawns and the salmon fillets filled my watery mouth… a well spent evening with my friends and the awesome food… thank you 4 point Sheraton… would love to come back for another themed night.

Came here for three days. The staff are absolutely give excellent service, very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better service. Been places but not like this hotel. The room is fantastic very spacious. Also hotel food is extremely expensive which the management were made aware. Other facilities i. E supermarket and foreign exchange 5 to 6 minutes which was useful too. Would definately recommend this hotel and a 4 star rating is about right.

Well decent good staff and humble. Very neat and clean. Good food. One drawback I seen is reservations team are not prompt in responding. I always need to follow up calls to get my mails/inquiries replied.

The hotel is away from the Sheikh Zayed Rd and the main booming and tourist part of town, so if you're visiting Dubai on leisure, this is probably not the best place from which to explore the city. On the other hand, quite close to the airport and public transportation (and has ample cheap parking), so transportation location-wise is quite good. The taxi ride into town is not expensive anyways. The rooms feel really nice and updated, and have been kept clean and maintained quite well throughout our stay. The staff overall has been really friendly and made us feel quite welcome. The breakfast is quite good and extensive with a blend of local and western foods. The Yesterday Restaurant and Pub was overall a good option for dinner, but nothing special. Limited amenities at the hotel, sure, but quite affordable and quite nice.

Excellent place. Nice, clean and very large rooms. Extremely friendly staff, a great sports bar and a rooftop pool. Breakfast could be improved. Very chaotic — so ask for a table by the wall.

As most better hotels in Dubai this one does not disappoint either, staff is very friendly, furnishing and cleanliness is great. Great fitness, sauna and pool is available. Free Wi-Fi. Hotel is located 10-15 minutes by taxi from airport and 10 minutes walk from Al Fahidi subway station. Dubai museum and old markets are withing walking distance. Ride across the Creek on a boat for 1 Dirham takes you to Spice and Gold Market.

Rooms are very nice, reception also very helpfull and kind. Breakfast service is a disaster, not enough tables and while you wait the buffet is closing (? ).

No complaints. Good Wi-Fi speeds. TV channels see few and using own device with the rooms TV will require tech assistance from their staff as they have their own custom device.

The recipient was like confused. He wanted to give me two single beds room instead of the king size bed that I booked. I rejected then he said we will give you a suite but you have to pay extra! I rejected again then he found a king size room for me! The hotel is just OK. If you're looking for a sleep over then that what you need. If more than that I would spend the same money on a better hotel.

Good Service. Now have free internet access in all hotel with your room code. They handle all tours that you want. The bar is expensive.

Warning: This hotel has no Wi-Fi in the room. When you ask how to connect to the Internet, they refer you to the cable on your desk in the room. And they charge a steep rate by the hour. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby, but it doesn't do much good if you need to get work done. Overall, a decent hotel. Location is not the best, and you can tell the staff are overworked. Housekeeping crew is friendly. I was called the minute of my airport transfer and asked why I was not already downstairs and that the hotel transfer wanted to leave. They didn't offer to grab bags or help me downstairs, just that I wasn't early for the transfer and as such would likely lose the transfer driver. Weird. The breakfast is very good and staff friendly.
